Abstract

一种燃气内燃机分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置,用于分布式能源中燃气内燃机的烟气排放处理,所述脱硝及消音一体化装置将脱硝和消音这2个工艺环节集成在该装置内,该一体化装置内部形成突扩反应室,在装置的一端连接的是连通烟气输入的混合管段,装置的另一端连接的是用于烟气排放的排烟管段,在所述一体化装置内设有SCR催化剂层和消音材料层,SCR催化剂层在装置内处于接近混合管段的一端,消音材料层处于装置内接近排烟管段的一端,在混合管段的入口处设有均流器,混合管段还设置有尿素喷射器。该装置布置于燃气内燃机排烟出口至余热利用设备之间,通过烟管法兰连接,采用架空支吊架布置或布置于机房地面上。

Description

一种燃气内燃机分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置
技术领域
本发明属于分布式能源技术领域,特别涉及一种燃气内燃机分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置。
背景技术
天然气分布式能源作为天然气的一种清洁高效利用方式,其作为改善大气污染的一种有力措施也逐渐得到社会及企业的认可,分布式能源一般安装在用户附近,因此带来污染排放也毗邻用户的担忧,在实际项目实施过程中,也面临环评的考核要求。
作为分布式能源的一种,燃气内燃机,也即活塞式内燃机,其基本工作原理是将燃气和空气混合,在其气缸内燃烧,释放出的热能使气缸内产生高温高压的烟气。烟气膨胀推动活塞做功,再通过曲柄连杆机构或其他机构将机械功输出,驱动发电机发电。往复活塞式内燃机发电机组的组成部分主要有曲柄连杆机构、机体和气缸盖、配气机构、进排气系统、燃气系统、点火系统、润滑系统、冷却系统、起动装置、发电装置等。若为增压内燃机发电机组,还应有增压系统。
标准机型的燃气内燃机其NOx排放为500mg/Nm3(5%O2),若采取稀薄燃烧等技术措施,控制发动机缸内温度,其NOx排放也仅可控制在250mg/Nm3(5%O2)左右,因此,对于环境要求较高的场合,如医院、商务区、居住区等,为满足项目环评要求,可能还需要进一步增加脱硝设施。另外,内燃机排烟噪声一般大于110~120dBa,通常需增设排烟消音器降低噪声排放至满足项目环评及职业健康要求。
天然气分布式能源中所用内燃机由于NOx排放及噪声较高,且通常项目一般安装在用户附近,因此带来污染排放也毗邻用户的担忧,在实际项目实施过程中,也面临环评的考核要求。为降低NOx排放及降低噪声影响,现有技术通常为采用SCR方式进行脱硝处理,另外,在烟气烟道上加装排烟消音器等方式降低排烟噪声,如图1所示。
但与常规电厂脱硝方式不同,天然气分布式能源应用有其特殊考虑:
1.项目通常布置于与供能对象建筑或区域一体的机房内,现场空间及布置条件有限;
2.内燃机烟气余热需要充分利用以提高系统一次能源利用效率,因此,烟气系统通常需增加烟气溴化锂机组、余热锅炉、烟气换热器等设备回收利用余热,其烟气阻力较大。除此之外,再加上SCR脱硝及烟气消音器等设备及烟气管路系统阻力,可能会超出内燃机一般背压要求范围(最大5000~6000Pa),因此,需尽可能优化降低排烟系统阻力;
3.现有SCR脱硝及烟气消音器等设备选型及设计时往往单独考虑各设备自身的技术要求,存在重复设计及要求的情况。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的问题,提出了一种燃气内燃机分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置。
一种燃气内燃机分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置,用于分布式能源中燃气内燃机的烟气排放处理,所述脱硝及消音一体化装置将脱硝和消音这2个工艺环节集成在该装置内,
该一体化装置内部形成突扩反应室,在装置的一端连接的是连通烟气输入的混合管段,装置的另一端连接的是用于烟气排放的排烟管段,
在所述一体化装置内设有SCR催化剂层和消音材料层,SCR催化剂层在装置内处于接近混合管段的一端,消音材料层处于装置内接近排烟管段的一端,
在混合管段的入口处设有均流器,混合管段还设置有尿素喷射器。
进一步的,该装置布置于燃气内燃机排烟出口至余热利用设备之间,通过烟管法兰连接,采用架空支吊架布置或布置于机房地面上。
进一步的,该装置外壳设置有保温隔热层。
进一步的,该装置设有冷凝排水口,方便排出装置内冷凝水。
进一步的,在该装置放置催化剂层的侧面,设置检修门,便于催化剂更换及检修。
本发明将现有的独立设置的两个功能装置集成于一体,综合满足脱硝及消音技术要求;减小设备尺寸,便于优化机房布置。
本发明相对于现有的工艺方案,在达到同样技术要求下,缩小了装置体积25%以上;减少了用材,设备安装操作简便,使用过程简便;同时,NOx排放降低脱除率可达95%,噪声降低可达60dBa。

具体实施方式
如图2和图3所示,本发明是应用于内燃机天然气分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置,采用蜂窝状SCR脱硝催化剂,具有一定消音降噪效果,另外,再结合项目需求,在装置内部增设消音段,同时实现降低内燃机NOX排放及降低噪声排放的效果。
本发明的内燃机天然气分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置,集中处理内燃机烟气中NOx、CO排放,及降低排烟噪声,具有体积小、造价低、安装使用简便的特点。在具体实施中,可将该装置灵活布置于分布式能源机房内,一般可布置于内燃机排烟出口至余热利用设备之间,通过烟管法兰连接,可架空采用支吊架布置或布置于机房地面上。
尿素溶液按照一定流量通过喷射器与内燃机排烟高温烟气经均流器在混合管段内热解、混合,进入一突扩反应室,在蜂窝状多孔SCR催化剂、氧化催化剂等的作用下脱除烟气中NOx及CO,而后通过多孔及刚性消音材料层,达到噪声降低要求后通过一突缩进入排烟管道排出。整体装置在实施时考虑到烟气温度较高,需增加保温隔热层,满足职业安全卫生要求,同时,设置冷凝排水口,方便排出装置内冷凝水。另外,在装置放置催化剂层的侧面,设置检修门,便于催化剂更换及检修。

1.一种燃气内燃机分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置,用于分布式能源中燃气内燃机的烟气排放处理,其特征在于,所述脱硝及消音一体化装置将脱硝和消音这2个工艺环节集成在该装置内,
该一体化装置内部形成突扩反应室,在装置的一端连接的是连通烟气输入的混合管段,装置的另一端连接的是用于烟气排放的排烟管段,
在所述一体化装置内设有SCR催化剂层和消音材料层,SCR催化剂层在装置内处于接近混合管段的一端,消音材料层处于装置内接近排烟管段的一端,
在混合管段的入口处设有均流器,混合管段还设置有尿素喷射器。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃气内燃机分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置,其特征在于,该装置布置于燃气内燃机排烟出口至余热利用设备之间,通过烟管法兰连接,采用架空支吊架布置或布置于机房地面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的燃气内燃机分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置,其特征在于,该装置外壳设置有保温隔热层。
4.如权利要求3所述的燃气内燃机分布式能源脱硝及消音一体化装置,其特征在于,该装置设有冷凝排水口,方便排出装置内冷凝水。
