Abstract
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,一种脊柱矫形固定系统,包括安装座、椎弓根钉和连接杆,安装座上开设有U型槽,U型槽底壁设置有贯通安装座的通孔,椎弓根钉穿过通孔,其头部位于通孔内,通孔上端设置有环槽,环槽内设置有卡环,卡环位于椎弓根钉的上方;U型槽侧壁上端具有螺纹,连接杆依次穿过若干安装座上的U型槽将若干安装座串联起来,压紧件通过螺纹设置于U型槽内,并将连接杆压紧在U型槽内,U型槽上端外部套设有压紧套,压紧套于U型槽侧壁之间为过盈配合,压紧套上部设置有压紧在压紧件上的凸出端。本申请中利用卡环能够有效防止椎弓根钉与安装座分离、滑脱,方便操作和固定,同时以压紧套抱紧安装座以及压紧压紧件。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种脊柱矫形固定系统。
背景技术
脊柱后路内固定手术时提出最早并且国内应用广泛的骨科治疗技术,常用的内固定系统主要是由安装座、椎弓根钉以及连接杆组成,椎弓根钉穿过安装座将与脊椎固定,连接杆用于将若干个安装座串接起来,进而达到固定的效果。但是现有技术中的椎弓根钉容易从安装座中滑脱,不利于安装、固定以及结构的稳定性,用于将连接杆压紧在安装座上的压紧件通常是螺纹旋接在安装座上,在长时间使用后该压紧件也易从安装座上松脱,不利于固定系统整体结构的稳定性。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的锥弓根钉容易从安装座中滑脱的缺陷,本发明提供一种脊柱矫形固定系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术手段为:一种脊柱矫形固定系统,包括安装座、椎弓根钉和连接杆,所述安装座上开设有U型槽,所述U型槽底壁设置有贯通所述安装座的通孔,所述的椎弓根钉穿过所述通孔,其头部位于所述通孔内,所述通孔上端设置有环槽,所述环槽内设置有卡环,所述卡环位于所述椎弓根钉的上方;所述U型槽侧壁上端具有螺纹,所述连接杆依次穿过若干安装座上的U型槽将若干安装座串联起来,压紧件通过螺纹设置于U型槽内,并将所述连接杆压紧在所述U型槽内,所述U型槽上端外部套设有压紧套,所述压紧套与所述U型槽侧壁之间为过盈配合,所述压紧套上部设置有压紧在所述压紧件上的凸出端。
作为优选,所述的压紧件上端具有内六角沉孔,所述压紧件上端面外缘还具有环形台阶,当压紧件旋紧在所述U型槽内时,折弯所述压紧套上的凸出端,使所述凸出端抵靠在所述环形台阶上。利用内六角沉孔能够方便利用工具将压紧件旋入U型槽内,同时利用凸出端能够有效将压紧件压紧在U型槽内,防止其松脱。
进一步地,相邻两个所述连接杆之间通过连接件连接,所述连接件包括分别与两个所述连接杆连接的第一连接片和第二连接片,所述第一连接片上设置有长条孔,所述第二连接片上设置有螺孔,螺栓穿过所述长条孔与所述螺孔螺纹连接。利用连接件能够有效将两个连接杆连接起来,同时利用长条孔能够根据两个连接杆之间的距离调节连接件的长度。
作为优选,所述的第一连接片和第二连接片与所述连接杆连接的一端均设置有钩型连接头,所述钩型连接头一端设置有限位螺栓,所述连接杆穿过所述钩型连接头后以限位螺栓将其限制在所述钩型连接头内。利用钩型连接头与连接杆连接,并以限位螺栓进行限位,能够防止连接杆与连接头分离、滑脱。
作为优选,所述的椎弓根钉的头部成球形,其上端具有内六角沉孔,所述的通孔底部与所述椎弓根钉头部形状相匹配。将椎弓根钉头部设置为球形,使其能够在一定范围内任意调节旋入脊柱的角度
作为优选,为避免卡环阻碍椎弓根钉旋入脊柱的角度,所述的卡环内壁底部成与所述椎弓根钉头部相匹配的弧面。
有益效果:本申请中利用卡环能够有效防止椎弓根钉与安装座分离、滑脱,方便操作和固定,同时以压紧套抱紧安装座以及压紧压紧件防止压紧件从U型槽内滑脱造成的连接杆与安装座脱离,导致脊柱矫形固定系统失效的问题,使得固定系统整体结构更加稳定。

具体实施方式
实施例
