Abstract
本发明公开了一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液及其制备方法,各组分的质量份数配比为:硅烷偶联剂10‑20份;水性丙烯酸树脂10‑20份;水性聚氨酯树脂10‑20份;金属化合物1‑10份;润滑助剂1‑10份;去离子水30‑60份。本发明产品为环境友好型产品,同时具有优异的耐腐蚀性能、耐黄性、耐指纹性、耐黑变等综合性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合物及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液及其制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知热镀锌钢板具有很好的耐蚀性、成形性、焊接性和涂装性,热镀锌钢板被广泛应用于建筑、家电和汽车制造领域,由于镀锌层容易在潮湿的环境中腐蚀、黑变,因此镀锌后一般采取涂油或钝化的方式提高钢板的耐腐蚀、耐黑变等性能。而涂油会带来后续清洗的麻烦,已逐步被无铬钝化所替代。
最近几年众多研究发现热镀锌单独添加合金Mg或复合添加Mg、Ti、Mn、Al、Zr、Ce、Ca、Li等金属组成的合金镀层钢板的耐蚀性大幅提高(报道称最高的可以达到20倍以上),特别是热镀锌铝镁产品受到广泛的关注。
目前热镀纯锌GI钢板、GA锌铁合金镀层、Galvalume高铝锌镀层和Galfan锌铝合金镀层上所用的无铬钝化产品已比较成熟,但不能直接用在锌铝镁涂层产品上,会影响产品的耐蚀性、耐黑变性,因此很有必要开发一款锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种对环境友好型,同时具有优异的耐腐蚀性能、耐黄性、耐指纹性、耐黑变等综合性能的锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液,其特征是:由下列质量份数的组分组成:
硅烷偶联剂1‐20份;
水性丙烯酸树脂1‐20份;
水性聚氨酯树脂1‐20份;
金属化合物1‐10份;
润滑助剂1‐10份;
去离子水20‐70份。
一种无铬耐指纹液的制备方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:常温条件下在反应釜中加入去离子水;然后加入硅烷偶联剂,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入丙烯酸乳液,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入聚氨酯树脂,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入金属化合物,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入润滑助剂,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;再次加入去离子水,搅拌1‐2h。
优选的,所述硅烷偶联剂为γ‐氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和γ‐巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,前者应用于矿物填充的酚醛、聚酯、环氧、PBT、聚酰胺、碳酸酯等热塑性和热固性树脂,能大幅度提高增强塑料的干湿态抗弯强度,抗压强度,剪切强度等物理力学性能和湿态电气性能,并改善填料在聚合物中润湿性和分散性;是优异的粘结促进剂,应用于丙烯酸涂料、粘接剂和密封剂;对于硫化物、聚氨酯、RTV、环氧、腈类、酚醛树脂粘接剂和密封剂,氨基硅烷可改善颜料的分散性并提高与玻璃、铝和钢铁的粘接力;在玻纤棉和矿物棉生产中,将其加入到酚醛粘结剂中,可提高防潮性及增加压缩弹性;在砂轮制造中它有助于提高耐磨自硬砂和酚醛粘合剂的粘接性及耐水性。后者带有巯基功能团,作为金属表面防锈剂具有特殊功效,改善其耐腐性、抗氧化性以及提高其对高分子材料的粘接性能。
优选的,所述水性丙烯酸树脂为水性改性丙烯酸树脂,在锌铝镁上有很好的附着力,出色的抗划伤性、抗粘连性。
优选的,所述水性聚氨酯树脂为水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚物,在锌铝镁上有很好的附着力,高耐磨,耐水性优异。
选的,所述金属化合物为乙酰丙基氧钒、磷酸二氢镁、磷酸锌、磷酸二氢锌的一种或几种,经试验发现,作用在锌铝镁钢板上具有优异的耐蚀性及耐黑变性能。
选的,所述润滑助剂为水性聚乙烯蜡分散体,具有优异的抗划伤、耐磨和润滑性能,其熔点高、硬度大,耐溶剂及耐水性非常优异。
优选的,所述去离子水的电导率≤4.5μs/cm。由于本技术方案对产品的耐蚀性有较高的要求,经过试验发现>4.5μs/cm的去离子水对产品的耐蚀性产生较大影响。
相应的,本发明还提供了上述用于锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:常温条件下在反应釜中加入去离子水;然后加入硅烷偶联剂,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入水性丙烯酸树脂,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入水性聚氨酯树脂,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入金属化合物,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入润滑助剂,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;再次加入去离子水,搅拌1‐2h。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,使其组分区别于现有的无铬耐指纹剂,专门使用在锌铝镁镀层钢板上,满足镀锌铝镁镀层钢板所需的耐腐蚀性能、耐黄性、耐指纹性、耐黑变等综合性能要求。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1‐6
按照以下步骤制造本发明所述的锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液:常温条件下在反应釜中加入去离子水;然后加入γ‐氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和γ‐巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入水性改性丙烯酸树脂,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚物,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入磷酸二氢锌和氧化镁,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;加入水性聚乙烯蜡分散体,搅拌0.5‐1.0h;再次加入去离子水,搅拌1‐2h。其中各实施例的组分配比见表1。

