技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳聚糖光触媒抗菌毛巾,属于生活用品技术领域。
背景技术
壳聚糖(chitosan)又称脱乙酰甲壳素,是由自然界广泛存在的几丁质(chitin)经过脱乙酰作用得到的,化学名称为聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖。自1859年,法国人Rouget首先得到壳聚糖后,这种天然高分子的生物官能性和相容性、血液相容性、安全性、微生物降解性等优良性能被各行各业广泛关注,在医药、食品、化工、化妆品、水处理、金属提取及回收、生化和生物医学工程等诸多领域的应用研究取得了重大进展。
壳聚糖在弱酸溶剂中易于溶解,特别值得指出的是溶解后的溶液中含有氨基(NH2+),这些氨基通过结合负电子来抑制细菌。壳聚糖的抑制细菌活性,使其在医药、纺织和食品等领域有着广泛的应用。壳聚糖及其衍生物有较好的抗菌活性,能抑制一些真菌、细菌、和病毒的生长繁殖。截止到2013年认为其可能的机制有三:一是由于壳聚糖的多聚阳离子,易于真菌细胞表面带负电荷的基团作用,从而改变病原菌细胞膜的流动性和通透性;二是干扰DNA的复制与转录;三是阻断病原菌代谢。
光触媒是一种以纳米级二氧化钛为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称,它涂布于基材表面,在紫外光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能:能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体;能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理;同时还具备除臭、抗污、净化空气等功能。纺织品或多或少都含有微量的甲醛或者其它有害物质,经过光触媒处理后的纺织品不仅可以有效的降低甲醛等有害物质的含量,而且纺织品在使用过程中也容易清洗。

本发明的目的是提供一种壳聚糖光触媒抗菌毛巾。
本发明的技术方案包括如下:
本发明壳聚糖光触媒抗菌毛巾包括:织物层;抗氧化层,喷涂在所述织物层的表面上;抗菌层,喷涂在所述抗氧化层上,抗菌层包括壳聚糖/戊二醛交联结构,以及分散在壳聚糖/戊二醛交联结构中的纳米二氧化钛/纳米银颗粒。
纳米二氧化钛/纳米银颗粒在可见光的作用下能产生强烈催化降解功能,有效地降解了空气中的有害气体、杀灭了多种细菌,从而能自我消毒。将纳米二氧化钛/纳米银分散在壳聚糖/戊二醛的凝胶性物质中,综合了纳米二氧化钛/纳米银较好的抗菌活性和壳聚糖优异的皮肤接触特性,因而抗菌、耐洗性能良好。
抗氧化层的材料为具有亲水性的粒径为2~10纳米的纳米SiO2表面涂层材料。抗菌层通过抗氧化层附着在毛巾的织物层上,很好地保护了毛巾织物层,使其不会被纳米二氧化钛/纳米银的氧化破坏。

1.一种壳聚糖光触媒抗菌毛巾,包括织物层,其特征在于,所述的壳聚糖光触媒抗菌毛巾还包括:抗氧化层,喷涂在所述织物层的表面上;抗菌层,喷涂在所述抗氧化层上,所述的抗菌层包括壳聚糖/戊二醛交联结构,以及分散在壳聚糖/戊二醛交联结构中的纳米二氧化钛/纳米银颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种壳聚糖光触媒抗菌毛巾,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化层的材料为具有亲水性的粒径为2~10纳米的纳米SiO2表面涂层材料。
