Description

Absorbent article
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin.
Background
The absorbent article for night use is used in a state where the wearer lies down, and is used for a longer time than the absorbent article for daily use. Therefore, when the absorbent article for night use is used, back leakage is likely to occur. Patent document 1 discloses an absorbent article for night use which prevents back leakage.
The absorbent article of patent document 1 includes: a discharge part facing part arranged opposite to a liquid discharge part of a wearer; and a rear portion disposed on the back side of the spine with respect to the drain portion facing portion. The absorbent body is provided with a plurality of high-density portions and low-density portions extending in the width direction at a portion located at the rear portion. In the absorbent article of patent document 1, when the body fluid flows rearward, the body fluid is held by the high-density portion having a relatively high density, and the low-density portion having a relatively low density is flexibly deformed to suppress the rear leakage.

Disclosure of Invention
However, the absorbent article described above has the following problems. The applicant conducted various investigations on the deformation of the body of the wearer in a lying-down state. The results show that: the wearer in the lying state has a body deformed by the body pressure, and the absorbent article is deformed into an unexpected state.
Specifically, the hip of the wearer lying on his back is inflated and crushed. The swollen and collapsed portion of the buttocks moves toward the crotch side. The absorbent article disposed to face the crotch region of the wearer is pressed by the swollen and collapsed portions of the buttocks and deformed so as to be separated from the body of the wearer. As a result, the following may occur: a gap is formed between the wearer's crotch region and the absorbent article, and a rear leakage occurs.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide an absorbent article capable of suppressing rear leakage in a state where a wearer lies on his/her back.
In order to solve the above-described problem, an absorbent article (absorbent article 1) of the present disclosure has a front-back direction (front-back direction L) and a width direction (width direction W) orthogonal to each other, and includes: a main body unit (main body unit 2) including an absorber (absorber 30), a skin sheet (skin sheet 10), and a non-skin sheet (non-skin sheet 20), the absorber (absorber 30) having an absorbent core (absorbent core 31) in which absorbent materials are laminated, the skin sheet (skin sheet 10) being positioned on the skin-facing surface side of the absorber, and the non-skin sheet (non-skin sheet 20) being positioned on the non-skin-facing surface side of the absorber; and a wing section (wing section 3) extending outward in the width direction with respect to the outer edge of the main body section and being foldable toward the non-skin surface sheet side in use, wherein the absorbent article is provided with: a 1 st curved portion (1 st curved portion 41) extending in the width direction; a 2 nd curved portion (a 2 nd curved portion 42) located rearward of the 1 st curved portion and extending in the width direction, the 1 st curved portion and the 2 nd curved portion being configured to enable the absorbent article to be bent in a thickness direction, the absorbent article including: a 1 st region (1 st region R1) adjacent to the 1 st curve portion in front of the 1 st curve portion; a 2 nd region (2 nd region R2) adjacent to the 2 nd curve portion rearward of the 2 nd curve portion; and an intermediate region (intermediate region R3) located between the 1 st curved portion and the 2 nd curved portion in the front-rear direction, the intermediate region having a weight per unit area of the absorbent material lower than the weight per unit area of the absorbent material of the 1 st region and lower than the weight per unit area of the absorbent material of the 2 nd region, the intermediate region having a length in the front-rear direction longer than a thickness of the absorbent body at a portion of the 1 st region adjacent to the 1 st curved portion.

Detailed Description
(1) Unitary structure of absorbent article
The overall structure of the absorbent article 1 of the embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. In the following description of the drawings, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. However, the drawings are schematic, and it should be noted that the ratio of the respective dimensions and the like are different from the actual ratio. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined with reference to the following description. In addition, the drawings may include portions having different dimensional relationships and ratios from each other.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of an absorbent article, and fig. 2 is a rear view of the absorbent article. Fig. 3 is a sectional view a-a shown in fig. 1. The absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment is a sanitary napkin for night use.
The absorbent article 1 has: a front-back direction L extending along a front side (ventral side) and a back side (dorsal side) of the wearer; a width direction W orthogonal to the front-rear direction L; and a thickness direction T extending along the skin-facing surface side T1 and the non-skin-facing surface side T2 of the wearer.
The absorbent article 1 includes: an absorbent body 30 having an absorbent core in which absorbent materials are laminated; a skin sheet 10 located closer to the skin-facing surface side T1 than the absorber 30; and a non-skin-facing surface sheet 20 located closer to the non-skin-facing surface side T2 than the absorber 30. The skin sheet 10 has: a liquid-permeable top sheet 11 that covers at least the widthwise center of the absorber 30; and a side sheet 12 that covers the outer edge (outer end in the width direction) of the surface sheet 11 and extends outward in the width direction. The non-skin surface sheet 20 is a liquid-impermeable sheet.
