Abstract

本发明提供了一种生物技术口气清新剂,通过酶促反应消除口臭中主要的致臭物质——二甲基硫醚等,从而快速消除口臭。本添加剂作用温和、快速,既可添加到漱口水、牙膏或者口香糖等产品中,又可添加到药物制剂或口腔科医药材料里,对于口臭的治疗和护理有着重要的意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物技术口气清新剂,通过酶促反应消除口臭中主要的致臭物质——二甲基硫醚等,既可添加到漱口水、牙膏或者口香糖等产品中,又可添加到药物制剂或口腔科医药材料里,对于口臭的治疗和护理有着重要的意义。
背景技术
口气是指从口腔或其他生理空腔中如鼻、鼻窦、咽等所散发出的不愉快气体,它严重影响人们的社会交往和心理健康,WHO已将口臭作为一种疾病来进行报道。调查显示,中国口臭患病率约为27.5%。而全世界25%的人有慢性口臭,多数成年人在口腔干燥时会时不时口臭。80%~90%的口臭是来源于口腔。口腔中的牙龈炎、牙周炎及口腔粘膜病,唾液的大量减少,食用了某些药物或洋葱、大蒜等刺激性食物等,都能引起口臭的发生。科研数据表明,带有气味的气体硫化物,如硫化氢、二甲基硫醚等,是导致口臭的直接原因。
目前,市面上针对口气的产品主要有两类:一是口气清新剂,这类产品大多是通过各类带芳香气味的遮味剂对口气的味道进行遮蔽,因为其不能有效消除产生口臭的致味气体,作用时间大多非常短暂;二是口腔清洁产品,如漱口水类产品,可用于口腔细菌的清除和口腔卫生的维护。本发明通过生物酶技术和科学配方,得到一种全新的高效口气清新剂,能快速清除口气中的致臭成分(二甲基硫醚、硫化氢),消除口腔异味,也可长时间抑制口腔细菌。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种快速消除口臭的生物技术口气清新剂及其医药用途。
实现本发明的技术方案是:本发明提供的这种快速消除口臭的生物技术口气清新剂,其组成比例中含有双氧水0.1%-0.5%;重组人源性蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A0.0001%-0.0005%;半胱氨酸0.0001%;其余部分用无菌蒸馏水配齐。该防治口臭的生物技术口气清新剂可以直接使用,也可以用于制备漱口水、口香糖、医药产品或医疗器械等。本发明提供的这种快速消除口臭的生物技术口气清新剂能快速清除口腔中所含的含硫有机物,从而有效减轻口臭。
本发明主要基于发明人实验室发现的两个生化反应,分别清除导致口气异味的两种主要物质:硫化氢和二甲基硫醚。
清除硫化氢的生化反应为:在一定生理条件和PH环境下,硫化氢在过氧化氢催化下生成聚硫醚,进而和半胱氨酸反应,生成硫巯基化状态的半胱氨酸。

清除二甲基硫醚的生化反应为:在一定生理条件和PH环境下,二甲基硫醚在蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A 的催化下,可以快速和较低浓度的过氧化氢反应,生成无味的二甲基亚砜。

以往很多漱口水类产品中会加入高浓度的过氧化氢(1%-5%),用于溃疡面的消毒和口腔卫生的维护。但是高浓度的过氧化氢对口腔黏膜刺激和氧化损伤很大,而且单用过氧化氢对口气中致臭成分 (二甲基硫醚、硫化氢)基本没有清除作用。本发明中使用的过氧化氢浓度在它们的十分之一以下,有效避免了它们对口腔黏膜的刺激和氧化等副作用。本发明使用的过氧化氢主要是通过蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A的催化氧化作用,实现其对口气中DMS的清除作用。

图1:使用气相色谱柱-质谱联用技术检测本口气清新剂对口臭中的主要致臭物质——二甲基硫醚的清除作用。从图1可看出,37℃下加入口气清新剂反应1小时后,二甲基硫醚(出峰时间约为1.9 分钟)的含量显著下降。
具体实施方式
本发明的特征可用参考以下实施例进行进一步描述,但这些实施例不应认为是任何对于本发明的限制范围。
实施例1:
一种生物技术口气清新剂,包括:过氧化氢(0.1%);重组人源性蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A(0.0005%);半胱氨酸(0.0001%);无菌蒸馏水。配制方法:将1份医用过氧化氢溶液(30%)和300份无菌蒸馏水混合配制成溶液,按溶液体积每100ml加入0.0005g重组人源性蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A,0.0001g半胱氨酸。无菌条件下过滤后分装入喷雾瓶中。加压封装。
实施例2:
一种酶促除口臭漱口水。包括:薄荷油1%、木糖醇2%、乙醇10%、过氧化氢(0.5%)、磷酸氢钙1%、蒸馏水水86%,蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A(0.0005%);半胱氨酸(0.0001%)。配制方法:将5份医用过氧化氢溶液(30%)、30份乙醇、300份无菌蒸馏水混合配制成溶液,按溶液体积每100ml加入 1g薄荷油,2g木糖醇,1g磷酸氢钙,0.0005g重组人源性蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A,0.0001g半胱氨酸。无菌条件下过滤后分装入瓶中。
实施例3:
观察按照本发明专利所写比例的过氧化氢和蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A对二甲基硫醚的清除作用。口气中二甲基硫醚是健康人口气中的主要臭味物质。配制50毫升的二甲基硫醚溶液(0.5%),加入同体积的过氧化氢(0.1%)和同体积的蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A溶液(0.0005%),37℃下反应1小时。同样,配制50毫升的二甲基硫醚溶液(0.5%),加入同体积的过氧化氢(0.1%)作为对照,37℃下反应1小时。反应完成后,以气相色谱柱-质谱联用检测二甲基硫醚的含量。发现加入蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A的体系中,二甲基硫醚的含量显著下降。见图1。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于防治口臭的口气清新剂,其特征在于,由双氧水、重组人源性蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A、半胱氨酸和无菌蒸馏水组成,其中双氧水的质量百分比为0.1%,重组人源性蛋氨酸亚砜还原酶A的质量百分比为0.0005%,半胱氨酸的质量百分比为0.0001%,其余部分为无菌蒸馏水。
2.权利要求1所述的防治口臭的口气清新剂在制备漱口水、口香糖中的应用。
3.一种漱口水,其特征在于,含有权利要求1所述的用于防治口臭的口气清新剂。
