背景技术
洗衣片作为一种新的洗涤剂形态,在近几年发展比较迅速,其所具备的优势很明显,主要是以下几点:一、改变了洗衣粉、洗衣液需要计量使用的繁琐。二、与传统的洗衣粉、洗涤剂相比,洗衣泡腾片剂含有更多的有效成分,极大减少了填充料、辅材、水等的使用,配方实现节约资源的效果。三、洗衣泡腾片剂以其体积小,重量轻、包装耗材小、储存方便、不易变质等优点,相对对传统洗衣液复杂的罐装流程,洗衣片在降本方面更具优势,在绿色、环保方面也有突出的贡献。
泡腾片剂是含有泡腾崩解剂的一种片剂。泡腾崩解剂通常是有机酸和碳酸氢钠(小苏打)的混合物;泡腾片剂本身干燥不含水分,泡腾崩解剂中的两种物质未电离不能发生反应;但当泡腾片剂放入水中之后,有机酸和碳酸氢钠在水的作用下电离,并发生复分解反应,产生大量二氧化碳,使片剂迅速崩解和融化,有时崩解产生的气泡还会使药片在水中上下翻滚,加速其崩解和融化。片剂崩解时产生的二氧化碳部分溶解于中,洗衣泡腾片剂的优点在于,由于崩解产生的大量泡沫增加了表面活性剂与待洗涤织物的直接接触,更好地发挥洗涤、柔顺作用。
洗衣泡腾片剂作为一种片剂,它涉及到片剂的一些基本性能,如硬度、脆碎度、耐潮性。同时还必须具备洗涤剂的特性,在溶解性、去污力、环保方面都较高要求。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种洗衣泡腾片剂及其制备方法,采用溶解性好的固态柔顺剂,通过表面均匀包覆织物浆膜,使之固化,提高片剂硬度、脆碎度;通过在片剂内部及表面均匀分布的泡腾剂组合物,起到短时间分解片剂,达到洗涤柔顺组分均匀分散的效果。
技术方案:一种洗衣泡腾片剂,按重量份计包括以下原料:非离子表面活性剂20.0-30.0份,阴离子表面活性剂20.0-50.0份,柔顺剂0.5-2.0份,崩解剂6.0-10.0份,糯米浆1.0-4.0份,蛋白质酶0.1-1.0份,泡腾剂组合物2.0-6.0份,香精粒子0.01-0.1份、着色剂粒子0.01-0.04份、防腐剂0.01-0.03份。
进一步地,所述非离子表面活性剂为醇醚糖苷。
进一步地,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠或脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述柔顺剂为冷水软片。
进一步地,所述冷水软片为脂肪酸、脂肪酸多元醇化合物、脂肪酸酰胺衍弱阳离子化合物或脂肪酸咪唑啉化合物中的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步地,所述崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠。
进一步地,所述泡腾剂组合物为有机酸与碳酸氢钠的干态粉末混合物。
上述洗衣泡腾片剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将着色剂粒子、香精粒子、防腐剂、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂和蛋白酶混合、粉碎,得到混合粉末一;
步骤2,将柔顺剂粉碎后加入1/2重量份的糯米浆,混合、烘干,得到混合粉末二;
步骤3,将混合粉末二加到混合粉末一中,混合,得到混合料一;
步骤4,将崩解剂和3/4重量份的泡腾剂组合物加至混合料一中,搅拌,加入1/4重量份的糯米浆,混合、搅拌,得到混合料二;
步骤5,将混合料二加至片剂模型中塑型,得到成型片剂;
步骤6,将成型片剂取出,在表面均匀喷涂1/4重量份的糯米浆,加入1/4重量份的泡腾剂组合物,充分滚动、混合,最后进行筛选、过滤,得到洗衣泡腾片剂成品,包装即可。
进一步地,步骤5所得成型片剂厚度≥5mm,型态为椭圆、圆、方型、及其他立体型态。
有益效果:
(1)通过在柔顺剂表面包覆生物粘合剂(糯米浆)的方式,解决柔顺剂组分对片剂成型后硬度变差、脆碎度变差的问题;因为柔顺剂属于表面张力小的表面活性剂,其主要作用作为纤维的柔软剂、抗静电剂,其物理性质为固体状态下具有滑度,所以对片剂成型增加难度。由于糯米浆粘度适中,且生物相容性好,包覆在柔顺剂表面后,增强了柔顺剂组分与其他组分的粘合性能,提升片剂硬度、脆碎度;
(2)通过在片剂内部及表面均匀分布的泡腾剂组合物,遇水发生反应,增加片剂与水的接触面积,并且反应为放热反应,能够进一步起到分解片剂,起到短时间分解片剂,达到洗涤、柔顺组分均匀分散到溶液中,提高洗涤、柔顺效果;
(3)将崩解剂均匀混合在配方中,在泡腾剂的协同作用下,能不断接触到水,迅速崩解片剂,加快表面活性剂扩散、溶解速度;