The top sheet 11 is a liquid-permeable sheet permeable to liquid such as body fluid. The top sheet 11 covers at least the surface of the absorbent body 30. The top sheet 11 is not particularly limited as long as it is a sheet-like material having a liquid-permeable structure such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a perforated plastic sheet, or a mesh sheet. As a material of the woven fabric or the nonwoven fabric, any of natural fibers and chemical fibers can be used.
The side sheet 12 can be selected from the same materials as the surface sheet 11. However, in order to prevent menstrual blood from flowing beyond the side sheet 12 and toward the outside of the absorbent article 1, the side sheet 12 is preferably hydrophobic or water-repellent. The side panels 12 are arranged on the outer edge of the main body 2, the wing 3, and the hip flap (japanese: ヒップフラップ)4, which will be discussed later.
The non-skin sheet 20 has a length substantially equal to the length of the skin sheet 10. The non-skin-facing sheet 20 may be a sheet obtained by bonding an air-permeable resin film to a laminated nonwoven fabric mainly composed of a polyethylene sheet, polypropylene, or the like, an air-permeable resin film, a nonwoven fabric such as a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, or a spun-laced nonwoven fabric, or the like.
The absorber 30 has: an absorbent core 31 formed by laminating absorbent materials; a core wrap 32 covering the absorbent core 31. Examples of the absorbent material include hydrophilic fibers, pulp, and SAP.
The absorbent article 1 has a main body 2, wing portions 3, and hip flaps 4. The main body 2 is located at the center of the absorbent article 1 in the width direction W and extends in the front-rear direction L. The wing portions 3 and the hip flaps 4 extend outward in the width direction W with respect to the outer edge 2E of the main body portion 2. The outer side edge 2E of the main body 2 is aligned with the outer side edge 30E of the absorber 30.
The main body 2 includes a skin sheet 10, a non-skin sheet 20, and an absorber 30. More specifically, the main body 2 includes the top sheet 11, a part of the side sheet 12, the non-skin surface sheet 20, and the absorber 30.
The wing portions 3 have side sheets 12 and a non-skin-facing sheet 20. The center 3LC in the front-rear direction of the wing portion 3 is disposed opposite the excretory opening of the wearer. The wing sections 3 are configured to be foldable toward the non-skin surface sheet 20, and to be foldable toward the non-skin facing surface of the crotch section of the undergarment during use. The hip flaps 4 are located behind the wings 3. The hip flap 4 is configured to be disposed on the skin-facing surface side of the undergarment without being folded back toward the non-skin-facing surface side of the undergarment during use.
The inner edge 12E of the side sheet 12 is folded back outward in the width direction W along the front-rear direction L. An extensible member 91 that extends and contracts in the front-rear direction L is disposed between the folded side sheets 12. The inner edge 12E of the side sheet 12 is not joined to the surface sheet 11. The inner edge 12E of the side sheet 12 and the stretchable member 91 constitute a standing leakage preventive rib. The stretchable member 91 is disposed across the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42, which will be discussed later, in the front-rear direction L. More specifically, the front end edge 91F of the stretchable member 91 is located forward of the 1 st curved portion 41, and the rear end edge 91R of the stretchable member 91 is located rearward of the 2 nd curved portion 42.
As shown in fig. 2, an adhesive region 60 coated with an adhesive for fixing the absorbent article to the undergarment S is provided on the non-skin-facing surface of the non-skin-facing sheet 20. The adhesive region 60 has: a 1 st main body bonding region 61 and a 2 nd main body bonding region 62 arranged on the main body 2; a wing part bonding region 63 disposed on the wing part 3; and a hip flap adhesive area 64 disposed on the hip flap 4. The 1 st main body bonding region 61 is separated from the 2 nd main body bonding region 62 in the front-rear direction, and is disposed forward of the 2 nd main body bonding region 62.
The adhesive area 60 is covered with a release sheet 65 in a state before use. The release sheet 65 prevents the adhesive from deteriorating before use. The release sheet 65 is peeled off by the wearer at the time of use. In the absorbent article having no release sheet, the adhesive may be prevented from deteriorating before use by a packaging sheet that individually packages the absorbent article.