需要了解的是,实施例1‐6中,去离子水的电导率为≤4.5μs/cm。
表2为本发明实施例1‐6中各无铬耐指纹剂的制备工艺参数。

将上述实施例1‐6中的各无铬耐指纹剂分别涂敷在镀锌铝镁钢板上,检测其性能;
选取市场上常用的热镀锌板及铝锌板的无铬耐指纹液作为比较例;
取一块200mm×300mm×1mm的镀铝锌镁钢板,经脱脂→水洗→纯水洗→吹干→涂覆上述实施例及比较例无铬耐指纹液→烘干(80‐100℃)→室温放置,处理后对钢板做全性能检测,结果见表3。

Claims (8)
1.一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液,其特征是:由下列质量份数的组分组成:
硅烷偶联剂1-20份;
水性丙烯酸树脂1-20份;
水性聚氨酯树脂1-20份;
金属化合物1-10份;
润滑助剂1-10份;
去离子水20-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液,其特征是:所用硅烷偶联剂为氨基硅烷、环氧硅烷、乙烯基硅烷、烷基硅烷、脲基硅烷、苯基硅烷中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液,其特征是:所用的水性丙烯酸树脂为水性纯丙烯酸、水性苯乙烯改性丙烯酸、水性改性丙烯酸、羟基改性丙烯酸中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液,其特征是:所用的聚氨酯树脂为水性丙烯酸聚氨酯共聚物、水性脂肪族聚氨酯共聚物、水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚物中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液,其特征是:所用的金属化合物为硫酸铝、醋酸铝、草酸铝、偏铝酸钠、磷酸铝、磷酸二氢铝、偏钒酸铵、偏钒酸钠、偏钒酸钾、硫酸氧钒、乙酰丙基氧钒、磷酸二氢镁、磷酸锌、磷酸二氢锌、硫酸锰、硝酸锰、碳酸锰、硫酸钴、氯化钴、草酸钴、碳酸钴、硫酸镍、硝酸镍、醋酸镍、钼酸镍、钼酸钠、仲钼酸铵、氯化镁、氧化镁、硫酸镁、硝酸镁、氢氧化镁、碳酸镁的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液,其特征是:所用的润滑助剂为水性石蜡分散体、水性微晶蜡分散体、水性聚乙烯蜡分散体、水性四氟乙烯蜡分散体的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液,其特征是:所用的去离子水的电导率≤4.5µs/cm。
8.一种权利要求1所述的锌铝镁镀层钢板的专用无铬耐指纹液的制备方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:常温条件下在反应釜中加入去离子水;然后加入硅烷偶联剂,搅拌0.5-1.0h;加入丙烯酸乳液,搅拌0.5-1.0h;加入聚氨酯树脂,搅拌0.5-1.0h;加入金属化合物,搅拌0.5-1.0h;加入润滑助剂,搅拌0.5-1.0h;再次加入去离子水,搅拌1-2h。
