Background
The bar code device generally does not need a drive program, and can be directly used after being connected, like a keyboard. The bar code scanning device can be divided into three types of light pen, CCD and laser in principle, and is in the form of a handheld type and a fixed type.
The existing bar code reading equipment is generally of a handheld type and a fixed type, the fixed bar code reading equipment needs to pick up the article to sweep the code when sweeping the article, the handheld bar code reading equipment needs to pick up the handheld bar code reading equipment to sweep the code, so that the two bar code reading equipment can promote the two hands to be restrained to sweep the code, the bar code reading operation is inconvenient, and the hand of the article or the bar code reading equipment is easy to be ache, so that the code sweeping efficiency can be reduced, and the bar code of the article is easy to sweep in when the article is moved by the existing wrist bar code reading equipment, so that repeated code sweeping of the article is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the conventional bar code reading equipment is inconvenient in bar code scanning operation and low in bar code scanning efficiency, and part of wrist bar code reading equipment is easy to scan bar codes of articles when moving the articles, so that repeated bar code scanning of the articles is caused.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an installation shell of a wrist type bar code reading device, which comprises a first shell, a second shell, a code scanning window, a first switch, a second switch, a first fixing belt, a second fixing belt, a first motor, a first bearing seat, a first rotating shaft, a winding drum, a shielding curtain, a clamping strip, a second bearing seat, a second rotating shaft, a wire reel, a pull rope, a first belt pulley, a second belt pulley, a flat belt, a battery box and a box cover, wherein the front side of the first shell is connected with the second shell, the middle part of the second shell is provided with the code scanning window, the lower part of the front side of the second shell is provided with the first switch and the second switch, the second switch is positioned on the right side of the first switch, the left side of the first shell is connected with the first fixing belt, the right side of the first shell is connected with the second fixing belt, the right side of the lower part of the rear side surface of the second shell is provided with a first motor in a bolt connection mode, the first motor is connected with the first switch and the second switch through lines, the left side of the lower part of the rear side surface of the second shell is provided with a first bearing seat in a bolt connection mode, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with a first rotating shaft through a coupling, the first rotating shaft is connected with a bearing of the first bearing seat in an interference connection mode, the periphery of the first rotating shaft is provided with a winding drum, a shielding curtain winds on the winding drum, one end of the shielding curtain winds on the winding drum, the other end of the shielding curtain is connected with a clamping strip, the left side and the right side of the upper part of the rear side surface of the second shell are respectively provided with a second bearing seat in a bolt connection mode, a second rotating shaft is arranged between the two second bearing seats, the second rotating shaft is connected with the bearing of the second bearing seat in an interference connection mode, the left side and the right side of the periphery of the second rotating shaft are respectively provided with a winding disc, the wire reel is wound with a pull rope, the head end of the pull rope is wound on the wire reel, the tail end of the pull rope is connected with the top of the clamping strip, the left side periphery of the first rotating shaft is connected with a first belt pulley through a flat key, the first belt pulley is positioned on the left side of the first bearing seat, the left side periphery of the second rotating shaft is connected with a second belt pulley through a flat key, the second belt pulley is positioned on the left side of the left side second bearing seat, a flat belt is connected between the first belt pulley and the second belt pulley, a battery box is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the second shell, and a box cover is arranged at the bottom of the battery box and is connected with a first switch, a second switch and a first motor through lines respectively.

