Abstract
The invention discloses a conference information processing method, a device and a conference system, wherein the method is applied to the conference system, the system comprises a server and at least one client, and the method is applied to the server and comprises the following steps: allocating a unique picture identifier for pictures uploaded successfully by a client; generating a marking point corresponding to a marking type at a marking position of a picture according to a marking point creating request which is sent by a client and carries marking information, and distributing a unique marking point identifier for the marking point under the picture identifier; when receiving a discussion information input request which is sent by a client and carries a labeling position, obtaining the discussion information corresponding to the labeling point, and correspondingly storing the discussion information in a storage area under the labeling point identifier. Based on the method disclosed above, the discussion information is correspondingly stored by generating the mapping relation among the picture identification, the marking point identification and the discussion information, so that each party of the conference can conveniently search the discussion process and result aiming at each marking point.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of information processing technologies, and in particular, to a conference information processing method, an apparatus, and a conference system.
Background
A web conference is an online conference that provides interactive presentation, chat, and distance learning functions. Through network conference, all application programs running on one computer are shared by conference parties, sometimes the conference parties need to discuss shared pictures, for example, a plurality of architectural designers exchange detailed problems of drawings online.
In the existing conference system, any party of the conference can scribble the discussion details in the conference discussion process, such as drawing lines, drawing circles or marking characters, and then multiple parties of the conference can issue opinions on line aiming at the scribble details. the picture identifier distribution module is used for distributing a unique picture identifier for the picture when the picture uploaded successfully by the client is received;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the marking point creating request to obtain marking information when receiving the marking point creating request which is sent by the client and carries the marking information, wherein the marking information comprises a marking type and a marking position;
the response module is used for responding to the annotation point creation request, generating an annotation point corresponding to the annotation type at the annotation position of the picture, and distributing a unique annotation point identifier for the annotation point under the picture identifier;
the discussion information acquisition module is used for acquiring the discussion information corresponding to the marking point and correspondingly storing the discussion information in a storage area under the marking point identification when receiving a discussion information input request which is sent by the client and carries the marking position;
wherein the response module comprises: the system comprises a labeling theme acquisition unit, a labeling point determination unit and a labeling point identifier distribution unit;
the marking subject acquisition unit is used for acquiring a marking subject corresponding to the marking type input by the client at the marking point position of the picture according to the marking point creation request, wherein the marking type comprises character marking, voice marking or doodle marking;
the annotation point determining unit is used for determining the acquired annotation subject as an annotation point when receiving a first determining instruction which is sent by the client and used for representing that the annotation subject is input completely;
the annotation point identifier distribution unit is used for distributing a unique annotation point identifier for the annotation point under the picture identifier;
wherein, the discussion information acquisition module comprises: the device comprises an analysis unit, a discussion content acquisition unit, a discussion information determination unit and a discussion information storage unit;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the discussion information input request to obtain a discussion type when receiving the discussion information input request which is sent by the client and carries the labeled position, wherein the discussion type comprises a voice discussion or a text discussion;
the discussion content acquisition unit is used for acquiring discussion content corresponding to the discussion type;
the discussion information determining unit is configured to determine the collected discussion content as the discussion information corresponding to the annotation point when receiving a second confirmation instruction sent by the client and used for representing that the input of the discussion content is completed;
and the discussion information storage unit is used for correspondingly storing the discussion information in a storage area under the mark point identifier.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, further comprising: a marking point editing module;
and the annotation point editing module is used for executing corresponding editing operation on the annotation point and the corresponding annotation point identifier thereof according to the editing instruction when receiving the editing instruction aiming at the annotation point sent by the client.
