本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能防晒霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
暴露在阳光下的皮肤细胞会吸收紫外线辐射,产生有害的氧化物。这些化合物活性很强,会导致肌肤的“氧化性损害”。具体地说,活性氧化物可以破坏细胞壁、脂肪膜、线粒体及DNA等细胞组织,最终损害肌肤,加速老化。一年四季,不是只有夏季肌肤需要防晒,冬季亦是如此。所以防晒霜是女性护理肌肤不可缺少的一种。防晒霜所含的防晒剂能够吸收或反射阳光中的紫外线,从而减低皮肤接触紫外线的份量。而防晒剂则有物理防晒剂和化学防晒剂。所谓物理防晒剂就是添加在防晒产品中物理性颗粒或粉末,在涂抹之后如同遮阳伞或镜面一般将紫外线反射出去,对皮肤起到屏蔽作用,而达到防晒效果。常见的物理防晒成分:二氧化钛和氧化锌,以这种防晒剂为主的产品,无刺激,适合敏感肤质使用,比较安全。同时它的防晒谱比较广,所以防晒能力比较强。但是由于它自身的性质决定其只能配制成油性的膏剂使用,所以这种防晒霜比较油,厚重不清爽,不太适用于油性肌肤。所谓化学防晒剂则是借助其他成膜性物质在肌肤表面形成一道紫外线吞噬屏障,将吸收对人体有害的紫外线,从而发挥抗晒作用。以化学防晒剂为主的产品质地比较细腻,抹在皮肤上感觉比较清爽,更适合油性皮肤,但是缺点是有些产品可能引起过敏。
中国专利申请CN102871917A公开了一种不油腻的防晒霜,组分及各组分的质量百分数如下:辛-甲氧肉桂酸5~6%,天然芦荟萃取液2~4.0%,维生素E1~3%,甘草提取物2~3%,透明质酸钠2~5%,维生素A棕榈酸酯1~3%,甲基葡萄糖脂肪酸酯0.3~1.0%,欧托奎雷2~4%,乙氧基化甲基葡萄糖脂肪酸酯0.8~1.6%,丁间二醇3~7%,对苯二亚甲基叉二樟脑磺酸8.2~10%,余量去离子水。中国专利申请CN104323936A公开了一种防晒霜,其组分重量配比为:3.0~6.0%的油包水乳化剂、3~7%的橄榄油、8.0~15.0%的甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、0.5~1.5%的丝素肽、8~17%的甘油、0.01~0.05%的防腐剂、1~3%的芦荟凝胶、1~3%的维生素A棕榈酸酯、1~3%的甘草提取物、0.5~2%的亮氨酸、0.5~1.5%的苯丙氨酸、1~3%番茄红素、其余为去离子水。中国专利申请CN105616212A公开了一种防晒霜,按重量份数由以下组份组成:木瓜提取液15~25份,芦荟提取液5~10份,甘油1~3份,薄荷油0.5~0.9份,硬脂酸2~5份,水杨酸1~3份,维生素C0.3~0.7份。
目前,市场上的防晒霜存在油腻、不清爽,防晒效果不理想,功能较单一的问题。因此,研发出一种涂抹之后肤感清爽,不粘腻,具有显著的防晒效果,以及功能多样的防晒霜是必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能防晒霜。本发明提供的多功能防晒霜质地温和,使用安全,涂抹之后肤感清爽,不粘腻,具有显著的防晒效果,防晒持久性好,同时,还能为肌肤补充水分,有效滋养肌肤,还具有美白保湿的功效。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种多功能防晒霜,包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
甲壳素1-3%,肉桂酸1-3%,水解胶原蛋白3-5%,熊果苷2-4%,复合油脂12-15%,橄榄油乳化蜡3-5%,海藻素1-2%,角鲨烷5-8%,透明质酸5-7%,连翘酚1-2%,芦丁1-3%和去离子水43-65%。
进一步地,所述多功能防晒霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
甲壳素2%,肉桂酸2%,水解胶原蛋白4%,熊果苷3%,复合油脂14%,橄榄油乳化蜡4%,海藻素1.5%,角鲨烷6%,透明质酸6%,连翘酚1.5%,芦丁2%和去离子水54%。
进一步地,所述复合油脂为霍霍巴油、鳄梨油、红花籽油中的两种或三种的组合。
另外,本发明还提供了所述多功能防晒霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1将配比量的复合油脂、橄榄油乳化蜡角和鲨烷混合,隔水加热至70-75℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得混合油脂;
S2将甲壳素、肉桂酸、水解胶原蛋白、熊果苷、海藻素、透明质酸和芦丁混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至70-75℃,恒温搅拌32-48分钟,得混合物;