The absorbent article 1 is provided with a 1 st curved portion 41 and a 2 nd curved portion 42. The 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 are located on the rear side of the center 3LC of the wing portion 3 in the front-rear direction and on the front side of the rear end edge of the absorbent core 31. The 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 are configured to extend in the width direction W, and to enable the absorbent article 1 to bend in the thickness direction T. The rear end edge of the absorbent core of the absorbent body 30 of the present embodiment is substantially aligned with the rear end edge of the absorbent body.
The absorbent article 1 has: a 1 st region R1 adjacent to the 1 st curve 41 in front of the 1 st curve 41; a 2 nd region R2 adjacent to the 2 nd curve 42 rearward of the 2 nd curve 42; and an intermediate region R3 located between the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the front-rear direction L. The 1 st region R1 is a region from the leading edge 30F of the absorbent body 30 to the 1 st curved portion 41. The 2 nd region R2 is a region from the rear end edge 30R of the absorbent body 30 to the 2 nd curved portion 42. The intermediate region R3 is a region between the 1 st curve 41 and the 2 nd curve 42.
The absorbent material of the intermediate region R3 has a lower basis weight than the absorbent material of the 1 st region R1 and a lower basis weight than the absorbent material of the 2 nd region R2. The intermediate region R3 may be a region in which the basis weight of the absorbent is lower than the basis weight of the absorbent such as the 1 st region R1, or the like, or may be a region in which the basis weight is 0, or may be a region in which the absorbent mixed from the 1 st region R1 or the like is arranged while the basis weight is 0.
The 1 st curved portion 41 serves as a boundary of the stiffness change. The region forward of the 1 st curved portion 41 has a different rigidity from the region rearward of the 1 st curved portion 41. More specifically, the weight per unit area of the absorbent material in the region forward of the 1 st curved portion 41 is higher than the weight per unit area of the absorbent material in the region rearward of the 1 st curved portion 41. Therefore, the region on the front side of the 1 st curved portion 41 has higher rigidity than the region on the rear side of the 1 st curved portion 41.
The 2 nd curved portion 42 is located rearward of the 1 st curved portion 41. The 2 nd curve 42 is a boundary of the stiffness change. The region forward of the 2 nd curved portion 42 has a different rigidity from the region rearward of the 2 nd curved portion 42. More specifically, the basis weight of the absorbent material in the region on the front side of the 2 nd curved portion 42 is lower than the basis weight of the absorbent material in the region on the rear side of the 2 nd curved portion 42. Therefore, the region on the front side of the 2 nd curved portion 42 has lower rigidity than the region on the rear side of the 2 nd curved portion 42.
The length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is longer than the thickness of the absorbent body 30 at the 1 st region R1 adjacent to the 1 st curved portion 41. In the structure in which the thickness of the absorbent body 30 in the 1 st region R1 varies, the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction may be longer than the thickness of the absorbent body 30 in the portion adjacent to the 1 st curved portion 41, or may be shorter than the thickness of the other portion (for example, the central portion in the front-rear direction) of the 1 st region.
The length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction is preferably 10mm to 50 mm. In the configuration in which the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction varies, the length of the center of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction may be 10mm or more and 50mm or less. More preferably, the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction is 10mm or more and 30mm or less.
It is desirable that the distance L1 between the center 41WC in the width direction of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the center 3LC in the front-rear direction of the wing portion is 25mm or more. Further, it is desirable that a distance L1 between the center 41WC in the width direction of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the center in the front-rear direction of the wing portion is 80mm or less. In addition, the 1 st curved portion 41 has a predetermined length in the front-rear direction, and the distance between the center of the front end edge of the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction and the center of the wing portion in the front-rear direction may be 25mm to 80 mm.
The 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 are curved convexly rearward in a plan view. More specifically, the center of the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction is located rearward of the outer edge of the 1 st curved portion 41. The center of the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction is convex toward the rear. The center in the width direction of the 2 nd curved portion 42 is located rearward of the outer edge of the 2 nd curved portion 42. The center of the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the width direction is convex toward the rear. Further, the distance in the front-rear direction between the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 may be constant or may vary.
The 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 do not overlap the bonding region 60 in the thickness direction T. The 1 st main body bonding region 61 is disposed in the 1 st region R1, and the 2 nd main body bonding region 62 is disposed in the 2 nd region R2. The rear end edge 61R of the 1 st body bonding region 61 is located forward of the 1 st curved portion 41, and the front end edge 62F of the 2 nd body bonding region 62 is located rearward of the 2 nd curved portion 42.
