Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to camera assemblies in mobile phones, tablet computers and various monitoring cameras, in particular to a camera assembly with a protective film.
Background
Camera components in mobile phones, tablet computers and various monitoring cameras are generally small in size. As shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the camera assembly includes a metal ring 2 (e.g., a stainless steel ring) and a glass wafer 3 (e.g., a sapphire sheet), wherein an annular step 21 protruding toward the radial inner side is disposed in an inner through hole of the metal ring, the glass wafer is fixedly disposed in the metal ring at one axial end of the annular step, and the protective film is required to be attached to the metal ring at the other axial end of the annular step to protect the back surface of the glass wafer; the metal ring, the glass wafer and the adhered protective film are coaxially arranged; an axial through hole 22 is formed in the radial center of the annular step, the back face of the glass wafer is fixed to the annular step (for example, the back face of the glass wafer is attached to the annular step at a high temperature through a hot melt adhesive), and a back face hole 23 of the camera assembly is a hole for inserting a protective film from the back face of the camera assembly to the step. After the protective film is pasted on the camera component, the camera component is assembled with other spare and accessory parts in the mobile phone or the tablet personal computer. The protective film protects the back surface of the sapphire lens in the subsequent assembling process, and prevents hard objects from scratching the lens and solder and other impurities from contaminating the lens.
With reference to fig. 2 and 3, the protective film used in the camera module in the prior art includes a release film and a plurality of film bodies 12 disposed on the release film, wherein the film bodies are circular and have no glue on one side thereof away from the release film, and the whole side of the other side thereof is coated with glue. Therefore, when the protective film is attached to the annular step, only the peripheral annular part of the attaching surface of the film body 12 can be attached to the annular step, the radial center of the attaching surface is suspended, the other axial side of the suspended position is the back surface of the sapphire sheet, in the process of attaching the protective film and the process of carrying and assembling a subsequent camera assembly, the protective film made of elastic materials such as PE and PET is prone to bending if being collided, the adhesive of the suspended position can be contacted with the back surface of the sapphire lens, the sapphire lens is polluted, and the quality of the residual adhesive on the back surface of the sapphire lens is abnormal.
Particularly, in the prior art, the protective film is mainly pasted on the camera assembly in a mode of manually pasting the protective film individually, and the work of pasting the protective film is manually finished through tweezers and an adhesive packaging film. The sticky packaging film is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, the two sides of the upper layer are not provided with glue, the upper surface of the lower layer contains viscose with stronger adhesive force, and the sticky packaging film can be used for sticking the front or the back of the camera component. Specifically, the method of manually attaching a protective film individually in the prior art includes: the camera component is clamped by tweezers and is stuck on the lower layer of the adhesive packaging film one by one, and the front surface (one end containing the sapphire sheet) of the camera component is stuck and fixed to expose the back surface of the camera component. Then, the protective films are manually pasted, namely the single protective film is clamped from the release film of the whole protective film by using tweezers and poked into the step from the back hole of the camera assembly by using the tweezers, so that the peripheral ring of the adhesive surface of the single protective film is pasted on the step of the camera assembly. After the protective film is adhered, the upper layer cover of the adhesive packaging film is arranged above the camera component, and the position without the camera component between the upper layer and the lower layer is adhered tightly. Thus completing the process of attaching the protective film and packaging the camera assembly. In the process of sticking the protective film, the tweezers press the protective film in a single-point mode, so that the sticking firmness of the protective film is poor. Therefore, the adhesive on the suspended portion of the protective film can easily contact with the back surface of the sapphire lens. In the downstream processing procedure of the camera assembly, after the camera assembly is assembled and welded, the protective film needs to be removed, and after the protective film is removed, no relevant procedure for cleaning or cleaning the back surface of the sapphire lens exists.
Patent CN201520236142.8 provides a smart phone with a protective camera structure. It includes the shell, the camera, camera protection structure and circuit board, the hole of making a video recording has been seted up to the shell, the camera is established on the circuit board, camera protection structure cover is established on the camera, the hole of making a video recording is located the camera top, camera protection structure includes protection shield and transparent protection rete, a protection section of thick bamboo has been seted up to the protection shield, transparent protection rete is located protection section of thick bamboo upper portion and protection shield up end parallel and level, terminal surface is equipped with annular inoxidizing coating under the transparent protection rete, on the protection shield, lower terminal surface all is equipped with the protruding muscle of annular, all be equipped with matched with recess with it on shell and the circuit board. The protruding muscle of annular of this patent is spacing with recess reciprocal anchorage, and camera protection device is fixed more easily and firmly good, and when the cell-phone received external force and assaulted it, can greatly avoid camera protection device to drop, and the inoxidizing coating can cushion the camera, prevents that the camera from damaging, has good guard action to the camera. However, the patent does not relate to a protective film for protecting the back surface of the sapphire sheet, nor to a new camera assembly including a protective film.
Therefore, the camera assembly including the protective film, the metal ring and the glass sheet in the prior art is very easy to cause poor quality of the camera assembly product with the protective film removed due to adhesive residue. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of residual glue on the back surface of the sapphire lens, a new structure of a camera assembly containing a protective film is needed in the art.