(4)本发明使用糯米浆作为粘合剂、成膜剂,不仅使片剂耐潮性明显提升,且原料工艺绿色环保,使消费者使用、储存携带都得到安全、方便;洗涤后产生的生活污水,与水体生物相容性好,比化学成分的粘合剂、成膜剂易于降解。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对发明作进一步详细说明。但本领域技术人员将会理解下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
(一)洗衣泡腾片剂原料组分
醇醚糖苷20份,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠10份,α-烯基磺酸钠5份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠10份,脂肪酸软片0.3份,脂肪酸多元醇软片0.2份,糯米浆1.0份,羧甲基淀粉钠6.0份,蛋白酶0.2份,泡腾剂组合物2.0份,香精粒子0.01份、着色剂粒子0.02份、防腐剂0.01份。
(二)制备步骤
步骤1,将着色剂粒子、香精粒子、防腐剂、醇醚糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、蛋白酶加入到剪切机中,高速剪切、粉碎30min,混合均匀,备用;
步骤2,将脂肪酸软片、脂肪酸多元醇软片粉碎、搅拌,缓慢加入0.5份糯米浆,搅拌30min,混合均匀,备用;
步骤3,将步骤2所得的粉末加入到步骤1的混合物粉末中,搅拌60min;
步骤4,将1.5份泡腾剂组合物、羧甲基淀粉钠加入到步骤3的混合料中,搅拌30min,加入0.25份糯米浆,搅拌30min;
步骤5,将步骤4获得的混合料加入到片剂模型中塑型;
步骤6,将成型的片剂取出,在片剂表面均匀喷涂0.25份糯米浆,加入0.5份泡腾剂组合物,充分滚动、混合,最后进行筛选、过滤,得到柔顺洗衣泡腾片剂成品,包装即可。
实施例2
(一)洗衣泡腾片剂原料组分
醇醚糖苷25份,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠15份,α-烯基磺酸钠5份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠10份,脂肪酸咪唑啉软片1.0份,糯米浆2.0份,羧甲基淀粉钠8.0份,蛋白酶0.5份,泡腾剂组合物4.0份,香精粒子0.04份、着色剂粒子0.03份、防腐剂0.02份。
(二)制备步骤
步骤1,将着色剂粒子、香精粒子、防腐剂、醇醚糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、蛋白酶加入到剪切机中,高速剪切、粉碎30min,混合均匀,备用;
步骤2,将脂肪酸咪唑啉软片粉碎、搅拌,缓慢加入1.0份糯米浆,搅拌30min,混合均匀,备用;
步骤3,将步骤2所得的粉末加入到步骤1的混合物粉末中,搅拌60min;
步骤4,将3.0份泡腾剂组合物、羧甲基淀粉钠加入到步骤3的混合料中,搅拌30min,加入0.5份糯米浆,搅拌30min;
步骤5,将步骤4获得的混合料加入到片剂模型中塑型;
步骤6,将成型的片剂取出,在片剂表面均匀喷涂0.5份糯米浆,加入1.0份泡腾剂组合物粉末,充分滚动、混合,最后进行筛选、过滤,得到柔顺洗衣泡腾片剂成品,包装即可。
实施例3
(一)洗衣泡腾片剂原料组分
醇醚糖苷30份,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠15份,α-烯基磺酸钠5份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠25份,脂肪酸酰胺衍弱阳离子化合物1.0份,脂肪酸咪唑啉软片1.0份,糯米浆4.0份,羧甲基淀粉钠10.0份,蛋白酶1.0份,泡腾剂组合物6.0份,香精粒子0.08份、着色剂粒子0.04份、防腐剂0.03份。
(二)制备步骤
步骤1,将着色剂粒子、香精粒子、防腐剂、醇醚糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、蛋白酶加入到剪切机中,高速剪切、粉碎30min,混合均匀,备用;
步骤2,将脂肪酸咪唑啉软片粉碎、搅拌,缓慢加入2.0份糯米浆,搅拌30min,混合均匀,备用;
步骤3,将步骤2所得的粉末加入到步骤1的混合物粉末中,搅拌60min;
步骤4,将4.5份泡腾剂组合物、羧甲基淀粉钠加入到步骤3的混合料中,搅拌30min,加入1.0份糯米浆,搅拌30min;
步骤5,将步骤4获得的混合料加入到片剂模型中塑型;
步骤6,将成型的片剂取出,在片剂表面均匀喷涂1.0份糯米浆,加入1.5份泡腾剂组合物粉末,充分滚动、混合,最后进行筛选、过滤,得到柔顺洗衣泡腾片剂成品,包装即可。
对照例1
对照例1与实施例2的主要区别在于,步骤2不添加糯米浆,其他均不变。
对照例2
对照例2与实施例2的主要区别在于,柔顺剂的份量为4.0份,其他均不变。
对照例3
对照例3与实施例2的主要区别在于,取消步骤6,其他均不变.