The outer edge 41E of the 1 st curve 41 and the outer edge 42E of the 2 nd curve 42 are located at the outer edges of the absorbent core 31. That is, the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 are formed over the entire width direction area of the absorbent core. The absorbent core 31 is divided in the front-rear direction L by the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42. Further, the outer edge of the absorbent core 31 of the absorbent body 30 of the present embodiment is substantially aligned with the outer edge of the absorbent body 30. Thus, in the drawings, the outer edge 41E of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the outer edge 42E of the 2 nd curved portion 42 are shown in alignment with the outer edge 30E of the absorbent body 30.
The absorber 30 has a middle-high portion 33 located inward in the width direction of the outer edge 30E of the absorber 30. The intermediate height portion 33 is located in the 1 st region R1 and is located inward in the width direction of the portion located in the 1 st region R1 of the outer edge 30E of the absorbent body 30. In fig. 1, the middle-high portion 33 is indicated by hatching. The thickness of the middle height portion 33 is larger than the thickness of the portion of the outer edge 30E of the absorbent body 30 located in the 1 st region R1. The weight per unit area of the absorbent material in the middle height portion 33 is higher than the weight per unit area of the absorbent material in the portion of the outer edge 30E of the absorbent body 30 located in the 1 st region R1. The mid-height portion 33 is located on the rear side in the 1 st region R1, and is adjacent to the 1 st curved portion 41.
In the structure in which the absorber includes two absorption layers, the middle-high portion of the absorber may include two absorption layers, and the portion of the absorber other than the middle-high portion may include only 1 absorption layer. In addition, as a modification, the absorbent body may have an auxiliary sheet for drawing in body fluid in the middle-high portion, and the absorbent body may have no auxiliary sheet in portions other than the middle-high portion.
In a cross section along the front-rear direction L of the absorbent article 1 shown in fig. 3, an angle α formed by the rear surface 33RS of the middle high portion 33 extending from the rear end edge 33R of the middle high portion 33 along the thickness direction T and the non-skin-facing surface of the middle high portion 33 is larger than an angle β formed by the front surface 33FS of the middle high portion 33 extending from the front end edge 33F of the middle high portion 33 along the thickness direction T and the non-skin-facing surface of the middle high portion 33. The angle α is an angle formed by the rear surface 33RS of the middle-high portion 33 and the non-skin-facing surface of the middle-high portion 33 extending forward from the rear end edge 33R of the middle-high portion 33. The angle β is an angle formed by the front surface 33FS of the middle-height portion 33 and the non-skin-facing surface of the middle-height portion 33 extending rearward from the front end edge 33F of the middle-height portion 33.
The measurement of "thickness of absorbent body" in the present specification can be performed by the following measurement method.
When the absorbent article 1 is sealed in a package or the like, a sample is taken out of the package, and left in this state for 12 hours in an atmosphere of 20 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 60% ± 5% RH.
The measurement position is the center of the absorbent body in the product width direction. In the measurement, the measurement is performed in a state in which the stretchable member of the absorbent article is stretched, not in a state in which the absorbent article is contracted. In addition, the skin sheet other than the absorbent body, such as a non-skin sheet, and the skin sheet other than the absorbent body are removed. Use the plant type meetingA dial gauge PEACOCK manufactured by Kawasaki corporation, a gauge having a diameter of 10mm was used as a gauge, a sample having a size of 30mm × 30mm was prepared, and the thickness of the sample was measured with a thickness measuring device so that the measuring pressure of the sample became 3g/cm2The manner of (2) is adjusted. Here, the above measurement was performed on each of the 10 samples, and the average value thereof was defined as the length.
In the present specification, "the basis weight and density of the absorbent body" can be measured by the following measurement method.
When the absorbent article 1 is sealed in a package or the like, a sample that has been left to stand in an atmosphere at 20 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 60% ± 5% RH for 12 hours is used in this state after being taken out from the package.
In an absorbent article packaged in a package, the package is opened, the folded absorbent article is unfolded, and the thickness and area of a portion to be measured for the weight and density per unit area are measured. Next, a portion whose weight per unit area and density are to be measured is cut out from the absorbent article, and the weight of the cut portion is measured. Next, the portions other than the absorbent body, such as the front sheet and the back sheet, were removed from the cut portions, and the weight of the absorbent body was measured. The basis weight is calculated based on the weight of the absorbent body and the area of the portion where the basis weight and density are to be measured. The density was calculated based on the weight per unit area and the thickness.
The "length" in the present specification can be measured by the following measurement method.
When the absorbent article 1 is sealed in a package or the like, a sample that has been left for 12 hours in an atmosphere of 20 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 60% ± 5% RH is used in a state of being taken out from the package.