S3将步骤S2所得混合物加入到步骤S1所得混合油脂中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为1800-2200r/min,均质乳化时间为14-18min,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S4待步骤S3所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至35-40℃时,加入连翘酚,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为450-550r/min,均质乳化时间为5-9min,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。

甲壳素:CAS号:1398-61-4,化学名称为(1,4)聚-2-乙酰氨基-2-脱氧-D-葡聚糖,性质稳定,具有良好的生物可降解性和相容性,具有抗菌作用、免疫力强化作用、细胞活性化作用、能够吸附、去除放射性物质及重金属等。
肉桂酸:肉桂酸是从肉桂皮或安息香分离出的有机酸。CAS号:140-10-3,分子式:C9H8O2,分子量148.17。主要用于香精香料、食品添加剂、医药工业、美容、农药、有机合成等方面。
水解胶原蛋白:CAS号:92113-31-0。胶原蛋白主要存在于动物肌腱、韧带、软骨、皮肤等结缔组织中,是由3条多肽链组成、具有三螺旋结构的一类蛋白质。水解胶原蛋白是胶原蛋白经加工制备而成。作用:抑制黑色素,美白肌肤;作用真皮层,延缓衰老;改善微循环,祛斑祛皱;收缩毛孔,补水保湿;紧致肌肤,修复细纹;去除黑眼圈,消除眼袋;亮肤,紧肤,逆转衰老;去妊娠纹,改善过敏体质;减肥瘦身,丰胸美容。
熊果苷:CAS号:497-76-7,分子式:C12H16O7,分子量:272.25。熊果苷又名熊果素,呈白色针状结晶或粉末。萃取自熊果的叶子,能够通过抑制体内酪氨酸酶的活性,阻止黑色素的生成,从而减少皮肤色素沉积,祛除色斑和雀斑,同时还有杀菌、消炎的作用。
霍霍巴油:CAS号:61789-91-1。霍霍巴油是将霍霍巴种子经压榨后再用溶剂萃取的方法精制而成,具有很好的润肤、护肤效果。
鳄梨油:CAS号:8024-32-6。鳄梨油有使皮肤再生和软化皮肤组织的功能。鳄梨油容易被深层组织吸收,可以有效地软化皮肤组织,皮肤保湿效果明显。
红花籽油:CAS号:8001-21-6。用途:层剂;乳化剂;成型助剂;组织改进剂。红花籽油含有丰富的亚油酸,有显著降低胆固醇,防止血管硬化和预防冠心病的作用。
橄榄油乳化蜡:CAS号:103819-46-1。橄榄油乳化蜡是由天然植物性橄榄油衍生的新一代温和亲肤乳化剂,可形成自身乳化体系;可形成液晶结构,得到清爽、丝般手感切有长效保湿性;极佳的皮肤亲和性,容易吸收。
海藻素:CAS号:69235-69-4。海藻素是一种激动素类型的植物生长调节物质,能促进细胞分裂,延缓衰老期,并增进根和茎的生长。
角鲨烷:CAS号:111-01-3,角鲨烷为深海纹鲨鱼肝油中取得的角鲨烯加氢反应制得,为无色透明、无味、无臭、无毒的油状液体。角鲨烷具有良好的渗透性、润滑性和安全性。
透明质酸:透明质酸是一种酸性粘多糖。CAS号:9004-61-9,分子式:C28H44N2O23,分子量:776.6486。它是肌肤水嫩的重要基础物质,本身也是人体的一种成分,它具有特殊的保水作用,份量更高达其本身重量的100倍,是目前发现的自然界中保湿性最好的物质,被称为理想的天然保湿因子。它可以改善皮肤营养代谢,使皮肤柔嫩、光滑、去皱、增加弹性、防止衰老,在保湿的同时又是良好的透皮吸收促进剂。
连翘酚:来源于木犀科植物连翘果壳。分子式:C15H18O7,分子量:310.29,连翘酚有抗菌作用。
芦丁:CAS号:153-18-4,分子式:C27H30O16,分子量:610.51。芦丁的作用:(1)抗辐射作用:芦丁对紫外线和X射线具有极强的吸收作用。(2)抗自由基作用。
本发明多功能防晒霜是由甲壳素、肉桂酸、水解胶原蛋白和芦丁等制备而成。在本发明中,甲壳素与本发明多功能防晒霜中的其他原料具有良好的配伍性,能够抗菌消炎,防止辐射线、紫外线,防止皮肤氧化,延缓皮肤老化,能够增加产品的保湿性,同时,用作增稠剂和稳定剂。在本发明中,肉桂酸能吸收阳光中的紫外线,保护皮肤免受日晒侵害。在本发明中,水解胶原蛋白能够抑制黑色素,美白肌肤,延缓衰老,补水保湿,紧致肌肤。在本发明中,熊果苷与本发明中其他原料共同作用,具有良好的营养保湿、美白、袪斑、防晒等功效。在本发明中,角鲨烷在皮肤表面形成一层天然的屏障,延缓皮肤老化,与本发明多功能防晒霜中其他防晒成分协同作用,并且能提高所得产品的防晒系数。在本发明中,复合油脂能够在皮肤表面形成疏水性薄膜,防止外部有害物质的侵入,防止皮肤干裂,赋予肌肤光泽感。在本发明中,橄榄油乳化蜡主要用作乳化剂,还可增强肌肤的弹性及润滑度,与本发明多功能防晒霜中的其他原料有很好的相容性,另外与甲壳素和透明质酸搭配,能够提高产品的稳定性。在本发明中,海藻素含丰富的胶原成分及皮肤所需各种氨基酸、微量元素,其分子量小,能快速吸收,让皮肤更紧实,更具弹性。在本发明中,透明质酸具有高效保湿功能,能够促进胶原蛋白再生,阻挡自由基的破坏,提升细胞能量与修复能力,具有抗老化、美白,淡斑、消除细纹、柔嫩明亮的效果。在本发明中,连翘酚主要用作防腐剂。在本发明中,芦丁对紫外线和X射线具有极强的吸收作用,还具有抗自由基作用,与本发明中的其他成分协同作用,提高产品的防晒等效果。
