前述命名类型的传送系统是用于,例如在自动化技术中将物体从一个位置运输到另一个位置;例如,从一个生产步骤到下一个生产步骤。为了这个目的,物体被定位在滑动件上,并且滑动件沿着导轨行进。

根据一个实施例,分别至少一个固定装置设置在导轨的两个外侧,特别是外侧相对彼此倾斜设置。这具有的优点是,利用磁性夹紧装置的合适地配置,导轨可以可靠地固定在两个不同的尺寸上。固定装置例如可以设置在相对于彼此垂直设置的导轨的外侧,以便简单地定位导轨。

为了允许通过磁性夹紧装置的高磁性吸引力,固定装置可以由铁磁体或铁磁材料形成,优选地由钢或铁形成。
如果固定装置被布置成使得其在最终组装状态下至少部分地形成接触表面或装配表面,则钢的使用伴随着轨道与支撑它的部件坚固,精确和可靠的连接性的优点。

Claims (16)
1.一种用于运输物体的传送系统,包括:
导轨(10),其具有轻金属基体(18)和至少一个与轻金属基体(18)连接并具有引导面(16)的引导元件(14);
用于接收至少一个物体的滑动件(20);和
与所述引导元件(14)协作并且在所述导轨(10)处线性地可移动地支撑所述滑动件(20)的轴承(22),
其特征在于,
所述导轨(10)具有至少一个磁性固定装置(12),其允许借助于磁性夹紧装置临时固定导轨(10),用于加工引导面(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传送系统,其特征在于,所述固定装置(12)是平面的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的传送系统,其特征在于,所述固定装置(12)附接到所述导轨(10)的至少一个外侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的传送系统,其特征在于,所述固定装置(12)限定与导轨(10)的外侧间隔开的接触平面。
5.根据前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的传送系统,其特征在于,在导轨(10)的两个外侧分别设置至少一个固定装置(12)。
6.根据前述权利要求5所述的传送系统,其特征在于,所述两个外侧相对于彼此倾斜地设置。
7.根据前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的传送系统,其特征在于,所述导轨(10)至少部分地从外部接合在所述滑动件(20)周围;或者所述滑动件(20)至少部分地从外部围绕接合在所述导轨(10)周围。
8.根据前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的传送系统,其特征在于,至少一个固定装置(12)被放入凹槽中。
9.根据权利要求8所述的传送系统,其特征在于,所述凹槽为梯形的。
10.根据前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的传送系统,其特征在于,所述固定装置(12)由铁磁体或铁磁材料形成。
11.根据前述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的传送系统,其特征在于,所述轴承(22)包括至少一个具有球形引导件的滚动轴承。
12.一种加工用于运输物体的传送系统的方法,所述传送系统为前述权利要求1-11中任一项所述的系统,所述方法包括:
提供包括轻金属基体(18)和磁性固定装置(12)的导轨(10),所述磁性固定装置(12)允许通过磁性夹紧装置暂时固定所述导轨(10);
通过所述磁性夹紧装置将所述导轨(10)固定在加工装置中或加工装置处;
加工所述导轨(10),其包括设置用于在所述导轨(10)处支撑所述滑动件(20)的引导元件(14);和
释放所述导轨(10)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加工包括研磨所述引导元件(14)的引导面(16)。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加工包括将所述引导元件(14)引入到所述导轨(10)中。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述引导元件(14)通过滚进或通过粘合剂粘结的方式被引入到所述导轨(10)中。
16.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导轨(10)的固定是借助于所述磁性夹紧装置的电磁性来实现。
