It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments described herein may be practiced otherwise than as specifically illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
For convenience of understanding, a specific flow in the embodiment of the present invention is described below, and with reference to fig. 1, an embodiment of an information reminding method in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
101. when the fact that the vehicle meets flameout conditions is detected, state information of the vehicle is obtained;
in the embodiment, the vehicle has safety requirements in the driving process, and potential safety hazards may exist due to carelessness or improper operation of an owner after the vehicle is shut down and stops.
Specifically, the ignition switch of the vehicle may include four gears, which are START, ON, ACC, and LOCK, wherein the START gear is an engine starter gear, which may be used to START the engine of the vehicle, and after the START, the normal state may be automatically recovered, that is, the ON gear is the position of the vehicle key when the vehicle normally runs, at this time, all circuits of the vehicle may be in a working state, the ACC gear is used to power ON the vehicle, so that the radio, the lamps and the like may be normally used, the LOCK gear is used to LOCK the vehicle, and if the vehicle key is located in the LOCK gear, the steering wheel of the vehicle may be locked, and there is no great activity. Generally, after the vehicle is shut down, when the vehicle key does not rotate to the LOCK gear, a battery on the vehicle is not closed, namely the vehicle is in an electrified state at the moment, and then the state information of the vehicle can be acquired by utilizing the vehicle shut down and the gap when the vehicle key rotates to the LOCK gear.
In this embodiment, the flameout condition may specifically include:
detecting whether the gear of the vehicle is in a P gear or not, and if so, determining that a flameout condition is met; or the like, or, alternatively,
detecting whether an ignition switch of the vehicle is at an ACC position, and if so, determining that a flameout condition is met; or the like, or, alternatively,
whether a hand brake lamp of the vehicle is in an on state or not is detected, and if yes, it is determined that a flameout condition is met.
Specifically, the P range is used for indicating parking, and when the shift control handle position of the vehicle is set to the P range, the parking lock mechanism locks the output shaft of the transmission. In practical application, when a vehicle needs to stop, the steps of pulling a hand brake, engaging a P gear and flameout can be sequentially adopted, in this embodiment, if the gear of the vehicle is detected to be the P gear, the next operation, namely flameout, can be defaulted, and then the vehicle is determined to meet the flameout condition; similarly, because the ACC gear in the ignition switch is only used for electrifying the vehicle, and the ON gear to the LOCK gear need to pass through the ACC gear, whether the ignition switch of the vehicle is in the ACC position or not can be detected in the parking process of the vehicle, and if the ignition switch is in the ACC position, the vehicle can be determined to meet the flameout condition; in addition, the manual brake lamp can be used for instructing the state of the manual brake of vehicle, generally be the off state at ordinary times, and after the manual brake was pulled up, the manual brake lamp can light automatically, is in the on-state promptly, and when the manual brake was pulled up, then means the vehicle needs carry out flame-out operation, if the manual brake lamp that detects the vehicle is in the on-state then can confirm that the vehicle satisfies flame-out condition.
It should be understood that the present embodiment has described only three cases when the vehicle satisfies the flameout condition by using the above three examples, and in practical applications, the present embodiment may also be used as long as the flameout condition of the vehicle can be considered, and the present embodiment is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the state information of the vehicle may include, but is not limited to, state information of a lamp, state information of a handbrake, state information of a window, state information of a steering wheel, and the like.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal can have communication connection functions such as bluetooth and WIFI, and can be used for realizing OBD data exchange, remote data processing, transmission and the like.
102. Judging whether the vehicle has an abnormal phenomenon or not according to the state information, if so, executing a step 103, and if not, executing a step 105;
in this embodiment, when the vehicle satisfies the flameout condition, after the state information of the vehicle is acquired, whether the vehicle has an abnormal phenomenon may be determined according to the state information.
Specifically, the vehicle-mounted terminal may store various abnormal phenomena of the vehicle to obtain the state information of the vehicle, and may compare the stored various abnormal phenomena with the state information to analyze whether one or more corresponding abnormal phenomena exist in the state information.
In this embodiment, the abnormal phenomenon may include one or more of a window closing condition, a steering wheel position condition, a car light closing condition, and a hand brake in-place condition, and correspondingly, if the steering wheel is not in alignment, or the window is not in alignment, or the car light is not in off, or the hand brake is not in place, the abnormal condition is determined, so that whether the status information includes the conditions that the steering wheel is not in alignment, or the window is not in off, or the car light is not in off, or the hand brake is not in place, if the status information includes the conditions, it may be determined that the abnormal phenomenon exists in the vehicle, and if the status information does not include the conditions, it may be determined that.
It is to be understood that, in addition to the contents described above, in practical applications, the abnormal phenomenon in the present embodiment may include other contents, as long as the phenomenon may cause resource waste or present a potential safety hazard, and the specific description is not limited herein.
