As shown in fig. 6, the light shield 2 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and a flexible light shield with variable angles is used, for example: a flexible corrugated cone structure; one end of the light shield 2 is covered on the camera 14, the other end of the light shield 2 is adhered with the encapsulation glass 5, the light shield 2 is tightly attached to the encapsulation glass 5, the encapsulation glass 5 is perpendicular to the direction of the optical axis of the camera, and the light shield 2 is in a horn-shaped structure at the moment, so that the periphery of the light shield 2 can play a role in shielding light. The light shield 2 and the encapsulation glass 5 form a closed area, and the matte material is used in the light shield 2, so that dust and reflected light in a vehicle can be effectively prevented from entering the camera. Similar to embodiment 1, the light shield 2 adopting the flexible corrugated taper pipe structure forms a convex-concave triangle ladder structure around the closed area, and can reflect the light rays irradiated into the light shield 2 through the encapsulation glass 5, so as to avoid entering the camera. Because the vehicle-mounted camera in this embodiment is mounted outside the vehicle, the structure of the mounting adapter is also changed, and in fig. 6, the mounting adapter B3B is slightly different from the structure of fig. 4 and 5, and when mounted at the front windshield in the vehicle, the whole vehicle-mounted camera is supported and connected by two points of the bonding point of the top of the mounting adapter and the front windshield and the bonding point of the light shield and the front windshield, so as to form a reliable supporting and connecting structure; when the device is installed outside the vehicle, the connecting base of the mounting adapter B3B extends to both sides of the binocular camera structural body 1 at the same time due to the lack of the adhesive joint between the light shield and the front windshield, instead of the single-side extending L-shaped structure in embodiment 1, and the two-side extending parts are provided with threaded holes B3B1 for connecting with the external bracket of the vehicle to form a reliable supporting connecting structure.
Example 4:
similar to embodiment 3, this embodiment discloses a vehicle-mounted camera, which is a vehicle-mounted binocular camera, and is mounted outside a vehicle, as shown in fig. 7, and is composed of a binocular structure main body 1, a light shield B2B and a mounting adapter C3C; the binocular structure main body 1 is of a symmetrical structure, the light shield B2B is covered at the cameras 14 at the two ends of the binocular structure main body 1, and the installation adapter C3C is installed at the middle position of the binocular structure main body 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the binocular structure main body 1 is composed of an upper cover 11, a lower cover 12, a control circuit board 13 and a camera 14; the camera 14 is composed of a lens 141, a camera body 142, and a flexible connection line 143. The upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 are mutually matched concave shells, a cavity is formed inside the matched shells, and the control circuit board 13 is embedded and installed in the cavity and fixed on the lower cover 12; the two sides of the front of the lower cover 12 vertically extend to form a vertical plate 121, a central hole is formed in the vertical plate 121, a light shield B2B and a camera 14 are installed on the vertical plates 121 on the two sides in a sleeved mode, and a lens 141 of the camera 14 extends into the light shield B2B through the central hole of the vertical plate 121; the camera 14 is connected with the control circuit board 13 through a flexible connecting wire 143, and communication and data transmission are realized between the camera 14 and the control circuit board 13 through the flexible connecting wire 143.
As shown in fig. 7, the light shield B2B is the same as that of embodiment 2, and a flexible material is mounted at the front end edge of the light shield B2B, such as: the rubber pad B2B1, the one end cover of lens hood B2B is put on camera 14, and the other end passes through rubber pad B2B1 and glues encapsulation glass 5, and lens hood 2 closely laminates with encapsulation glass 5, and encapsulation glass 5 perpendicular camera optical axis direction sets up, and lens hood 2 also presents loudspeaker form structure this moment, makes lens hood 2 all around all can play the effect of sheltering from light. The light shield B2B and the packaging glass 5 form a closed area, and the matte material is used in the light shield B2B, so that dust and reflected light in a vehicle can be effectively prevented from entering the camera.
The structure of the mounting adaptor C3C is similar to that of embodiment 3, and since the vehicle-mounted camera of this embodiment is mounted outside the vehicle, and lacks a bonding supporting point between the hood and the front windshield, the connection base of the mounting adaptor C3C extends to both sides of the binocular camera structural body 1 at the same time, instead of the "L" structure of embodiment 1 extending to a single side, and both side extending portions have threaded holes C3C1 for connection with the vehicle exterior bracket to form a reliable supporting connection structure.
Example 5:
as shown in fig. 8, the embodiment discloses a vehicle-mounted camera, which is a vehicle-mounted monocular camera, wherein the vehicle-mounted monocular camera is installed at a front windshield in a vehicle, and consists of a monocular structure main body, a light shielding cover and an installation adapter; the monocular structure main body structure is similar to the binocular structure main body 1 in the embodiment 1, and can adopt a monocular structure matched with a monocular camera, a lens hood is arranged at the camera of the monocular structure main body, and an installation adapter is installed and connected between the monocular structure main body and a front windshield for supporting and connecting the whole monocular structure main body.
For the specific structure of the monocular structure body, please refer to embodiment 1, and the description thereof is omitted here.
The light shield has two kinds of structural style equally with installation adaptor, does respectively: 1. the flexible shade with variable angle is matched with the mounting adapter at the top, as shown in fig. 9; 2. the edge adopts the structure form that a light shield made of flexible materials is matched with a mounting adapter fixedly connected with the top, as shown in fig. 10. Reference is made to embodiment 1 and embodiment 2 for two specific structures, and the description thereof is omitted here.
Example 6:
as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the present embodiment discloses a vehicle-mounted camera, which is a vehicle-mounted monocular camera, the vehicle-mounted monocular camera is mounted outside a vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted monocular camera is composed of a monocular structure main body, a light shield and a mounting adapter; the monocular structure main body structure is similar to the binocular structure main body 1 in the embodiment 1, and can adopt a monocular structure matched with a monocular camera, a lens hood is arranged at the camera of the monocular structure main body, and an installation adapter is installed and connected between the monocular structure main body and a front windshield for supporting and connecting the whole monocular structure main body.
For the specific structure of the monocular structure body, please refer to embodiment 1, and the description thereof is omitted here.
The light shield has two kinds of structural style equally with installation adaptor, does respectively: 1. the flexible shade with variable angle is matched with the mounting adapter extending to two sides of the mounting base, as shown in FIG. 11; 2. the edge adopts a structure form that a light shield made of flexible materials is matched with a mounting adapter extending to two sides of a mounting base, as shown in fig. 12. Reference is made to embodiment 3 and embodiment 4 for two specific structures, and details are not repeated here.
Claims (10)

the vehicle-mounted camera is a binocular camera, and the binocular camera is arranged on a front windshield in a vehicle;
the binocular camera consists of a light shield, a binocular structure main body and a mounting adapter, wherein the bottom of the binocular structure main body is supported by the mounting adapter and is connected with a front windshield in a vehicle through the mounting adapter, and the light shield is arranged at the camera in the binocular structure main body;
the light shield is a flexible light shield with a variable angle, one end of the light shield is covered on the camera, and the other end of the light shield is adhered to the front windshield after the angle of the light shield is changed;
the bottom of the mounting adapter piece extends unidirectionally to one side of the binocular structure main body to form a supporting platform, and the top of the mounting adapter piece is hinged with the front windshield.
