本发明涉及医疗设备领域,具体涉及一种心内科应急监测诊治装置。
背景技术
心内科,即心血管内科,是各级医院大内科为了诊疗心血管血管疾病而设置的一个临床科室,治疗的疾病包括心绞痛、高血压、猝死、心律失常、心肌炎、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病。心内科病人常常发病很突然,现有诊治装置结构复杂,不能应急诊治,为此,我们提出一种更实用的心内科应急监测诊治装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种心内科应急监测诊治装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的结构复杂和不能应急诊治的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种心内科应急监测诊治装置,包括诊治板、心电显示屏、导热垫和缓冲层,所述诊治板安装于支架的内侧,且支架的外圈设置有防滑圈,所述诊治板的顶端固定有显示装置,所述心电显示屏镶嵌于显示装置的右侧,且心电显示屏的下方安置有头枕,所述诊治板的两侧安装有连接带,且连接带的末端设置有心率检测板,所述导热垫安装于诊治板的表层,且导热垫的下方镶嵌有固定带,所述缓冲层设置于诊治板的内侧,且缓冲层的右侧安装有蓄电池,所述缓冲层的底侧设置有药品储放室,且药品储放室的下方固定有底座。
优选地,所述心电显示屏和心率检测板之间为电性连接。
优选地,所述固定带为可伸缩装置,且伸缩范围为0-30cm。

优选地,所述耐化学品改性剂为含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂,所述的红外反射二氧化钛粒径为1000nm-1500nm,TiO2含量为80%-90%,表面包覆层SiO2与Al2O3的含量为10-20%。
优选地,所述阻燃协效剂由硼酸锌、五氧化二锑、锑酸钠和氧化钼按质量比1∶2∶2∶3混合所得,所述溴系阻燃剂由四溴双酚A,十溴二苯乙烷、亚乙基-(双四溴邻苯二甲酰亚胺)、溴化环氧、四溴邻苯二甲酸-(2-乙基己基)酯中的一种或多种,所述的耐热剂为N-苯基马来酰亚胺的共聚物或α-甲基苯乙烯的共聚物,所述的导热填料为氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化锌、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、氮化硼、氮化铝中的一种或两种。
优选地,所述导热填料的粒径在0.5um-2.0um,纯度大于98%,所述的光稳定剂为水杨酸酯、二苯甲酮、三嗪类、苯并三唑类的UV吸收剂以及受阻胺类自由基捕捉剂中的一种或多种混合物,所述抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂或受阻酚类抗氧剂,所述润滑剂为硅油、白矿油、脂肪酸酰胺、硬脂酸盐、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡或乙撑双硬脂酰胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该心内科应急监测诊治装置结构简单新颖,采用担架的形式来满足病人应急诊治的需要,弥补了传统诊治装置体积较大,不能对病人迅速诊治的缺点,在支架的外圈设置有防滑圈,能够增加移动时的稳定性,病人发病时可及时躺在诊治板上,软质帆布材料的头枕可对病人头部起到保护作用,并且通过导热垫的发热,使病人的体温保持在正常的数值,其心率检测板可有效监测心内科病人的心率情况,并在心电显示屏上显示,使用药品储放室内的药品对病人实施应急诊治,且固定带可保证病人的身体不随意乱动,大大提高了应急监测诊治装置的实用性。