103. Acquiring a mobile terminal which establishes communication connection with a vehicle-mounted terminal;
in this embodiment, if it is determined that the vehicle has an abnormal phenomenon according to the state information, the mobile terminal that establishes a communication connection with the in-vehicle terminal may be acquired.
It is understood that the vehicle-mounted terminal may establish a communication connection with the mobile terminal before the vehicle is not powered off, that is, the vehicle key is in LOCK gear, and then the mobile terminal establishing a communication connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal may be acquired before that.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal may include any device having a display screen and communication and storage functions, for example, an intelligent device such as a tablet computer and a mobile phone, and the mobile terminal may be installed with an operating system including: android, Linux, IOS, Windows, and the like, the mobile terminal may further have a plurality of application programs installed based on the installed operating system, and the specific details are not limited herein.
104, sending the abnormal phenomenon to the mobile terminal;
in this embodiment, after the mobile terminal establishing communication connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal is acquired, the abnormal phenomenon may be sent to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, after the vehicle-mounted terminal determines that the abnormal phenomenon exists in the vehicle, the abnormal phenomenon can be sent to the mobile terminal, so that the user can be safely prompted by outputting the abnormal phenomenon through the mobile terminal, the user can timely perform corresponding processing on the abnormal phenomenon, and the purpose of preventing unnecessary resource waste or avoiding dangerous hidden dangers is achieved.
105. Other flows are performed.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the vehicle is not abnormal according to the state information, it may be assumed that the vehicle does not have a potential safety hazard, and the process may be terminated without performing other operations.
In this embodiment, when the vehicle satisfies the flameout condition, can be through the state information to the vehicle analysis to judge whether there is the abnormal phenomenon in the vehicle, and when the abnormal phenomenon takes place for the vehicle, can remind the abnormal phenomenon to the user through mobile terminal, reach initiative suggestion user's purpose, be favorable to avoiding the user to forget the security aspect of checking the vehicle, and can effectively stop the emergence of vehicle unnecessary wasting of resources or dangerous hidden danger.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, when the vehicle satisfies the flameout condition, the acquisition of the state information of the vehicle may be based on two different situations, which are respectively described below:
referring to fig. 2, another embodiment of an information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
201. when the fact that the vehicle meets the flameout condition is detected, acquiring flameout time when the vehicle meets the flameout condition;
in the embodiment, in the parking process of the vehicle, the flameout state of the vehicle can be monitored, and when the vehicle is detected to meet the flameout condition, the flameout time of the vehicle meeting the flameout condition can be acquired.
Specifically, following the description of step 101 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, since the gear position of the vehicle is in the P-range, or the ignition switch of the vehicle is in the ACC position, or the handbrake lamp of the vehicle is in the on state, that is, the vehicle can be considered to satisfy the key-off condition, the time when the gear position of the vehicle is engaged in the P-range can be obtained as the key-off time, or the time when the ignition switch of the vehicle reaches the ACC position can be obtained as the key-off time, or the time when the handbrake lamp of the vehicle is turned on can be obtained as the key-off time.
It should be understood that, in addition to the above description, the flameout time in the present embodiment may be other times in practical application, and may be obtained according to the flameout condition of the vehicle, and the details are not limited herein.
202. Acquiring state information of the vehicle within a preset time length, wherein the flameout time is a calculation starting point of the preset time length;
in this embodiment, when it is detected that the vehicle satisfies the flameout condition, after the flameout time when the vehicle satisfies the flameout condition is obtained, the state information of the vehicle within the preset time period may be obtained. Wherein, the flameout time can be a calculation starting point of a preset time length.
Specifically, after the vehicle meets the flameout condition, the user of the vehicle may have an action of checking the abnormal phenomenon, and if the abnormal phenomenon is not checked by the user, the abnormal phenomenon may be prompted, which is not favorable for accurately reminding the user. Therefore, the state information of the vehicle within the preset time period can be acquired with the flameout time as the calculation starting point.
In this embodiment, the preset duration may be preset in the vehicle-mounted terminal, specifically may be set by the vehicle-mounted terminal based on data statistics, or may be set by a user in a user-defined manner, which is not limited herein.
The contents of part of this embodiment are the same as those of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and described in step 101, and are not described again here.
It can be understood that, after the vehicle key rotates to the LOCK gear, the vehicle is powered off, so that the preset time duration is less than the gap time duration from the flameout time to the time when the vehicle key rotates to the LOCK gear, and the user can be correspondingly prompted through the mobile terminal under the condition that the vehicle is determined to have an abnormal phenomenon.
203. Judging whether the vehicle has an abnormal phenomenon or not according to the state information, if so, executing a step 204, and if not, executing a step 206;
in this embodiment, after the state information of the vehicle within the preset time period is acquired, whether the vehicle has an abnormal phenomenon or not can be judged according to the state information.