Next, the length of the measurement target site in this state was measured along the measurement target site using an elastic tape (tape portion: glass fiber as a base material and polyvinyl chloride as a cover layer) manufactured by japan affinity measurement co. Here, the above measurement was performed on each of the 10 samples, and the average value thereof was defined as the length.
In the present specification, the "angle of the middle-high portion of the absorbent body" can be measured by the following measurement method. In the absorbent article packaged in the package, the package is opened, the folded absorbent article is unfolded, a photograph is taken from the side of the absorbent article, and the angles α and β shown in fig. 3 are measured by an indexer.
(2) Wearing state of absorbent article
Next, the wearing state of the absorbent article 1 configured as above will be described. Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken on the basis of the section a-a in fig. 1 in a state where the absorbent article 1 is worn on a wearer. Fig. 4 (a) shows a state in which a wearer wearing the absorbent article 1 stands. The 1 st region R1 of the absorbent article 1 is fixed to the crotch portion of underwear (the portion facing the wearer's crotch region) by the 1 st main body adhesive region 61. The 2 nd region R2 of the absorbent article 1 is fixed to the rear part of the crotch part of underwear (the part facing the buttocks of the wearer) by the 2 nd main body adhesive region 62. In a state where the wearer stands, the buttocks of the wearer are swollen.
Fig. 4 (b) is a state in which the cross-sectional view shown in fig. 4 (a) is rotated by 90 degrees, and shows a state in which the wearer lies on the back. The state where the wearer lies on his back shows that the body of the wearer is pressed by the bedding, but fig. 4 (b) shows that the body of the wearer is not pressed by the bedding for convenience of explanation. Fig. 4 (b) illustrates a line LB indicating bedding. The region where the line LB of the bedding overlaps the body is a region where the body is deformed in a state where the body is pressed by the bedding and the body is lying down.
Fig. 4 (c) shows a state in which the body of the wearer lying on his back is pressed by the bedding and deformed. In the state shown in fig. 4 (c), the region where the body and bedding lines overlap in fig. 4 (b) is deformed. More specifically, the buttocks of the wearer are swollen and collapsed, and a part of the buttocks of the wearer is flat. The crushed parts of the buttocks move toward the crotch and swell from the roots of the legs toward the front sides of the legs. The 2 nd curved portion 42 is disposed at the end portion of the hip portion on the hip portion side of the crushed portion of the hip portion, and the 1 st curved portion 41 is disposed at the end portion of the hip portion on the crotch portion side. Therefore, the intermediate region R3 of the absorbent article deforms along the swollen and collapsed portions of the buttocks and is disposed along the collapsed portions of the buttocks.
(3) Action and Effect
The center 3LC in the front-rear direction of the wing portion is located opposite the excretory opening of the wearer. A 1 st curved portion 41 and a 2 nd curved portion 42 are provided behind the wing portion 3. The deformation starting point of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the deformation starting point of the 2 nd curved portion 42 are formed at positions corresponding to the buttocks of the wearer rearward of the excretory opening of the absorbent article 1. Therefore, the absorbent article 1 is flexibly deformed along the deformation of the buttocks when the buttocks are inflated and crushed.
Further, an intermediate region R3 in which the weight per unit area of the absorbent material is relatively low is provided between the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42. The absorbent material of the intermediate region R3 has a low weight per unit area and is therefore easily deformed flexibly. When the crushed portions of the buttocks move to the crotch side, the deformation of the buttocks is absorbed by the intermediate region R3, and the 1 st region R1 and the 2 nd region R2 are likely to be continuously brought into contact with the wearer. In addition, the 1 st region R1 and the 2 nd region R2 are divided by the intermediate region R3, and transmission of force from the 1 st region R1 to the 2 nd region R2 can be suppressed.
The length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is longer than the thickness of the portion of the absorbent body 30 adjacent to the 1 st curved portion 41 in the 1 st region R1. The intermediate region R3 absorbs deformation of the buttocks, and a step is formed behind the 1 st region R1 to absorb deformation of the buttocks. Thus, the portion on the front side of the intermediate region R3 can be disposed so as to face the excretory opening of the wearer, and the portion on the rear side of the intermediate region R3 can be disposed so as to face the buttocks of the wearer. Therefore, the gap between the absorbent article and the body can be reduced, and back leakage can be suppressed.
The length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is 10mm or more. For example, when the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction is less than 10mm, the swollen and crushed portions of the buttocks may not be sufficiently absorbed. On the other hand, when the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction is 10mm or more, deformation of the buttocks can be effectively absorbed.
