Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及处所的热调节,并且提出一种辐射表面形式的动态加热系统,其具有模块化结构,该模块化结构的特征使得该系统非常有利于实现其功能。
现有技术
存在用于处所的热调节的多种加热系统,例如电炉或燃烧炉、热水散热器、空气循环、辐射地板等。
基于诸如设备(installation,安装)成本、所需的热输出、能量消耗等因素针对每种应用选择所述系统,并且存在使得可以通过恒温器手动地或自动地控制加热系统的开启和关闭或者热流量的通过以在应用场所保持给定温度的方案。
然而,在加热系统应用场所,通常需要对由同一加热系统覆盖的不同空间施加不同的热供应,这在当今的设备中通常通过如下方式而得以解决:根据基于对不同的加热设备应用处所的空间体积进行的计算来预先确定设备;在此之后,在加热系统的使用期间,该方案并不是动态的,这是因为对于每个空间的热供应基于规定的预先确定是固定的。
发明目的
本发明提出一种具有动态特征和模块化结构的加热系统,其与传统的加热系统相比提供了显著的功能性优点。
本发明的加热系统由覆盖物和在所述覆盖物下方的网格形式的连接网络构成,该覆盖物例如由地砖形成,每个地砖的内部结合有至少一个电阻和一个热传感器;网格节点结合有连接器,该连接器具有电连接端子和数据连接端子,并且该连接网络与连接至电源的可编程控制器连接。
因此,获得了一种模块化组件,这是因为连接网络和覆盖物二者都是可扩展的,使得它们可以通过耦接连接网络的部分单位装置(set)并且放置覆盖物的连续砖而覆盖任何应用表面。
此外,设备装配非常简单,这是因为其仅仅要求在待应用该设备的基础地板结构上放置连接网络并且其后在所述连接网络的上方放置覆盖物的砖,其中通过使每个砖的连接中心与连接网络节点连接器重合而使砖的位置由连接网络的结构确定。
另一方面,结合与覆盖物的每个砖的发热元件和温度检测元件的单独关联,可编程控制器允许动态的操作编程,使得不同砖的加热元件基于编程的热条件和每个砖的区域中的现有温度被单独地启用和停用,从而具有如下可能性:完全打开或关闭位于每个砖中的加热元件或者改变能量供应,以增加或减少所述元件的发热。
由于所有这些原因,所提出的加热系统具有对于其将实现的功能非常有利的特性,从而获得其自身的生命力并且优于传统的加热系统。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的涉及一种模块化辐射表面形式的加热系统,具有允许向加热系统应用空间的每个表面点单独地供应所需的热的动态功能实施方式。
所提出的加热系统包括例如由地砖(1)形成的覆盖物,每个地砖的内部结合有至少一个热电阻(2)和一个热温度测量传感器(3)。
在覆盖物下方,存在由相关联的部分模块化装置限定的网格形式的可扩展连接网络(4),其中根据覆盖物的砖(1)在应用装配中的布置,所述部分模块化装置的分布对应于位于与所述覆盖物的每个砖的连接点重合的点处的网格节点。为了便于在应用装配中对砖(1)进行定位,其与连接网络(4)节点相关的连接点被设计成位于每个砖(1)的中心,然而该位置不是限制性的,这是因为连接点可以位于砖(1)的任何其它区域。
每个连接网络(4)节点配备有包括电连接端子和数据连接端子的连接器(5);覆盖物的砖(1)通过与它们的电阻(2)以及它们的热传感器(3)相关的相应连接端子连接到连接器。
连接网络(4)连接至与电源插座(7)连接的可编程控制器(6),所述控制器(6)配备有连接端子,上述连接端子被设计成连接电通信(8)以向覆盖物的砖(1)的电阻(2)供电,以及连接数据通信(9)以用于与覆盖物的所述砖(1)的热传感器(3)连接。
在控制器(6)与连接网络(4)之间的电通信(8)和数据通信(9)是从连接网络(4)装置节点的用作主连接器的一个连接器(5)建立的,而其余的连接器(5)作为主连接器的从属装置,并且连接器中的每一个对与相应砖(1)相对应的电通信和数据通信进行区分,同时忽略与组成加热系统覆盖物的其他砖(1)相对应的那些电通信和数据通信。
因此,通过对控制器(6)进行编程,可以控制加热设备的操作,使得其每个空间都保持给定温度;基于由设备覆盖物的不同砖(1)的热传感器(3)传输的温度数据,控制器(6)自动地管理不同砖(1)的电阻(2)的单独激活或去激活,或者管理所述电阻(2)的电源的变化,以在每个砖(1)的每个特定区域保持期望的温度。
尽管已经对辐射地板应用进行了描述,但是通过用与针对地板应用所描述的那些具有相同的装配和设备特征的等同的壁板或天花板替换地砖(1),根据本发明的上述特征的加热系统同样可应用于壁板或天花板。
Claims (5)
1.一种辐射表面形式的动态加热系统,其特征在于,所述动态加热系统包括由地砖(1)或类似元件形成的覆盖物以及在所述覆盖物的元件下方的网格形式的连接网络(4),每个所述地砖或类似元件的内部结合有至少一个热电阻(2)和一个热温度测量传感器(3),所述连接网络在每个网格节点处结合有连接器(5),所述连接器配备有电连接端子和数据连接端子,该连接网络(4)通过电通信(8)和数据通信(9)连接至可编程控制器(6),所述可编程控制器连接至电源插座(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动态加热系统,其中,所述覆盖物的每个砖(1)具有被设计成连接至所述连接网络(4)的连接器(5)的连接点,所述连接点配备有与所述电阻(2)相关的电连接端子以及与所述热传感器(3)相关的数据连接端子。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的动态加热系统,其中,在所述覆盖物于所述连接网络(4)上的装配布置中,每个砖(1)的所述连接点与连接网络(4)网格中心的位置重合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动态加热系统,其中,所述连接网络(4)与所述控制器(6)的电连接和数据连接是从所述连接网络(4)的用作主连接器的连接器(5)建立的,所述连接网络(4)的其余连接器(5)作为所述主连接器的从属装置,并且其中,所述连接器中的每一个对与其连接的所述砖(1)相对应的所述电通信和所述数据通信进行区分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动态加热系统,其中,所述连接网络(4)是通过彼此相关联的部分模块化装置以可扩展的方式装配的。
