As shown in fig. 7, the metering roller 18 includes a second shaft 51, a gear 61, a hollow tube 95, a cylindrical head 92, a first shaft 91, a cylinder 94, a spring seven 93, and a flexible film 62, wherein the first shaft 91 is inserted into the central hole of the cylinder 94 and fixed, the cylinder 94 is inserted into the central hole of the cylindrical head 92 and can slide freely, the spring seven 93 is arranged between the cylindrical head 92 and the axial center of the cylinder 94, the cylindrical head 92 is inserted into one end of the hollow tube 95 and fixed, the gear 61 is inserted into the other end of the hollow tube 95 and fixed, the second shaft 51 is inserted into the central hole of the gear 61 and fixed, and the flexible film 62 is wrapped on the side surface of the metering roller 18.
As shown in fig. 4, the mute buffer device is composed of an outer disc 27, an inner disc 44 and a spring five 45, wherein the outer disc is sleeved on the inner disc 44 and is coated with viscous liquid between the outer disc and the spring five 45, the spring five 45 is concentrically arranged on the inner disc 44 protruding from the hollow shaft and is tightly matched with the hollow shaft, and one end of the spring five 45 is led out of a steel wire to be fixed in a protruding groove of the bottom shell 29. The U-shaped groove 63 on the edge of the outer disc 27 is matched with the boss IV 64 on the pedal bracket 19. The pedal bracket 19 is welded with a pull rod connecting member 67 near the bag clamping pull rod 34, one end of the pull rod connecting member is provided with a round hole 66, the other end is provided with a first boss 65, the first boss 65 is matched with the reset drag hook 28, and the bottom end of the cover opening pull rod 36 is provided with an elbow inserted into the round hole 66 and can rotate freely.
As shown in fig. 5, the cover opening locking device comprises a pedal 26, a cover opening locking key 25, a spring four 40 and a bottom cover 41, wherein a pedal panel 75 is fixed on the surface of the pedal 26 by a buckle, the pedal 26 is fixed on a pedal bracket 19 by a buckle, the cover opening locking key 25 is inserted into an open slot 74 in the middle of the pedal 26 to slide freely, the spring four 40 is sleeved between a U-shaped hook 73 on the cover opening locking key 25 and a boss five 70 of the pedal 26, and a boss two 72 of the cover opening locking key 25 is matched with a boss three 71 on the bottom cover 41. The bottom cover 41 is mounted on the bottom of the bottom shell 29 by a buckle, and the mounting hole 77 of the pedal bracket 19 is sleeved on the cylindrical boss 78 of the bottom shell 29.
As shown in fig. 6 and 11, the garbage bag storage chamber is a rectangular chamber, in which a garbage bag box 100 or a garbage bag roll 96 of a corresponding size is placed, one side of the rectangular chamber is inserted into a movable baffle 98 when the garbage bag roll 96 is placed, and the garbage bag storage chamber is located in the bottom shell 29 and is parallel to the bottom cover 41 and side by side with the metering roller 18. When the trash bag box 100 is placed, the flap 98 is removed.
As shown in fig. 12, another switch cover device and mute buffer device of the present invention comprises a first flip 8, a second flip 9, a first long pull rod 201, a second long pull rod 202, a third long pull rod 203, a square slide block 204, a spring eighth 31, a bag clamping pull rod 34, an outer disc 205, an inner disc 44 and a spring fifth 45, wherein the first flip 8 and the second flip 9 are respectively hinged on the upper shell 10, a boss with holes extends from the inner surface of the first flip 8 and the second flip 9 and are respectively connected with the holes on the two sides of the upper end of the square slide block 204 by the first long pull rod 201 and the second long pull rod 202, the square slide block 204 and the spring eighth 31 are sleeved on the bag clamping pull rod 34, the spring eighth 31 is positioned between the square slide block 204 and the upper shell 10, the third long pull rod 203 is connected between the hole on the lower end of the square slide block 204 and the hole on the protruding end of the outer disc 205, the sleeve 206 is sleeved on the protruding shaft on the edge of the outer disc 205, the outer disc 205 is concentrically sleeved outside the inner disc 44 and is filled with viscous liquid, the protruding hollow shaft of the inner disc 44 is sleeved with the spring fifth 45, one end of the spring fifth 45 is fixedly sleeved on the boss of the sleeve 206, and the pedal 19 is contacted with the boss 29.
