Abstract
本发明涉及的是一种治疗胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡病症散剂的制备方法，根据病因病理，对症精选中草药：乌贼骨、吴茱萸、血竭、孩儿茶、参三七、肉金、枳壳、佛手、黄芪、肉桂、甘草、白芍、白芨、川黄连等，精细合理制备而成散剂，服用治疗，治愈率达99%以上。

本发明涉及的是一种治疗胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡病症散剂的制备方法。
胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡是消化系统的一种常见病，多发性疾病。溃疡病的形成和发展与胃液中的胃酸和胃蛋白酶消化作用有关，故命名。典型的消化性溃疡疼痛具有长期性、周期性和节律性，现代医学对本病的治疗主要采用制酸药，抗胆碱药，组胺HP受休阻断剂，胃粘膜保护药等。目的在于减轻或消除症状，促进溃疡愈合，减少并发症；易复发不能根治，治疗效果很不理想，最终采取手术“开刀”治疗。经30多年以来的研究经验总结，根据临床的特点认为本病属中医学的“胃痛”或“胃脘”痛的范畴，其病因病理是由于情志所伤，肝气郁结，寒热虚实，横逆犯胃，饮食所伤、损及脾胃，脾不运化，胃失和降，气机阻滞，通则不痛，痛则不通。日久不愈可化火，导致血瘀，胃痛经久不愈，损伤脾阳，则寒自内而生，久寒则热、呕吐、暧气尚有泛酸等胃肠道症状。根据病因病理，对症精选中草药制备成治疗胃溃疡病症冲剂，解决其原治疗药物不足。
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡病症散剂的制备方法。
本发明的目的是经过以下途径实现的：根据病因病理，以制酸止痛活血通瘀祛腐止血，养胃和中通络，消炎痛，敛疮生肌为治疗方案，对症精选数十种中草药，精细制备加工成治疗胃溃疡和十二指溃疡病症散剂。
采用上述方案制备而成的“治疗胃溃疡病症散剂”，临床服用据治疗胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡并出血1748例统计：服药3-7天全部止在血；服药28天病状消失痊愈17％；服药36天痊愈37％；服药60天痊愈34％；服药90天痊愈11％；4例症状好转占0.23％。治愈率99％以上并二年随访未见复发。
下面进一步说明“治疗胃溃疡病症散剂”的制备方法：
一、原料组成
乌贼骨60g、吴茱萸60g、血竭60g、孩儿茶150g、参三七60g、肉金300g、枳壳30g、佛手30g、黄芪100g、肉桂30g、甘草100g、白芍100g、白芨300g、川黄连60g。
二、制备方法：药品全部进入烤厢烘干，不能含有水份，然后用粉碎机粉碎成粉末用120目筛，筛后装10g一代紫外线消毒备用。
服用方法：
日服三次，10-20g/次，服药时禁酸辣。

1．治疗胃溃疡病症的散剂，其特征在于其原料组成为：
乌贼骨60g、吴茱萸60g、血竭60g、孩儿茶150g、参三七60g、鸡内金300g、枳壳30g、佛手30g、黄芪100g、肉桂30g、甘草100g、白芍100g、白芨300g、川黄连60g。