The length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is 50mm or less. By setting the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L to 50mm or less, it is possible to absorb body deformation by the intermediate region R3 and to absorb body fluid that has flowed to the hip side by the 2 nd region R2. Therefore, menstrual blood can be inhibited from flowing to the hip portion side. On the other hand, in the configuration in which the length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is longer than 50mm, the user feels uneasy about the menstrual blood flowing toward the hip portion side, and it is difficult to obtain a feeling of comfort when wearing the diaper.
The length of the intermediate region R3 in the front-rear direction L is 10mm to 50 mm. By setting the length of the intermediate region R3, which is relatively easily deformable, in the front-rear direction to 10mm or more and 50mm or less, deformation of the body can be absorbed by the intermediate region R3. The deformation of the buttocks is absorbed by the intermediate region R3, and the 1 st region R1 and the 2 nd region R2 are easily brought into continuous abutment with the wearer. In addition, the 1 st region R1 and the 2 nd region R2 are divided by the intermediate region R3, and transmission of force from the 1 st region R1 to the 2 nd region R2 can be suppressed.
A distance L1 between the center 41WC of the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction W and the center 3LC of the wing portion 3 in the front-rear direction L is 25mm to 80 mm. As a result of various investigations, the applicant has found that the deformation starting point on the crotch side of the hip part is often located more rearward than the center of the wing part 3 in the front-rear direction L by 25mm or more. Therefore, when the distance L1 between the center 41WC of the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction W and the center 3LC of the wing portion 3 in the front-rear direction L is 25mm or more, the 1 st curved portion 41 and the intermediate region R3 are located at the deformation starting point on the crotch side of the hip. Further, if the distance L1 between the center 41WC of the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction W and the center 3LC of the wing portion 3 in the front-rear direction L exceeds 80mm, the buttocks rise to the maximum, and the 1 st curved portion 41 and the intermediate region are located at the portion where the body pressure of the buttocks is applied to the maximum, which may cause a feeling of discomfort.
The 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 are curved convexly rearward in a plan view. The portion curved convexly toward the rear bulges convexly toward the rear together with the underwear when lying down, and is pushed out in a direction away from the body. When the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 are separated from the body, the deformation caused by bending from the back can be absorbed by the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3. Therefore, the 1 st region R1 and the 2 nd region R2 are maintained in a shape that follows the curve of the body, and the entire absorbent article is arranged along the curve of the body.
The bonded region 60 does not overlap the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 in the thickness direction T. The portion of the absorbent article 1 fixed to the undergarment (the portion provided with the adhesive region) is likely to deform following the undergarment. For example, when the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 are attached to underwear via adhesive regions, if the body collapses in the supine state, the absorbent article follows the underwear and deforms. The absorbent article may be unexpectedly deformed to follow the undergarment, and a gap may be formed between the wearer and the absorbent article. However, the 1 st curved portion 41, the 2 nd curved portion 42, and the intermediate region R3 are not fixed to underwear, and therefore can be freely deformed. Therefore, even when the 1 st region R1 and the 2 nd region R2 are deformed together with the undergarment, the force transmitted from the undergarment is divided by the intermediate region R3, and the deformation of the body of the wearer can be absorbed by the intermediate region R3.
The mid-height portion 33 is adjacent to the 1 st curved portion 41 in the 1 st region R1. The thickness of the intermediate height portion 33 is larger than the thickness of the region of the absorbent body 30 other than the intermediate height portion. By the middle-high portion 33 of the 1 st region R1 being adjacent to the 1 st curved portion 41, the difference in rigidity and the difference in thickness between the 1 st region R1 and the intermediate region R3 become large, forming a more definite deformation starting point. Thus, the intermediate region R3 and the 1 st region R1 can be arranged along the body in different shapes.
An angle α formed by the rear surface 33RS of the middle high portion 33 and the non-skin-facing surface of the middle high portion 33 is larger than an angle β formed by the front surface 33FS of the middle high portion 33 and the non-skin-facing surface of the middle high portion 33. In the case where the angle formed by the side face of the absorbent body and the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent body is large, the absorbent body is more likely to bend from the non-skin-facing surface as a starting point, as compared to the case where the angle formed by the side face of the absorbent body and the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent body is small. For example, when the angle of the front surface of the middle-high portion 33 is large, a bending start point is formed on the front surface of the middle-high portion 33, and the adhesiveness of the front surface of the middle-high portion 33 may be reduced. However, since the angle formed by the front surface of the middle-height portion 33 and the non-skin-facing surface is relatively small, the front surface of the middle-height portion 33 is less likely to bend, and the front surface of the middle-height portion 33 can maintain its adhesiveness. On the other hand, since the angle formed by the rear surface of the middle-height portion 33 and the non-skin-facing surface is relatively large, a bending start point is easily formed on the rear surface of the middle-height portion 33.
