Abstract
本发明公开了一种切丝机,所属领域为产品加工装置设计技术领域,包括传动箱、刀片、销轴、刀片固定座、螺帽、传送带、卷筒轴、床身,传动箱布置在床身的左右两侧靠上,右侧的传动箱内设有带传动装置,传送带套在卷筒轴上,卷筒轴的右端安装有皮带轮,皮带轮的运动即是由电机通过传动箱内的带传动装置传递过来的,刀片用螺栓固定于刀片固定座上,刀片固定座通过销轴上方的螺帽与销轴固定在一起,本发明所设计的切丝机,刀片使用寿命长,刀片的高度可以调整,销轴能够实现上下运动,最终带动刀片作上下运动,切出豆丝的长度很长,切丝时传送带不易损坏,切丝时传送带不变形,且切出的豆丝宽度均匀,豆丝收集方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及产品加工装置设计技术领域,特别是涉及一种切丝机。
背景技术
原有用于豆丝切割的机器,在传送装置将豆丝坯料送到床身前端进行切削时,刀片相对于机身高度固定,不好调整,刀片使用寿命较短,切出豆丝的长度有限,切丝时传送带容易损坏,传送带易变形,且切出的豆丝宽度不均匀,豆丝收集麻烦,因此,设计一种刀片使用寿命长,刀片的高度可以调整,切出豆丝的长度长,切丝时传送带不易损坏,传送带不变形,且切出的豆丝宽度均匀,豆丝收集方便的切丝机非常必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,设计了一种切丝机,刀片使用寿命长,刀片的高度可以调整,切出豆丝的长度长,切丝时传送带不易损坏,传送带不变形,且切出的豆丝宽度均匀,豆丝收集方便。
本发明所要求解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种切丝机,包括传动箱、刀片、销轴、刀片固定座、螺帽、传送带、卷筒轴、床身,所述传动箱布置在所述床身的左右两侧靠上,右侧的所述传动箱内设有带传动装置,所述传送带套在所述卷筒轴上,所述卷筒轴的右端安装有皮带轮,皮带轮的运动即是由电机通过所述传动箱内的带传动装置传递过来的,豆丝在切成丝状前即通过所述传送带运送到所述刀片的下方实现切削的,所述刀片用螺栓固定于所述刀片固定座上,随所述刀片固定座一起做上下切削运动,所述刀片固定座通过所述销轴上方的所述螺帽与所述销轴固定在一起。
所述刀片的下方做成斜面的结构。
所述刀片的上部加工有两个与圆头平键形状相似的通孔。
所述销轴的底端插入传动箱内,其下部切成螺杆,外面套有与其相配合的螺套,螺套底端固定有锥齿轮,与另一个与电机轴相连的锥齿轮啮合,后述锥齿轮做正反两个方向的转动。
所述传送带宽度方向的尺寸很大,且用来做传送带的材料硬度较大。
所述传送带绷紧在卷筒轴上的绷紧力足够大。
所述床身的上部位于传送带的下方做成斜面。
由于采用了如上技术方案,本发明具有如下技术特点:
采用传动箱、刀片、销轴、刀片固定座、螺帽、传送带、卷筒轴、床身的组合设计,本发明所设计的切丝机,刀片的切削刃锋利且不易钝化,使用寿命长,刀片相对于刀片固定座的高度可以根据需要调整,销轴能够实现上下运动,最终带动刀片作上下运动,切出豆丝的长度很长,切丝时传送带不易损坏,切丝时传送带不变形,且切出的豆丝宽度均匀,豆丝收集方便。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
一种切丝机,包括传动箱2、刀片5、销轴3、刀片固定座4、螺帽7、传送带8、卷筒轴10、床身9,传动箱2布置在床身9的左右两侧靠上,右侧的传动箱2内设有带传动装置,传送带8套在卷筒轴10上,卷筒轴10的右端安装有皮带轮,皮带轮的运动即是由电机通过传动箱2内的带传动装置传递过来的,豆丝在切成丝状前即通过传送带8运送到刀片5的下方实现切削的,刀片5用螺栓固定于刀片固定座4上,随刀片固定座4一起做上下切削运动,刀片固定座4通过销轴3上方的螺帽7与销轴3固定在一起。
刀片5的下方做成斜面的结构,形成切削刃,这种切削刃锋利且不易钝化,使用寿命长。
刀片5的上部加工有两个与圆头平键形状相似的通孔6,用螺栓将刀片5与刀片固定座4连接时,螺栓的位置在通孔6内可以移动,因此刀片5相对于刀片固定座4的高度可以根据需要调整。
销轴3的底端插入传动箱2内,其下部切成螺杆,外面套有与其相配合的螺套,螺套底端固定有锥齿轮,与另一个与电机轴相连的锥齿轮啮合,后述锥齿轮可以做正反两个方向的转动,从而实现销轴3的上下运动,最终带动刀片5进行切丝。
传送带8宽度方向的尺寸很大,且用来做传送带8的材料硬度较大,保证了切出豆丝的长度很长,切丝时传送带8不易损坏。
传送带8必须绷紧在卷筒轴10上,其绷紧力要足够大,这样才可以保证切丝时传送带8不变形。
床身9的上部位于传送带8的下方做成斜面1,当切好的豆丝从传送带8上掉下来后即落在斜面1上,利用斜面1的斜度,使豆丝很容易从斜面上滑落掉入收集装置内,豆丝收集方便。
本发明所设计的切丝机,刀片5的切削刃锋利且不易钝化,使用寿命长,刀片5相对于刀片固定座4的高度可以根据需要调整,销轴3能够实现上下运动,最终带动刀片5作上下运动,切出豆丝的长度很长,切丝时传送带8不易损坏,切丝时传送带8不变形,且切出的豆丝宽度均匀,豆丝收集方便。

1.一种切丝机,其特征在于:包括传动箱、刀片、销轴、刀片固定座、螺帽、传送带、卷筒轴、床身,所述传动箱布置在所述床身的左右两侧靠上,右侧的所述传动箱内设有带传动装置,所述传送带套在所述卷筒轴上,所述卷筒轴的右端安装有皮带轮,皮带轮的运动即是由电机通过所述传动箱内的带传动装置传递过来的,豆丝在切成丝状前即通过所述传送带运送到所述刀片的下方实现切削的,所述刀片用螺栓固定于所述刀片固定座上,随所述刀片固定座一起做上下切削运动,所述刀片固定座通过所述销轴上方的所述螺帽与所述销轴固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种切丝机,其特征在于:所述刀片的下方做成斜面的结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种切丝机,其特征在于:所述刀片的上部加工有两个与圆头平键形状相似的通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种切丝机,其特征在于:所述销轴的底端插入传动箱内,其下部切成螺杆,外面套有与其相配合的螺套,螺套底端固定有锥齿轮,与另一个与电机轴相连的锥齿轮啮合,后述锥齿轮做正反两个方向的转动。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种切丝机,其特征在于:所述传送带宽度方向的尺寸很大,且用来做传送带的材料硬度较大。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种切丝机,其特征在于:所述传送带绷紧在卷筒轴上的绷紧力足够大。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种切丝机,其特征在于:所述床身的上部位于传送带的下方做成斜面。