Working principle: the bar code scanning component is installed in the first shell. When the code is to be scanned on the articles, the box cover is opened firstly, the battery is placed in the battery box, the battery can supply power to the power utilization parts in the first shell and the second shell, and then the box cover is covered back. The invention is fixed on the hand through the first fixing belt and the second fixing belt, so that the bar code scanning equipment can be used for scanning the bar codes flexibly and conveniently. When the code-scanning objects are more to be moved, the first switch is pressed down, and the first switch can start the first motor to enable the first rotating shaft to rotate clockwise. The first rotating shaft rotates the winding drum clockwise, and the winding drum rotates clockwise to release the shielding curtain. The first belt pulley rotates clockwise along with the first belt pulley rotates clockwise, the first belt pulley rotates clockwise to drive the second belt pulley to rotate clockwise through the flat belt, the second belt pulley rotates clockwise to drive the second rotating shaft to rotate clockwise, the second rotating shaft rotates clockwise along with the wire spool rotates clockwise, the wire spool rotates clockwise to retract the pull rope to enable the clamping strip to move upwards, the clamping strip moves upwards to pull the shielding curtain to move upwards, the shielding curtain moves upwards to shield the code scanning window, and then the first motor is turned off by loosening the first switch. When the article is to be scanned after moving, the second switch is pressed down, and the second switch can start the first motor to enable the first rotating shaft to rotate anticlockwise, so that the winding drum can rotate anticlockwise to roll the shielding curtain back, and the winding disc can rotate anticlockwise to pay out the pull rope. The first motor is then turned off by releasing the second switch.

So can make card strip and shelter from the curtain more steady reciprocates, can prevent card strip and shelter from curtain and rock about.

The high-density sponge can protect the button and prevent the steel ball from damaging the button. When the articles do not need to be illuminated, the LED lamp beads can be turned off by swinging the LED lamp beads.
Because the manufacturing material of the first shell is stainless steel, the stainless steel is not easy to rust, and the service life of the first shell can be prolonged.
Because the manufacturing material of the shielding curtain is leather, the leather is soft, breathable, wear-resistant and high in strength, and the service life of the shielding curtain can be prolonged.
Because the first motor is a servo motor, the servo motor can control the rotating speed of the motor more accurately, so that the operation is more stable.
(3) Advantageous effects
According to the invention, the code scanning window is controlled to scan the bar code of the article through the shielding curtain, so that the operation is convenient and fast, the code scanning of the article can be flexibly performed, the code scanning efficiency can be improved, the code scanning frequency can be controlled, and the repeated code scanning effect can be prevented.

Working principle: the bar code scanning component is installed in the first housing 1. When the code scanning is to be carried out on the objects, the box cover 22 is firstly opened, the battery is placed in the battery box 21, the battery can supply power to the power utilization components in the first shell 1 and the second shell 2, and then the box cover 22 is covered back. The invention is fixed on the hand through the first fixing belt 6 and the second fixing belt 7, so that the bar code scanning equipment can be used for scanning the bar codes flexibly and conveniently. When the code-scanned objects are more to be moved, the first switch 4 is pressed down, and the first switch 4 can start the first motor 8 to enable the first rotating shaft 10 to rotate clockwise. The first rotation shaft 10 rotates the drum 11 clockwise, and the drum 11 rotates clockwise to discharge the shade curtain 12. The first rotating shaft 10 rotates clockwise, the first belt pulley 18 rotates clockwise along with the first rotating shaft, the first belt pulley 18 rotates clockwise to drive the second belt pulley 19 to rotate clockwise through the flat belt 20, the second belt pulley 19 rotates clockwise to drive the second rotating shaft 15 to rotate clockwise, the second rotating shaft 15 rotates clockwise, the wire spool 16 rotates clockwise along with the second rotating shaft 15, the wire spool 16 rotates clockwise to retract the pull rope 17 to enable the clamping strip 13 to move upwards, the clamping strip 13 moves upwards to pull the shielding curtain 12 to move upwards, the shielding curtain 12 moves upwards to cover the code scanning window 3, and then the first motor 8 is turned off along with the first switch 4 is loosened. Therefore, the clamping strip 13 and the shielding curtain 12 can move up and down more stably, and the clamping strip 13 and the shielding curtain 12 can be prevented from shaking left and right.

Because the manufacturing material of the first shell 1 is stainless steel, the stainless steel is not easy to rust, and the service life of the first shell 1 can be prolonged.
Because the shielding curtain 12 is made of leather, the leather is soft, breathable, wear-resistant and high in strength, and the service life of the shielding curtain 12 can be prolonged.
Because the first motor 8 is a servo motor, the servo motor can control the rotating speed of the motor more accurately, so that the operation is more stable.