本发明提供的多功能防晒霜配方合理,具有良好的光稳定性,安全温和,同时舒缓肌肤,通过各种成分的协同作用,具有显著的补水保湿、美白以及防晒效果,且能够高效预防皮肤老化。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的多功能防晒霜具有以下优势:
(1)本发明提供的多功能防晒霜质地温和,使用安全,涂抹之后肤感清爽,不粘腻。
(2)本发明提供的多功能防晒霜能有效持久的阻挡UVB/UVA的侵害,防止皮肤被晒黑晒伤。
(3)本发明提供的多功能防晒霜具有显著的防晒效果,防晒持久性好,同时,还能为肌肤补充水分,有效滋养肌肤,具有美白保湿的功效,且能够高效预防皮肤老化。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1、一种多功能防晒霜
所述多功能防晒霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
甲壳素1%,肉桂酸1%,水解胶原蛋白3%,熊果苷2%,复合油脂12%,橄榄油乳化蜡3%,海藻素1%,角鲨烷5%,透明质酸5%,连翘酚1%,芦丁1%和去离子水65%。
所述复合油脂由霍霍巴油和鳄梨油按照5∶2的重量配比组成。
制备方法:
S1将配比量的复合油脂、橄榄油乳化蜡和角鲨烷混合,隔水加热至70℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得混合油脂;
S2将甲壳素、肉桂酸、水解胶原蛋白、熊果苷、海藻素、透明质酸和芦丁混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至70℃,恒温搅拌32分钟,得混合物;
S3将步骤S2所得混合物加入到步骤S1所得混合油脂中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为1800r/min,均质乳化时间为14min,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S4待步骤S3所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至35℃时,加入连翘酚,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为450r/min,均质乳化时间为5min,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例2、一种多功能防晒霜
所述多功能防晒霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
甲壳素3%,肉桂酸3%,水解胶原蛋白5%,熊果苷4%,复合油脂15%,橄榄油乳化蜡5%,海藻素2%,角鲨烷8%,透明质酸7%,连翘酚2%,芦丁3%和去离子水43%。
所述复合油脂由鳄梨油和红花籽油按照3∶7的重量配比组成。
制备方法:
S1将配比量的复合油脂、橄榄油乳化蜡和角鲨烷混合,隔水加热至75℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得混合油脂;
S2将甲壳素、肉桂酸、水解胶原蛋白、熊果苷、海藻素、透明质酸和芦丁混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至75℃,恒温搅拌48分钟,得混合物;
S3将步骤S2所得混合物加入到步骤S1所得混合油脂中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为2200r/min,均质乳化时间为18min,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S4待步骤S3所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至40℃时,加入连翘酚,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为550r/min,均质乳化时间为9min,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例3、一种多功能防晒霜
所述多功能防晒霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
甲壳素2%,肉桂酸2%,水解胶原蛋白4%,熊果苷3%,复合油脂14%,橄榄油乳化蜡4%,海藻素1.5%,角鲨烷6%,透明质酸6%,连翘酚1.5%,芦丁2%和去离子水54%。
所述复合油脂由霍霍巴油、鳄梨油和红花籽油按照5∶2∶1的重量配比组成。
制备方法:
S1将配比量的复合油脂、橄榄油乳化蜡和角鲨烷混合,隔水加热至72℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得混合油脂;