Step 203 in this embodiment is the same as step 102 in the embodiment shown in the figure, and is not described here again.
204. Acquiring a mobile terminal which establishes wireless connection with a vehicle-mounted terminal;
in this embodiment, if it is determined that the vehicle has an abnormal phenomenon according to the state information, the mobile terminal that establishes wireless connection with the in-vehicle terminal may be acquired.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the wireless connection between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the mobile terminal may be established before the vehicle key is turned to the LOCK gear, that is, before the vehicle is powered off, and the mobile terminal that establishes the wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal may be acquired after it is determined that the vehicle has an abnormal phenomenon.
Further, before the vehicle key is turned to the LOCK gear, the user can be defaulted to still perform parking operation, the distance between the mobile terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal is short, and therefore data transmission between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the mobile terminal is facilitated, and the utilization rate of resources is improved.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the wireless connection is described only by using the bluetooth connection between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the mobile terminal, and in practical application, other wireless connections may also be established, for example, the connection between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the mobile terminal is established based on WIFI, which is not limited herein specifically.
205. Sending the abnormal phenomenon and a preset reminding mode to the mobile terminal;
in this embodiment, after the mobile terminal establishing wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal is acquired, the abnormal phenomenon and the preset reminding mode can be sent to the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in order to facilitate the mobile terminal to prompt the user of the abnormal phenomenon of the vehicle in a more appropriate manner, a preset reminding manner can be preset in the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that when the abnormal phenomenon occurs in the vehicle, the preset reminding manner corresponding to the abnormal phenomenon can be obtained, and the abnormal phenomenon and the corresponding preset reminding manner can be sent to the mobile terminal together. In this embodiment, the preset reminding mode may at least include one of vibration reminding, short message reminding and voice reminding.
For example, along the abnormal phenomenon described in step 102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, if the vehicle in this embodiment has four abnormal phenomena, that is, the steering wheel is not in alignment, the window is not in close, the vehicle lamp is not in close, or the hand brake is not in place, a preset reminding mode may be determined for the four abnormal phenomena, if the steering wheel is not in alignment and the vibration reminding is performed, the abnormal phenomenon may be prompted by the vibration after the abnormal phenomenon is received by the mobile terminal, and the window is not in close and the short message reminding is performed, if the abnormal phenomenon is received by the mobile terminal, the abnormal phenomenon may be prompted by the short message, or the same set reminding mode may be determined, and if the abnormal phenomenon is received by the mobile terminal, the abnormal phenomenon may be broadcasted by voice.
It is to be understood that, in addition to the above description, in practical applications, the preset reminding manner in the embodiment may also be other reminding manners, such as flashing a breathing light, and is not limited herein.
206. Other flows are performed.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the vehicle is not abnormal according to the state information, it may be assumed that the vehicle does not have a potential safety hazard, and the process may be terminated without performing other operations.
Referring to fig. 3, another embodiment of a message reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 301 in this embodiment is the same as step 201 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and is not described here again.
302. Detecting whether the duration between the current time and the flameout time is greater than a preset threshold, if so, executing step 303, and if not, executing step 307;
in this embodiment, when the vehicle satisfies the flameout condition, after obtaining the flameout time when the vehicle satisfies the flameout condition, it may be detected whether a duration between the current time and the flameout time is greater than a preset threshold.
Specifically, after the vehicle meets the flameout condition, in order to adjust the state of the vehicle for a certain buffering time for a user of the vehicle, for example, to perform an action of checking an abnormal phenomenon, so as to obtain more accurate state information of the vehicle, in this embodiment, whether a duration from the flameout time to the current time is greater than a preset threshold may be detected with the flameout time as a calculation starting point.
In this embodiment, the preset threshold may be preset in the vehicle-mounted terminal, specifically, the preset threshold may be set by the vehicle-mounted terminal based on data statistics, or may be set by a user in a user-defined manner, which is not limited herein.
It can be understood that, because the vehicle key rotates to the LOCK gear, the vehicle will cut off the power supply, thereby it should be less than the time of blanket to the time of the gap that the vehicle key rotated to the LOCK gear to predetermine the threshold value, in order to confirm that there is the condition of unusual phenomenon in the vehicle, can carry out corresponding suggestion to the user through the mobile terminal.
303. Acquiring state information of a vehicle;
in this embodiment, if it is detected that the duration between the current time and the flameout time is greater than the preset threshold, the state information of the vehicle may be acquired.
The content of the part of the vehicle state information acquired in this embodiment is the same as the content of the part described in step 101 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described again here.
304. Judging whether the vehicle has an abnormal phenomenon according to the state information, if so, executing a step 305, otherwise, executing a step 307;
307. Other flows are performed.
