Abstract

本发明涉及快速充电系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,包括数字信号处理器、过流检测模块、电压检测器、PWM波形检测器、充放电回路、高频变压器、全桥高频逆变器、驱动保护电路和三相交流整流器。本发明以数字信号处理器为核心,构建电动汽车智能充电系统的软硬件平台,利用ARM硬件结构、主充电电路等实现对蓄电池系统参数进行实时的监测,提高了充电系统的稳定性与安全性,脉冲充电对铅酸电池起到了保护与延长寿命的作用,实验结果证明了该智能充电系统的可行性,且具有重要的实际应用价值,为电动汽车的快速发展提供了有利的条件。

Description

一种新能源汽车快速充电系统
技术领域
本发明涉及快速充电系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车快速充电系统。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的快速发展和人类对现代化交通工具的需求增加,全球的汽车数量不断增加,由此加速了其它相关产业的发展,目前,全球的石油资源日益枯竭,并且使用石油等传统燃油汽车带来的环境污染越来越严重。因此,汽车未来发展的两大主题是:节能和环保,在节约能源的同时必须考虑环境问题。为了解决当前汽车产业面临的困境和保持汽车的可持续发展战略,迫使我们必须寻求新的发展道路,电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)充电系统的建设是电动汽车产业的重要支撑系统,也是电动汽车商业化、产业化过程中的重要环节,虽然目前电动汽车还处于示范运营阶段,但在其广泛的应用前景下,如何科学、合理地为新能源汽车进行充电已经成为许多科技工作者关注的焦点。
目前的一些充电设备存在智能化低,没有进行有效的检测等问题,极大的影响了充电的效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,可以对新能源汽车的蓄电池组进行快速充电。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,包括数字信号处理器、过流检测模块、电压检测器、PWM波形检测器、充放电回路、高频变压器、全桥高频逆变器、驱动保护电路和三相交流整流器,三相交流整流器的输出端与全桥高频逆变器的输入端相连,全桥高频逆变器的输出端与高频变压器的输入端相连,高频变压器的输出端与充放电回路的输入端相连,过流检测模块和电压检测器均与蓄电池组相连接,过流检测模块将检测的蓄电池组的过流信号发送给数字信号处理器进行分析处理,电压检测器将检测的蓄电池组的电压信号发送给数字信号处理器进行分析处理,数字信号处理器通过驱动保护电路分别控制驱动全桥高频逆变器和PWM波形检测器,充放电回路根据PWM波形检测器传输的信号做开通和关断的动作,实现充放电回路对蓄电池组的快速充电和放电。
作为本发明的优化方案,新能源汽车快速充电系统还包括ARM处理器、LCD液晶屏、电源模块、数据存储模块、参数监控模块、声光报警模块和通信模块,ARM处理器与数字信号处理器相连接,参数监控模块通过数据存储模块与ARM处理器相连,LCD液晶屏、电源模块、声光报警模块和通信模块均与ARM处理器相连。
作为本发明的优化方案,通信模块的内部安装有SPI通信接口。
作为本发明的优化方案,三相交流整流器连接有功率因数校正电路。
作为本发明的优化方案,数字信号处理器连接有按键模块。
作为本发明的优化方案,220V的交流电源通过EMI滤波电路与三相交流整流器相连。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明以数字信号处理器为核心,构建电动汽车智能充电系统的软硬件平台,利用ARM硬件结构、主充电电路等实现对蓄电池系统参数进行实时的监测,提高了充电系统的稳定性与安全性,脉冲充电对铅酸电池起到了保护与延长寿命的作用,实验结果证明了该智能充电系统的可行性,且具有重要的实际应用价值,为电动汽车的快速发展提供了有利的条件。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,包括数字信号处理器1、过流检测模块3、电压检测器9、PWM波形检测器8、充放电回路7、高频变压器6、全桥高频逆变器5、驱动保护电路4和三相交流整流器11,三相交流整流器11的输出端与全桥高频逆变器5的输入端相连,全桥高频逆变器5的输出端与高频变压器6的输入端相连,高频变压器6的输出端与充放电回路7的输入端相连,过流检测模块3和电压检测器9均与蓄电池组10相连接,过流检测模块3将检测的蓄电池组10的过流信号发送给数字信号处理器1进行分析处理,电压检测器9将检测的蓄电池组10的电压信号发送给数字信号处理器1进行分析处理,数字信号处理器1通过驱动保护电路4分别控制驱动全桥高频逆变器5和PWM波形检测器8,充放电回路7根据PWM波形检测器8传输的信号做开通和关断的动作,实现充放电回路7对蓄电池组10的快速充电和放电。其中,数字信号处理器1可以是DSP控制器。
新能源汽车快速充电系统还包括ARM处理器13、LCD液晶屏14、电源模块15、数据存储模块16、参数监控模块17、声光报警模块18和通信模块19,ARM处理器13与数字信号处理器1相连接,参数监控模块17通过数据存储模块16与ARM处理器13相连,LCD液晶屏14、电源模块15、声光报警模块18和通信模块19均与ARM处理器13相连。其中,参数监控模块17主要监控蓄电池组10的充电过程中的电流值、电压值等参数,参数监控模块17将电流值和电压值等参数信息存储在数据存储模块16中,ARM处理器13读取数据存储模块16中的参数信息进行分析处理,如果超过设定值,就会触发声光报警模块18进行报警,通过LCD液晶屏14可以设置和查看电流或电压等参数值,电源模块15对整个新能源汽车快速充电系统中的各个模块的供电进行合理的规划。
通信模块19的内部安装有SPI通信接口20。
三相交流整流器11连接有功率因数校正电路12。其中,功率因数校正电路12用于提高功率因数。
数字信号处理器1连接有按键模块2。通过按键模块2可以启动或关停或控制数字信号处理器1。
如图4所示,220V的交流电源通过EMI滤波电路与三相交流整流器11相连。通过EMI滤波电路可以有效的滤除高频干扰信号。
使用时,220V的交流电源首先经过EMI滤波电路滤除输入的高频干扰,然后进入三相交流整流器11整流后得到直流电,在三相交流整流器11和全桥高频逆变器5之间还可以加入大电容,通过大电容滤波可以得到更加稳定的直流电,然后通过全桥高频逆变器5可以得到频率较高的高频交流电,再通过高频变压器6得到大电流,进入充放电回路7对蓄电池组10进行充放电。
电压检测器9将采集的蓄电池组10的电压信号发送给数字信号处理器1,数字信号处理器1判断是否达到恒压充电的电压值,如果达到数字信号处理器1发送固定的PWM波经驱动保护电路4,再经PWM波形检测器8,最后给充放电回路7实现恒压充电。其中,PWM波形检测器8用来检测输入的PWM波是否稳定,充放电回路7根据PWM波形检测器8传输的信号做开通和关断的动作,实现充放电回路7对蓄电池组10的快速充电和放电;另外,数字信号处理器1输出的高频PWM波接到驱动保护电路10的输入端,使得全桥高频逆变器5实现逆变功能。
过流检测模块3将采集的蓄电池组10的过流检测信号发送给数字信号处理器1,数字信号处理器1调节输出的PWM波的频率,实现基本恒定的电流对蓄电池组10进行充电。