S2将甲壳素、肉桂酸、水解胶原蛋白、熊果苷、海藻素、透明质酸和芦丁混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至72℃,恒温搅拌36分钟,得混合物;
S3将步骤S2所得混合物加入到步骤S1所得混合油脂中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为1900r/min,均质乳化时间为16min,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S4待步骤S3所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至38℃时,加入连翘酚,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为480r/min,均质乳化时间为8min,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。
对比例1、一种多功能防晒霜
所述多功能防晒霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
甲壳素2%,肉桂酸2%,水解胶原蛋白5.5%,熊果苷3%,复合油脂14%,橄榄油乳化蜡4%,角鲨烷6%,透明质酸6%,连翘酚1.5%,芦丁2%和去离子水54%。
所述复合油脂由霍霍巴油、鳄梨油和红花籽油按照5∶2∶1的重量配比组成。
制备方法与实施例3类似。
与实施例3的区别在于,没有添加海藻素,增加水解胶原蛋白的重量百分数。
对比例2、一种多功能防晒霜
所述多功能防晒霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
甲壳素2%,肉桂酸2%,水解胶原蛋白4%,熊果苷3%,复合油脂14%,橄榄油乳化蜡4%,玉米素1.5%,角鲨烷6%,透明质酸6%,连翘酚1.5%,芦丁2%和去离子水54%。
所述复合油脂由霍霍巴油、鳄梨油和红花籽油按照5∶2∶1的重量配比组成。
制备方法与实施例3类似。
与实施例3的区别在于,将海藻素替换为玉米素。
对比例3、一种多功能防晒霜
所述多功能防晒霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
角鲨烷6%,甲壳素2%,肉桂酸2%,水解胶原蛋白4%,熊果苷3%,复合油脂14%,橄榄油乳化蜡4%,海藻素1.5%,透明质酸6%,连翘酚1.5%,黄芩苷2%和去离子水54%。
所述复合油脂由霍霍巴油、鳄梨油和红花籽油按照5∶2∶1的重量配比组成。
制备方法与实施例3类似。
与实施例3的区别在于,将芦丁替换为黄芩苷。
试验例一、多功能防晒霜的卫生、感官和理化指标性能测试试验
1、试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2和对比例3制备的多功能防晒霜。
2、试验方法:参照中华人民共和国轻工业行业标准QB/T1857-2013《润肤膏霜》的相关标准,测试实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2和对比例3制备的多功能防晒霜的感官、理化、卫生指标。
3、试验结果:
试验如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的多功能防晒霜,以及对比例1-3制备的多功能防晒霜的感官、理化、卫生指标均符合QB/T1857-2013《润肤膏霜》的相关标准,产品质量合格。
试验例二、多功能防晒霜的防晒效果
1、试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2和对比例3制备的多功能防晒霜。
2、试验方法:采用QB/T2410-98《防晒护肤品UVB防晒护肤效果的测定方法-紫外吸光度法》测定实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2和对比例3制备的多功能防晒霜的防晒效果。
3、试验结果:
试验结果如表2所示。

由表2可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的多功能防晒霜的SPF值、对UVA区以及UVB区紫外线的阻隔率明显高于对比例1-3制备的多功能防晒霜,这说明,本发明制备的多功能防晒霜能有效的阻挡UVB/UVA的侵害,具有显著的防晒效果。
试验例三、多功能防晒霜的美白效果评价
1、试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2和对比例3制备的多功能防晒霜。
2、试验方法:
