本发明涉及一种齿形纸条叠压装置,包括加工台,所述加工台左侧安装有纸条涂胶机,加工台中部安装有纸条竖立架,加工台右侧安装有纸条叠压机;所述纸条涂胶机包括涂胶轮,所述涂胶轮的前后两端均活动套有固定在加工台上的支撑板,所述涂胶轮上均匀分布有藏胶头,所述藏胶头上端均设有凹槽,所述涂胶轮下方设有固定在加工台上的胶盒,所述胶盒内置有胶液。本发明采用锥形的橡胶藏胶头对条状的齿形纸进行涂胶,通过控制藏胶头的凹槽大小,可有效提高胶液吸取量的控制精度,与现有毛刷涂胶相比,控制效果更好,涂胶效率更高。

一种齿形纸条叠压装置
技术领域
本发明涉及齿形纸加工设备技术领域,具体的说是一种齿形纸条叠压装置。
背景技术
纸箱采用齿形的纸张和平面纸组合制成,在大型纸箱填充层,或很多现代化家具中经常用到齿形纸制成的纸制品填充料,齿形纸首选叠压成板状,然后可以使用。
在将齿形纸叠压成板状的齿形纸板过程中,需要先在齿形纸上涂胶,然后将齿形纸相互叠压,待胶冷即固定,然而由于齿形板数量多,且齿形纸侧面齿形结构应力处处不同,容易出现叠压薄厚不均,非常难以有效保证齿形纸叠压过程中的整齐度。另一方面,齿形纸涂胶量需要严格控制,过多造成齿形纸不应该粘连的部位也相互粘连,影响成型效果,过少则造成粘接不牢。
发明内容
针对上述技术的缺陷,本发明提出一种齿形纸条叠压装置。
一种齿形纸条叠压装置,包括加工台,所述加工台左侧安装有纸条涂胶机,加工台中部安装有纸条竖立架,加工台右侧安装有纸条叠压机。
所述纸条涂胶机包括涂胶轮,所述涂胶轮的前后两端均活动套有固定在加工台上的支撑板,所述涂胶轮上均匀分布有藏胶头,所述藏胶头上端均设有凹槽,所述涂胶轮下方设有固定在加工台上的胶盒,所述胶盒内置有胶液。
所述纸条竖立架包括若干均匀竖直固定在加工台上的立柱,所述立柱外围均套有滚套,立柱上部均通过螺纹连接的方式安装有端帽。
所述纸条叠压机包括分别固定在加工台前后两侧的端板,所述端板之间共同活动支撑有一根纵向安装的顶压柱,所述顶压柱的前后两侧分别活动套有一个侧压板,所述侧压板的外端面上分别活动连接有一个螺杆,所述螺杆均可相对于对应侧压板转动,螺杆的另一端分别配合穿过对应侧的端板,并分别固连有一个旋转盘。
所述藏胶头均采用橡胶材料制成。
所述藏胶头均为圆锥形。
所述端帽均为圆球状。
所述侧压板的内侧面均为圆弧面。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将齿形纸的涂胶、叠压过程采用一系列相关的设备进行有序加工,与现有技术中采用单一整体设备加工单一工序相比,大大提高了加工效率,降低了设备使用量,提高了设备加工紧凑型,避免现有技术中齿形纸被裁切后形成的纸条在进给过程中松散造成加工不整齐等现象。
本发明采用锥形的橡胶藏胶头对条状的齿形纸进行涂胶,通过控制藏胶头的凹槽大小,可有效提高胶液吸取量的控制精度,与现有毛刷涂胶相比,控制效果更好,涂胶效率更高。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图4所示,一种齿形纸条叠压装置,包括加工台1,所述加工台1左侧安装有纸条涂胶机2,加工台1中部安装有纸条竖立架3,加工台1右侧安装有纸条叠压机4。
所述纸条涂胶机2包括涂胶轮5,所述涂胶轮5的前后两端均活动套有固定在加工台1上的支撑板6,所述涂胶轮5上均匀分布有藏胶头7,所述藏胶头7上端均设有凹槽8,所述涂胶轮5下方设有固定在加工台1上的胶盒9,所述胶盒9内置有胶液。
所述纸条竖立架3包括若干均匀竖直固定在加工台1上的立柱10,所述立柱10外围均套有滚套11,立柱10上部均通过螺纹连接的方式安装有端帽12。
所述纸条叠压机4包括分别固定在加工台1前后两侧的端板13,所述端板13之间共同活动支撑有一根纵向安装的顶压柱14,所述顶压柱14的前后两侧分别活动套有一个侧压板15,所述侧压板15的外端面上分别活动连接有一个螺杆16,所述螺杆16均可相对于对应侧压板15转动,螺杆16的另一端分别配合穿过对应侧的端板13,并分别固连有一个旋转盘17。
所述藏胶头7均采用橡胶材料制成,利用橡胶的弹性,避免压损齿形纸条。
所述藏胶头7均为圆锥形,利用尖状结构缩小胶液涂刷范围,避免涂胶过量。
所述端帽12均为圆球状,当工作人员将齿形纸条分别放在立柱10之间时,一方面端帽12可避免操作人员误将齿形纸条的空隙处插在立柱10上,造成生产质量问题,另一方面可避免卡在立柱10之间的齿形纸条脱出。
所述侧压板15的内侧面均为圆弧面,避免出现棱角划伤经过的齿形纸条。
使用时,将被裁切成条状的齿形纸经过涂胶轮5上方,涂胶轮5在齿形纸的带动下滚动,同时将胶盒9中的胶液带出,并粘附在齿形纸条上。
当齿形纸条经过立柱10时,立柱10将齿形纸条侧立起来,此时齿形纸条的齿形结构靠近相邻齿形纸条的光面,以此类推,为齿形纸条的相互叠压做准备。
当侧立起来的齿形纸条集中经过两个侧压板15之间的空间时,事先利用螺杆16调节两个侧压板15间距,适应不同厚度齿形纸板加工要求,然后当相互叠放的齿形纸条受到两个侧压板15挤压时,通过两个侧压板15之间的齿形纸条相互黏结,形成齿形纸板。所述顶压柱14从上侧配合加工台1保证齿形纸板上端面与下端面整齐划一。

所述加工台左侧安装有纸条涂胶机,加工台中部安装有纸条竖立架,加工台右侧安装有纸条叠压机;
所述纸条涂胶机包括涂胶轮,所述涂胶轮的前后两端均活动套有固定在加工台上的支撑板,所述涂胶轮上均匀分布有藏胶头,所述藏胶头上端均设有凹槽,所述涂胶轮下方设有固定在加工台上的胶盒,所述胶盒内置有胶液;
所述纸条竖立架包括若干均匀竖直固定在加工台上的立柱,所述立柱外围均套有滚套,立柱上部均通过螺纹连接的方式安装有端帽;
所述纸条叠压机包括分别固定在加工台前后两侧的端板,所述端板之间共同活动支撑有一根纵向安装的顶压柱,所述顶压柱的前后两侧分别活动套有一个侧压板,所述侧压板的外端面上分别活动连接有一个螺杆,所述螺杆均可相对于对应侧压板转动,螺杆的另一端分别配合穿过对应侧的端板,并分别固连有一个旋转盘,所述藏胶头均采用橡胶材料制成,所述藏胶头均为圆锥形,所述端帽均为圆球状,所述侧压板的内侧面均为圆弧面。