The stretchable member 91 is disposed across the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the front-rear direction L. Therefore, due to contraction of the stretchable member 91, the 1 st region R1 on the front side of the 1 st curved part 41 and the 2 nd region R2 on the rear side of the 2 nd curved part 42 can be brought closer together. Therefore, even when wrinkles occur in the intermediate region R3 due to deformation of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the like, the wrinkles can be concentrated.
The outer edge 41E of the 1 st curve 41 and the outer edge 42E of the 2 nd curve 42 are located at the outer edges of the absorbent core 31. Thus, the entire width-directional region of the absorbent core 31 is easily deformed with the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 as starting points. Further, the 1 st region R1 and the 2 nd region R2 are divided in the front-rear direction L, and therefore, the transmission of the deformed state of one to the other can be suppressed.
(4) Absorbent article according to modification
Next, an absorbent article 1A of a modified example will be described. In the description of the absorbent article 1A of the modified example, the description will be given of the structure different from that of the above-described embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given to the same structure as that of the above-described embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted.
The absorbent article 1A of the modified example includes a compressed portion 80 in which at least the absorber 30 is compressed in the thickness direction. The compressed portion 80 of the present embodiment is formed by compressing the topsheet 11 and the absorbent body 30 in the thickness direction. The compression unit 80 includes a 1 st compression unit 81 disposed in the 1 st region R1 and a 2 nd compression unit 82 disposed in the 2 nd region R2.
The 1 st compression unit 81 includes: a pair of 1 st front-rear compressing portions 81L extending in the front-rear direction; and a 1 st width compressing portion 81W located forward of the 1 st front-rear compressing portion 81L and extending in the width direction. The 1 st front-rear compressing portion 81L is located on the outer side in the width direction than the center in the width direction of the 1 st region R1.
The 1 st front-rear compressing portion 81L may be inclined with respect to a straight line along the front-rear direction L, and an angle (acute angle side) formed by the straight line along the front-rear direction L and the 1 st front-rear compressing portion 81L may be 45 degrees or less. On the other hand, the 1 st width compressing portion 81W may be formed to be inclined with respect to a straight line along the width direction W, and an angle (acute angle side) formed by the straight line along the width direction W and the 1 st width compressing portion 81W may be less than 45 degrees.
The middle high portion 33 is surrounded by the 1 st width compression portion 81W, the pair of 1 st front-rear compression portions 81L, and the 1 st curved portion 41. The pair of 1 st front-rear compressing portions 81L are arranged along the outer edge of the mid-height portion 33. Since the compression portion 80 surrounds the middle-high portion 33, the bulge of the middle-high portion 33 is easily maintained, and the middle-high portion 33 is more closely attached to the excretory opening of the wearer.
The 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 are linear shapes along the width direction. Further, the outer edge 41E of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the outer edge 42E of the 2 nd curved portion 42 are located on the outer side in the width direction than the 1 st front-rear compressed portion 81L. In the configuration in which the position of the 1 st front-rear compressed portion 81L in the width direction changes as in the modification shown in fig. 5, at least the rear end edge of the 1 st front-rear compressed portion 81L (the portion closest to the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42) may be positioned further outward in the width direction than the 1 st front-rear compressed portion 81L.
In order to maintain the structure of fitting to the body, it is preferable that the 1 st region R1 forward of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd region R2 rearward of the 2 nd curved portion 42 are reliably divided. When the absorbent article 1 is worn, the 1 st region R1 and the 1 st curved portion 41 are sandwiched between the legs of the wearer, and contract and bulge toward the skin-facing surface. Thus, fit to the body. On the other hand, the 2 nd curved portion 42 and the 2 nd region R2 maintain a flat shape, and are good in both the fit and the comfort. Therefore, if the width of the outer edge of the 1 st curved portion 41 is narrower than the 1 st front-rear compression portion, the wrinkles occur in the vicinity of the deformation starting point (mainly the 1 st curved portion 41) in conjunction with the movement on the front side of the 1 st region and the like, and it is difficult to obtain the dividing effect between the 1 st region and the 2 nd region. However, since the outer edge 41E of the 1 st curved portion 41 and the outer edge 42E of the 2 nd curved portion 42 are located on the outer side in the width direction than the compressed portion 80, the deformation starting point formed by the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 can be formed in the region from the middle height portion 33 to the outer side in the width direction than the compressed portion 80. Therefore, the entire region in the width direction of the middle-high portion can be easily deformed, and a division effect between the 1 st region and the 2 nd region can be obtained.
