一种带有旋转水冷装置涂布辊，它包括储罐罐体（1）、真空泵（2）、水箱（3）、抽真空管（4）、单向阀（5）和抽油管（6），所述储罐罐体（1）上设有抽油口、真空接口和放油口，所述真空泵（2）的抽气口通过抽真空管（4）和单向阀（5）与储罐罐体（1）的真空接口相通；本发明采用真空的方式进行抽油，在抽油的过程将正空泵的出气口通入到水箱中，使储油罐与水箱之间形成一个密闭空间，增加单向阀的设计，防止油抽出，具有很好的实用价值。

本发明涉及地膜生产设备技术领域，具体涉及一种带有旋转水冷装置涂布辊。
背景技术
目前，地膜的生产需要用到涂布辊，现有的涂布辊的冷却装置较为固定，冷却效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述技术问题，而提供一种带有旋转水冷装置涂布辊。
本发明包括储罐罐体、真空泵、水箱、抽真空管、单向阀和抽油管，所述储罐罐体上设有抽油口、真空接口和放油口，所述真空泵的抽气口通过抽真空管和单向阀与储罐罐体的真空接口相通，所述水箱设有进气口和出气口，所述真空泵的出气口通过管道与水箱的进气口相通，所述抽油管的一端与储罐罐体上的抽油口相通。
所述抽油管采用软管，且抽油管的另一端还设有硬质管头。
本发明优点是：本发明采用真空的方式进行抽油，在抽油的过程将正空泵的出气口通入到水箱中，使储油罐与水箱之间形成一个密闭空间，增加单向阀的设计，防止油抽出，具有很好的实用价值。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明包括储罐罐体1、真空泵2、水箱3、抽真空管4、单向阀5和抽油管6，所述储罐罐体1上设有抽油口、真空接口和放油口，所述真空泵2的抽气口通过抽真空管4和单向阀5与储罐罐体1的真空接口相通，所述水箱3设有进气口和出气口，所述真空泵2的出气口通过管道与水箱3的进气口相通，所述抽油管6的一端与储罐罐体1上的抽油口相通。
所述抽油管6采用软管，且抽油管6的另一端还设有硬质管头7。
工作方式及原理：在需要将临时储罐内的油转储到成品罐内时，启动真空泵2开始对储罐罐体1抽真空，将带有硬质管头7的抽油管6插入到临时储罐的底部，由于真空的压力将油抽入到储罐罐体1内，由于单向阀5的设置，这样就防止油被倒抽到水箱中。

1.一种带有旋转水冷装置涂布辊，其特征在于它包括储罐罐体（1）、真空泵（2）、水箱（3）、抽真空管（4）、单向阀（5）和抽油管（6），所述储罐罐体（1）上设有抽油口、真空接口和放油口，所述真空泵（2）的抽气口通过抽真空管（4）和单向阀（5）与储罐罐体（1）的真空接口相通，所述水箱（3）设有进气口和出气口，所述真空泵（2）的出气口通过管道与水箱（3）的进气口相通，所述抽油管（6）的一端与储罐罐体（1）上的抽油口相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有旋转水冷装置涂布辊，其特征在于所述抽油管（6）采用软管，且抽油管（6）的另一端还设有硬质管头（7）。
