Claims (35)

1. A terminal recycling method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
extracting first state information of the first terminal through a transmission application, wherein the first state information comprises one or more of a terminal model, a system type, a production date and hardware information of the first terminal;
determining the recovery price of the first terminal according to the first state information of the first terminal;
generating a recovery order according to the recovery price of the first terminal;
uploading the recovery order to a recovery server;
before the step of extracting the first state information of the first terminal through the transmission application, the method further includes:
establishing a wireless hotspot, wherein the wireless hotspot established by the first terminal is used for connection by a second terminal;
receiving a connection request sent by a transmission application of a second terminal through the wireless hotspot, wherein the connection request is sent by the transmission application of the second terminal through the wireless hotspot;
establishing a transmission channel based on the wireless hotspot between the second terminal and the second terminal according to the connection request;
extracting personalized data in the system;
and transmitting the personalized data to the second terminal through the transmission channel so that the transmission application of the second terminal can process the personalized data into an executable state in a system of the second terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of determining the recycle price for the first terminal based on the first status information for the first terminal, further comprising:
generating a second state information selection interface, the second state information comprising: one or more of terminal old and new degree, warranty information, purchase channel, terminal appearance color, important part information and order address information;
receiving the selection operation of a user on the second state information selection interface;
and determining second state information according to the selection operation.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of determining the recycle price of the first terminal based on the first status information of the first terminal comprises:
and determining the recovery price of the first terminal according to the first state information and the second state information of the first terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of extracting the first state information of the first terminal by the transmitting application comprises:
and calling a setting application interface of the first terminal through the transmission application, and extracting first state information of the first terminal from the local submenu.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of establishing a wireless hotspot, further comprising:
establishing a transmission application download server, wherein the download server is used for being connected by the second terminal;
receiving a transmission application downloading request sent by a second terminal;
and providing the installation package of the transmission application for the second terminal to download by the transmission application download server, wherein the installation package of the transmission application is downloaded and installed by the second terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after the step of establishing the transport application download server:
and generating a graphic code according to the download link address of the transmission application, wherein the graphic code is used for scanning by the second terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of receiving a request from the second terminal to download the transmission application comprises:
and receiving a transmission application downloading request sent by the second terminal through the wireless hotspot after the second terminal scans the graphic code.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of establishing a transport application download server comprises:
and according to the current IP address and port of the first terminal, creating a WEB server as a transmission application download server, wherein the WEB server is used for being connected by the second terminal.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of establishing a transmission channel based on the wireless hotspot with the second terminal according to the connection request comprises:
acquiring address information of a second terminal according to the connection request;
acquiring address information of a first terminal at present;
creating a socket server according to the address information of the first terminal and the address information of the second terminal; the socket server is used for being connected with a socket client established by the second terminal.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of transmitting the personalized data in the system to the second terminal via the transmission channel comprises:
when the transmission interruption occurs in the transmission process, recording the transmission nodes of the untransmitted personalized data;
and when the transmission interruption is recovered, continuously transmitting the untransmitted personalized data to the second terminal according to the recorded transmission nodes.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the personalization data comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) installing an application, and storing data, pictures, videos, audios, contact person information, short messages, call records and one or more of common setting parameters corresponding to the application; the application installation package is an installation package of applications except the transmission application and the system built-in application in the first terminal.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein when the personalized data is picture data, the step of extracting the personalized data in the system comprises:
filtering pictures with the memory smaller than a preset threshold value;
and extracting the filtered picture.
13. The method of claim 11, wherein when the personalization data is an installation package of an application, the step of extracting the personalization data in the system comprises:
and extracting the installation package of the application from the date/app path in the internal storage, wherein the installation package of the application is used for being received and installed by the second terminal.
14. The method of claim 11, wherein when the personalized data is application-specific stored data, the step of extracting the personalized data from the system comprises:
and extracting the storage data corresponding to the application from the date/date path in the internal storage, wherein the storage data corresponding to the application is used for being received by the second terminal and is imported into the application corresponding to the second terminal.
15. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of establishing a wireless hotspot comprises:
and calling a 5G hot spot API, and establishing a 5G wireless hot spot, wherein the 5G wireless hot spot is used for being connected by a second terminal.
16. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of transmitting the personalized data in the system to the second terminal via the transmission channel, further comprising:
generating a personalized data selection interface;
receiving the selection operation of the user on the individualized data needing to be transmitted on the individualized data selection interface;
and determining personalized data to be transmitted according to the selection operation.
17. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of transmitting the personalized data in the system to the second terminal via the transmission channel comprises:
extracting a name corresponding to the personalized data;
and transmitting the personalized data to a second terminal through the transmission channel, and displaying a corresponding name in the transmission process of the personalized data, wherein the name corresponding to the personalized data is used for being displayed by the second terminal in the process of receiving the personalized data.
18. A terminal recycling apparatus, comprising:
the first extraction module is used for extracting first state information of the first terminal through the transmission application;
the first determining module is used for determining the recovery price of the first terminal according to the first state information of the first terminal;
the order generation module is used for generating a recovery order according to the recovery price of the first terminal;
the uploading module is used for uploading the recovery order to a recovery server;
further comprising:
the first establishing module is used for establishing a wireless hotspot;
the first receiving module is used for receiving a connection request sent by a transmission application of a second terminal through the wireless hotspot;
the second establishing module is used for establishing a transmission channel based on the wireless hotspot between the second establishing module and the second terminal according to the connection request;
the second extraction module is used for extracting personalized data in the system;
and the first transmission module is used for transmitting the personalized data to the second terminal through the transmission channel.
19. The apparatus of claim 18, further comprising:
the second information interface generating module is used for generating a second state information selection interface;
the selection module is used for receiving the selection operation of the user on the second state information selection interface;
and the second determining module is used for determining second state information according to the selection operation.
20. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the first determining module comprises:
and the determining submodule is used for determining the recovery price of the first terminal according to the first state information and the second state information of the first terminal.
21. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the first extraction module comprises:
and the first calling submodule is used for calling a setting application interface of the first terminal through the transmission application and extracting the first state information of the first terminal from the local submenu.
22. The apparatus of claim 19, further comprising;
a third establishing module, configured to establish a transmission application download server;
the second receiving module is used for receiving a transmission application downloading request sent by the second terminal;
and the second transmission module is used for providing the transmission application installation package for the second terminal for downloading by the transmission application downloading server.
23. The apparatus of claim 22, further comprising:
and the graphic code generating module is used for generating the graphic code according to the download link address of the transmission application.
24. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the second receiving module comprises:
and the receiving submodule is used for receiving a transmission application downloading request sent by the second terminal through the wireless hotspot after the second terminal scans the graphic code.

a socket creating submodule for creating a socket server according to the address information of the first terminal and the address information of the second terminal; the socket server is used for being connected with a socket client established by the second terminal.
27. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the first transmission module comprises:
the recording submodule is used for recording the transmission nodes of the individualized data which are not transmitted when the transmission interruption occurs in the transmission process;
and the transmission submodule is used for continuously transmitting the untransmitted personalized data to the second terminal according to the recorded transmission nodes when the transmission interruption is recovered.

The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the personalization data comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) installing an application, and storing data, pictures, videos, audios, contact person information, short messages, call records and one or more of common setting parameters corresponding to the application; the application installation package is an installation package of applications except the transmission application and the system built-in application in the first terminal.
29. The apparatus of claim 28, wherein when the personalized data is picture data, the extraction module comprises:
the filtering submodule is used for filtering pictures of which the memory is smaller than a preset threshold value;
and the extraction submodule is used for extracting the filtered picture.