对照例4
对照例4与实施例2的主要区别在于,柔顺剂类型选用液态、半固态柔顺剂,其他均不变。
将实施例和对照例所得洗衣泡腾片剂进行性能测试,结果如下:
由实施例2,对照例1可知,不使用糯米浆,泡腾洗衣片的溶解性能、硬度脆碎度均较差,可知糯米浆在发明中起到粘合剂,成膜剂的作用,对泡腾剂发挥作用,片剂的物理性能起到良好作用;
由实施例2,对照例2可知,添加量过多,柔顺剂添加量过多,会影响产品硬度、脆碎度,对产品保存与运输不利,影响产品实用性;
由实施例2与对照例3可知,本发明中的步骤(6)对泡腾片剂的溶解速度有很大影响,主要在于片剂表面存在泡腾剂遇水产生巨量气泡,使片剂与水的接触加速,提高溶解性;另外步骤六对于片剂的硬度、脆碎度有提升作用,主要糯米浆作为良好的成膜剂,起到保护片剂的作用;
由实施例2与对照例4可知,本发明的泡腾片剂,其物理状态为片状固体,经过粉碎后形成的粉末,在糯米浆粘合剂的包覆作用下,解决了其对片剂硬度、脆碎度的不良影响,如果换成液态或者半固体状态的柔顺剂,其成型后片剂硬度、脆碎度均较差。
Claims (3)
1.一种洗衣泡腾片剂,其特征在于:按重量份计包括以下原料:非离子表面活性剂20.0-30.0份,阴离子表面活性剂20.0-50.0份,柔顺剂0.5-2.0份,崩解剂6.0-10.0份,糯米浆1.0-4.0份,蛋白质酶0.1-1.0份,泡腾剂组合物2.0-6.0份,香精粒子0.01-0.1份、着色剂粒子0.01-0.04份、防腐剂0.01-0.03份;
所述非离子表面活性剂为醇醚糖苷;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠或脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的一种或几种;
所述柔顺剂为冷水软片;
所述冷水软片为脂肪酸、脂肪酸多元醇化合物、脂肪酸酰胺衍弱阳离子化合物或脂肪酸咪唑啉化合物中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠;
所述泡腾剂组合物为有机酸与碳酸氢钠的干态粉末混合物。
2.权利要求1所述的洗衣泡腾片剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将着色剂粒子、香精粒子、防腐剂、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂和蛋白酶混合、粉碎,得到混合粉末一;
步骤2,将柔顺剂粉碎后加入1/2重量份的糯米浆,混合、烘干,得到混合粉末二;
步骤3,将混合粉末二加到混合粉末一中,混合,得到混合料一;
步骤4,将崩解剂和3/4重量份的泡腾剂组合物加至混合料一中,搅拌,加入1/4重量份的糯米浆,混合、搅拌,得到混合料二;
步骤5,将混合料二加至片剂模型中塑型,得到成型片剂;
步骤6,将成型片剂取出,在表面均匀喷涂1/4重量份的糯米浆,加入1/4重量份的泡腾剂组合物,充分滚动、混合,最后进行筛选、过滤,得到洗衣泡腾片剂成品,包装即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤5所得成型片剂厚度≥5mm,型态为椭圆、圆、方型、及其他立体型态。