聚酯弹性体100份、热塑性弹性体20-30份、纳米银粉末4-8份、甲基丙烯酸酯0.8-1.5份阻燃协效剂3-7份、溴系阻燃剂10-20份、耐化学品改性剂0.7-5.2份、耐热剂10-25份、抗氧剂0.1-1份、润滑剂0.1-1份、导热填料10-50份、红外反射二氧化钛0.5-5份、光稳定剂0.2-1.0份、香草醛0.1-0.2份、百里酚0.1-0.2份。所述耐化学品改性剂为含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂,所述的红外反射二氧化钛粒径为1000nm-1500nm,TiO2含量为80%-90%,表面包覆层SiO2与Al2O3的含量为10-20%。所述阻燃协效剂由硼酸锌、五氧化二锑、锑酸钠和氧化钼按质量比1∶2∶2∶3混合所得,所述溴系阻燃剂由四溴双酚A,十溴二苯乙烷、亚乙基-(双四溴邻苯二甲酰亚胺)、溴化环氧、四溴邻苯二甲酸-(2-乙基己基)酯中的一种或多种,所述的耐热剂为N-苯基马来酰亚胺的共聚物或α-甲基苯乙烯的共聚物,所述的导热填料为氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化锌、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、氮化硼、氮化铝中的一种或两种。所述导热填料的粒径在0.5um-2.0um,纯度大于98%,所述的光稳定剂为水杨酸酯、二苯甲酮、三嗪类、苯并三唑类的UV吸收剂以及受阻胺类自由基捕捉剂中的一种或多种混合物,所述抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂或受阻酚类抗氧剂,所述润滑剂为硅油、白矿油、脂肪酸酰胺、硬脂酸盐、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡或乙撑双硬脂酰胺中的一种或几种的混合物。通过材料的特殊配置,大大提高了诊治板的韧性、耐候性、阻燃性,且使得诊治板具有较好的抗菌性。
本具体实施在使用心内科应急监测诊治装置之前,首先需要对整个装置进行简单的结构的了解,对于这类的诊治装置当病人遇到突发病情时,先将病人放置到诊治板2上,随后通过固定带10将病人固定住,避免病人随意乱动,随后通过心率检测板7检测病人心率情况,并在心电显示屏5上显示,此过程中使用药品储放室13内的药品对病人实施应急诊治,且导热垫9通过发热使病人的体温保持在正常的数值,其温度在显示装置4上显示,随后通过支架1将病人抬至病房,使得整个应急监测诊治装置的实用性得到很好的提高,就这样完成整个心内科应急监测诊治装置的使用过程。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种心内科应急监测诊治装置,包括诊治板(2)、心电显示屏(5)、导热垫(9)和缓冲层(11),其特征在于:所述诊治板(2)安装于支架(1)的内侧,且支架(1)的外圈设置有防滑圈(3),所述诊治板(2)的顶端固定有显示装置(4),所述心电显示屏(5)镶嵌于显示装置(4)的右侧,且心电显示屏(5)的下方安置有头枕(6),所述诊治板(2)的两侧安装有连接带(8),且连接带(8)的末端设置有心率检测板(7),所述导热垫(9)安装于诊治板(2)的表层,且导热垫(9)的下方镶嵌有固定带(10),所述缓冲层(11)设置于诊治板(2)的内侧,且缓冲层(11)的右侧安装有蓄电池(12),所述缓冲层(11)的底侧设置有药品储放室(13),且药品储放室(13)的下方固定有底座(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种心内科应急监测诊治装置,其特征在于:所述心电显示屏(5)和心率检测板(7)之间为电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种心内科应急监测诊治装置,其特征在于:所述固定带(10)为可伸缩装置,且伸缩范围为0-30cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种心内科应急监测诊治装置,其特征在于:所述头枕(6)为软质帆布材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种心内科应急监测诊治装置,其特征在于:所述心率检测板(7)设置有两个,且关于诊治板(2)中轴线对称。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种心内科应急监测诊治装置,其特征在于:所述诊治板(2)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
聚酯弹性体100份、热塑性弹性体20-30份、纳米银粉末4-8份、甲基丙烯酸酯0.8-1.5份阻燃协效剂3-7份、溴系阻燃剂10-20份、耐化学品改性剂0.7-5.2份、耐热剂10-25份、抗氧剂0.1-1份、润滑剂0.1-1份、导热填料10-50份、红外反射二氧化钛0.5-5份、光稳定剂0.2-1.0份、香草醛0.1-0.2份、百里酚0.1-0.2份。