如图1~3所示,一种脊柱矫形固定系统,包括安装座1、椎弓根钉2和连接杆3,所述安装座1上开设有U型槽11,所述U型槽11底壁设置有贯通所述安装座1的通孔,所述的椎弓根钉2穿过所述通孔,其头部位于所述通孔内,所述的椎弓根钉2的头部成球形,其上端具有内六角沉孔,所述的通孔底部与所述椎弓根钉2头部形状相匹配,所述通孔上端设置有环槽,所述环槽内设置有卡环9,所述卡环9位于所述椎弓根钉2的上方,所述的卡环9内壁底部成与所述椎弓根钉2头部相匹配的弧面。
所述U型槽11侧壁上端具有螺纹,所述连接杆3依次穿过若干安装座1上的U型槽11将若干安装座1串联起来,压紧件4通过螺纹设置于U型槽11内,所述的压紧件4上端具有内六角沉孔,所述压紧件4上端面外缘还具有环形台阶,并将所述连接杆3压紧在所述U型槽11内,所述U型槽11上端外部套设有压紧套5,所述压紧套5与所述U型槽11侧壁之间为过盈配合,所述压紧套5上部设置有压紧在所述压紧件4上的凸出端51,具体为,当压紧件4旋紧在所述U型槽11内时,折弯所述压紧套5上的凸出端51,使所述凸出端51抵靠在所述环形台阶上,进而压紧压紧件4。
相邻两个所述连接杆3之间通过连接件连接,所述连接件包括分别与两个所述连接杆3连接的第一连接片6和第二连接片7,所述第一连接片6上设置有长条孔61,所述第二连接片7上设置有螺孔,螺栓穿过所述长条孔61与所述螺孔螺纹连接。所述的第一连接片6和第二连接片7与所述连接杆3连接的一端均设置有钩型连接头8,所述钩型连接头8一端设置有限位螺栓81,所述连接杆3穿过所述钩型连接头8后以限位螺栓81将其限制在所述钩型连接头8内。
工作原理:安装时,先将椎弓根钉2拧入脊柱内,然后将连接杆3将若干安装座1串接起来,然后拧上压紧件4,并折弯凸出端51,使凸出端51抵靠压紧在压紧件4的环形台阶上,再在相邻两个连接杆3之间通过连接片连接,连接杆3穿过钩型连接头8,并以限位螺栓81限位固定,并调节第一连接片6和第二连接片7之间的相对位置,并以螺栓固定,最终使得两排连接杆3串联的安装座1及椎弓根钉2形成稳定的脊柱矫形固定系统。
Claims (4)
1.一种脊柱矫形固定系统,其特征在于:包括安装座(1)、椎弓根钉(2)和连接杆(3),所述安装座(1)上开设有U型槽(11),所述U型槽(11)底壁设置有贯通所述安装座(1)的通孔,所述的椎弓根钉(2)穿过所述通孔,其头部位于所述通孔内,所述通孔上端设置有环槽,所述环槽内设置有卡环(9),所述卡环(9)位于所述椎弓根钉(2)的上方;所述U型槽(11)侧壁上端具有螺纹,所述连接杆(3)依次穿过若干安装座(1)上的U型槽(11)将若干安装座(1)串联起来,压紧件(4)通过螺纹设置于U型槽(11)内,并将所述连接杆(3)压紧在所述U型槽(11)内,所述U型槽(11)上端外部套设有压紧套(5),所述压紧套(5)与所述U型槽(11)侧壁之间为过盈配合,所述压紧套(5)上部设置有压紧在所述压紧件(4)上的凸出端(51);
其中:所述的压紧件(4)上端具有内六角沉孔,所述压紧件(4)上端面外缘还具有环形台阶,当压紧件(4)旋紧在所述U型槽(11)内时,折弯所述压紧套(5)上的凸出端(51),使所述凸出端(51)抵靠在所述环形台阶上;
其中:相邻两个所述连接杆(3)之间通过连接件连接,所述连接件包括分别与两个所述连接杆(3)连接的第一连接片(6)和第二连接片(7),所述第一连接片(6)上设置有长条孔(61),所述第二连接片(7)上设置有螺孔,螺栓穿过所述长条孔(61)与所述螺孔螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱矫形固定系统,其特征在于:所述的第一连接片(6)和第二连接片(7)与所述连接杆(3)连接的一端均设置有钩型连接头(8),所述钩型连接头(8)一端设置有限位螺栓(81),所述连接杆(3)穿过所述钩型连接头(8)后以限位螺栓(81)将其限制在所述钩型连接头(8)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱矫形固定系统,其特征在于:所述的椎弓根钉(2)的头部成球形,其上端具有内六角沉孔,所述的通孔底部与所述椎弓根钉(2)头部形状相匹配。
4.根据权利要求3所述的脊柱矫形固定系统,其特征在于:所述的卡环(9)内壁底部成与所述椎弓根钉(2)头部相匹配的弧面。