1.一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,其特征在于:包括数字信号处理器(1)、过流检测模块(3)、电压检测器(9)、PWM波形检测器(8)、充放电回路(7)、高频变压器(6)、全桥高频逆变器(5)、驱动保护电路(4)和三相交流整流器(11),三相交流整流器(11)的输出端与全桥高频逆变器(5)的输入端相连,全桥高频逆变器(5)的输出端与高频变压器(6)的输入端相连,高频变压器(6)的输出端与充放电回路(7)的输入端相连,过流检测模块(3)和电压检测器(9)均与蓄电池组(10)相连接,过流检测模块(3)将检测的蓄电池组(10)的过流信号发送给数字信号处理器(1)进行分析处理,电压检测器(9)将检测的蓄电池组(10)的电压信号发送给数字信号处理器(1)进行分析处理,所述的数字信号处理器(1)通过驱动保护电路(4)分别控制驱动全桥高频逆变器(5)和PWM波形检测器(8),充放电回路(7)根据PWM波形检测器(8)传输的信号做开通和关断的动作,实现充放电回路(7)对蓄电池组(10)的快速充电和放电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,其特征在于:所述的新能源汽车快速充电系统还包括ARM处理器(13)、LCD液晶屏(14)、电源模块(15)、数据存储模块(16)、参数监控模块(17)、声光报警模块(18)和通信模块(19),所述的ARM处理器(13)与数字信号处理器(1)相连接,所述的参数监控模块(17)通过数据存储模块(16)与ARM处理器(13)相连,所述的LCD液晶屏(14)、电源模块(15)、声光报警模块(18)和通信模块(19)均与ARM处理器(13)相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,其特征在于:通信模块(19)的内部安装有SPI通信接口(20)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,其特征在于:所述的三相交流整流器(11)连接有功率因数校正电路(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,其特征在于:所述的数字信号处理器(1)连接有按键模块(2)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车快速充电系统,其特征在于:220V的交流电源通过EMI滤波电路与三相交流整流器(11)相连。