Further, the absorbent core 31 is disposed outside the 1 st curved portion 41 in the width direction, outside the middle region R3 in the width direction, and outside the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the width direction. Thus, the absorbent core of the modified example is not divided by the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the front-rear direction. For example, if the absorbent core is divided in the front-back direction by the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42, the absorbent core may be deformed from the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 before being worn, and unexpected wrinkles may occur.
However, since the absorbent core is not divided by the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 in the front-back direction, it is possible to suppress deformation from the 1 st curved portion 41 and the 2 nd curved portion 42 as starting points in a state before wearing, and to suppress occurrence of unexpected wrinkles.
(5) Other embodiments
The absorbent article of the present embodiment is a sanitary napkin for night use, but may be a sanitary napkin for daily use as another embodiment. The sanitary napkin may not include the hip flaps.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be modified and implemented as a modified form without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Therefore, the description of the present specification is for illustrative purposes and does not have any meaning of limiting the present invention.
(6) Comparative evaluation
Next, comparative evaluation of the length of the intermediate region will be described. Table 1 shows the comparative evaluation results of the lengths of the intermediate regions. In the comparative evaluation test, the absorbent articles of examples 1 to 4 and the absorbent articles of comparative examples 1 to 3 were compared, and the state of maintaining the adhesiveness and the feeling of discomfort in the absorbency due to the appearance were evaluated. The absorbent articles of examples 1 to 4 and the absorbent articles of comparative examples 1 to 3 have the same structure except that the intermediate region R3 has a different length in the front-rear direction.

20 women who used sanitary napkins were subjected to a test for comparative evaluation. In the evaluation test, the subject sample was identified and used by the practitioner, and the following questions were answered.
Problem 1 "whether or not fit can be maintained as compared with a sanitary napkin that is used ordinarily". The sample having a ratio of the number of persons who answered "sustainable" to question 1 of 65% or more was considered to have good sensory evaluation and evaluated as o. In addition, a sample in which the ratio of the number of persons who answered "can sustain" for question 1 was less than 65% was considered to have poor sensory evaluation and evaluated as x.
Problem 2 "there is little or no uncomfortable feeling in absorbency due to appearance as compared with a sanitary napkin that is used in ordinary times". The sample having a ratio of 65% or more of the number of persons who answered "less uneasy feeling" or "no uneasy feeling" in question 2 was considered to have a good sensory evaluation and evaluated as o. In addition, a sample in which the ratio of the number of persons who answered "less uneasy feeling" or "no uneasy feeling" to question 1 was less than 65% was regarded as poor in sensory evaluation and evaluated as x.
The following results can be obtained: the absorbent articles of examples 1 to 4 had lengths in the front-rear direction of the intermediate regions of 10 to 50mm, and were excellent in both the maintenance evaluation of the fit and the evaluation of the feeling of uneasiness of the absorbent article. From the results, it was found that: the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction is preferably 10mm or more and 50mm or less. More specifically, it can be seen that: by making the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction 10mm or more, good results are obtained with respect to the adhesiveness. In addition, it is known that: by setting the length of the intermediate region to 50mm or less, the feeling of uneasiness in absorbency can be suppressed.
Next, the pushed amount of the crushed hip portion of the supine wearer toward the crotch side was measured. The pushed-out amount is a distance between the crotch-side end (P1 in fig. 4 (c)) of the collapsed hip of the wearer in the supine position and the leg-side end (P2 in fig. 4 (c)) of the pushed-out hip. The pushed amount of 5 subjects was measured. The measurement results are shown in table 2.
[ Table 2]
Pushing amount (mm)
Experimenter 1 20
Experimenter 2 15
Experimenter 3 25
Experimenter 4 30
Experimenter 5 10
From the measurement results, it was found that: the push-out amount of the buttocks is 10mm to 30 mm. Thus, it can be seen that: by setting the length of the intermediate region in the front-rear direction to 10mm or more, it is possible to cover the bulge of the hip of the wearer from the end portion on the crotch side of the crushed portion to the leg-side end portion of the hip pushed out.
The contents of 2014-203190, which is a Japanese patent application laid out on 10/1/2014, are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.
