Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an infusion needle.
Background
The traditional intravenous infusion needle consists of a puncture needle, a needle handle arranged at the tail part of the puncture needle, an infusion tube communicated with the puncture needle and a protective cap sleeved outside the puncture needle. When the puncture needle is used, medical staff take down the protective cap and complete puncture, and after infusion is completed, the protective cap is easy to lose, and the puncture needle is usually discarded under the naked condition, so that related staff are easily injured in the recovery process of medical wastes, and cross infection of viruses and bacteria is caused. In order to avoid accidental injury and infection of medical staff and patients caused by waste exposed puncture steel needles and influence on public safety, people design safe intravenous infusion needles, most of the existing safe intravenous indwelling needles adopt safe sleeves and locking structures capable of locking needle handles are arranged on the safe sleeves, and due to the defects that the number of parts is large, the needle handle locking structures are complex and the like, inconvenience is brought to manufacturing and the use of the medical staff.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a folding type safe transfusion needle which has the advantages of small number of parts, simple structure and convenient operation and use.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a folding safe transfusion needle comprises a puncture needle, a transfusion tube and a needle handle, wherein the needle handle comprises a foldable needle handle body and a needle seat part arranged on the needle handle body; the tail part of the puncture needle and one end of the infusion tube are respectively fixed on the needle seat part, and the puncture needle is communicated with the infusion tube; the needle handle body forms a cavity for accommodating the puncture needle when folded.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention at least has the following advantages and characteristics:
1. the transfusion needle of the invention does not need to be provided with special parts such as a safety sleeve and the like, so the transfusion needle has less parts, simpler structure and easier manufacture;
2. the folding safety transfusion needle can be folded at first when leaving factory, so that the puncture needle is prevented from being exposed to hurt people, the puncture needle is exposed when puncturing is finished, the needle handle body is folded again after puncturing is finished, and the concealed puncture needle is discarded along with the handle, so that the puncture needle can be effectively prevented from being exposed to hurt people, safety guarantee is provided for disposal of used medical supplies and garbage, and the folding safety transfusion needle has the advantage of convenience in operation and use.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a safety infusion needle of a fold type according to a first embodiment of the invention when unfolded. Referring to fig. 1, a folding safety transfusion needle according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a puncture needle 1, a transfusion tube 2 and a needle handle 3.
The needle shaft 3 includes a foldable needle shaft body 3a and a hub portion 3b provided on the needle shaft body 3 a. Preferably, the needle shaft body 3a is injection molded integrally with the needle seat portion 3b. The needle handle 3 is made of PE plastic.
The tail part of the puncture needle 1 and one end of the transfusion 2 tube are respectively fixed on the needle seat part 3b, and the puncture needle 1 and the transfusion tube 2 are mutually communicated. As shown in FIG. 6, the hub portion 3b has a central through hole 30, and the tail portion of the puncture needle 1 and one end of the infusion tube 2 are inserted into both ends of the central through hole 30 and are heat-sealed with the hub portion 3b.
The needle handle body 3a has two vertical creases 301 and one transverse crease 302, and the transverse crease 302 crosses the two vertical creases 301 respectively. The needle shaft body 3a is divided into a first body part 31 and a second body part 32 by a transverse fold 302. The first main body portion 31 is divided by the two vertical creases 301 into a base portion 311 and a pair of flap portions 312 respectively located on both sides of the base portion 311, and the second main body portion 32 is divided by the two vertical creases 301 into a hub supporting portion 321 and a pair of flap portions 322 respectively located on both sides of the hub supporting portion 321.
In order to avoid the puncture needle 1 from being exposed, the needle shaft body 3a needs to be folded to form a cavity in which the puncture needle 1 is accommodated. Fig. 2 to 5 show schematic diagrams of the folding process of the folding type safety transfusion needle according to the first embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first body 31 is first bent along the transverse fold 302 to a side opposite to the needle seat 3 b; thereafter, as shown in fig. 4, the pair of fin portions 312 and the pair of fin portions 322 are folded along the two vertical creases 301, and the folded state is shown in fig. 5 and 6, and at this time, a cavity 4 for accommodating the puncture needle 1 is formed between the pair of fin portions 312.
In order to maintain the pair of flap portions 312 in the folded and folded state, a folding and retaining structure for retaining the pair of flap portions 312 at the folded position is provided on the pair of flap portions 312. In this first embodiment, the folding holding structure is composed of a first catch 313 and a second catch 314 provided on the pair of wing portions 312, respectively, the first catch 313 and the second catch 314 being engaged with each other when the pair of wing portions 312 are in the folded position. The first locking member 313 is a protrusion disposed on one of the surfaces of the wing portions, and the second locking member 314 is a locking hole disposed on the other surface of the wing portion for the protrusion to be locked in. When the pair of flap portions 312 are folded together, the protrusions are fitted into the fitting holes, so that the pair of flap portions 312 can be held in the folded position. At this time, since the puncture needle 1 is hidden in the cavity 4 between the pair of fin portions 312, medical staff and patients can be protected from accidental injury and infection by the puncture needle.
The folding type safe transfusion needle can fold the needle handle body 3a when leaving factory to prevent the puncture needle from exposing and hurting people, expose the puncture needle 1 during puncture, fold the needle handle body 3a again after puncture is finished, and discard the hidden puncture needle 1 along with the needle handle 3, thereby effectively preventing the puncture needle from exposing and hurting people and providing safety guarantee for disposal of used medical supplies and garbage.
FIG. 7 shows a schematic view of a safety infusion needle of a collapsible type according to a second embodiment of the invention when unfolded. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment mainly in the fold retention structure. In this second embodiment, the fold holding structure includes a plurality of catching grooves 315 provided respectively at outer side edges of the pair of fin portions 312 and into which the infusion tube 2 can be wound and caught. In this way, when the pair of fin portions 312 are folded, the pair of fin portions 312 can be held at the folded position only by winding the infusion tube 2 around the plurality of catching grooves 315.
The foregoing description is further illustrative of the present invention with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in many other ways than those specifically set forth herein, and that these variations may be performed in many different ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