选取312名女性受试者参加试验,年龄22-45岁,受试者排除条件符合《化妆品接触性皮炎诊断标准及处理原则》纳入、排除标准。测试部位为曲臂内侧,随机安排左、右手臂为受试区,试验前,利用皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪测试各受试者受试部位皮肤黑色素含量MI值,根据MI值将所有受试者随机分为实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组、对比例1组、对比例2组和对比例3组,分别使用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2和对比例3制备的多功能防晒霜,早晚各涂一次,连续使用12周,试验期间受试部位不使用其他化妆品。利用皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪,测试各受试者受试部位试验后皮肤黑色素含量MI值。测试皮肤黑色素含量MI值前需将受试部位洗净。
3、试验结果:
试验结果如表3所示。

由表3可以看出,与对比例1组、对比例2组和对比例3组相比,实施例1组、实施例2组和实施例3组的皮肤黑色素含量MI值显著降低,这说明本发明实施例1-3制备的多功能防晒霜能够显著降低皮肤黑色素含量MI值,本发明提供的多功能防晒霜具有显著的美白效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种多功能防晒霜,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
甲壳素1-3%,肉桂酸1-3%,水解胶原蛋白3-5%,熊果苷2-4%,复合油脂12-15%,橄榄油乳化蜡3-5%,海藻素1-2%,角鲨烷5-8%,透明质酸5-7%,连翘酚1-2%,芦丁1-3%和去离子水43-65%。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能防晒霜,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
甲壳素2%,肉桂酸2%,水解胶原蛋白4%,熊果苷3%,复合油脂14%,橄榄油乳化蜡4%,海藻素1.5%,角鲨烷6%,透明质酸6%,连翘酚1.5%,芦丁2%和去离子水54%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的多功能防晒霜,其特征在于,所述复合油脂为霍霍巴油、鳄梨油、红花籽油中的两种或三种的组合。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的多功能防晒霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1将配比量的复合油脂、橄榄油乳化蜡和角鲨烷混合,隔水加热至70-75℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得混合油脂;
S2将甲壳素、肉桂酸、水解胶原蛋白、熊果苷、海藻素、透明质酸和芦丁混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至70-75℃,恒温搅拌32-48分钟,得混合物;
S3将步骤S2所得混合物加入到步骤S1所得混合油脂中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为1800-2200r/min,均质乳化时间为14-18min,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S4待步骤S3所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至35-40℃时,加入连翘酚,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为450-550r/min,均质乳化时间为5-9min,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。
5.如权利要求4所述的多功能防晒霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1隔水加热至72℃。
6.如权利要求4所述的多功能防晒霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2隔水加热至72℃。
7.如权利要求4所述的多功能防晒霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3搅拌速度为1900r/min。
8.如权利要求4所述的多功能防晒霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3均质乳化时间为16min。
9.如权利要求4所述的多功能防晒霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4待步骤S3所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至38℃时。
10.如权利要求4所述的多功能防晒霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4搅拌速度为480r/min。
