本发明公开了一种单电机驱动的窗膜裁剪机,包括支架,所述支架上设有转动组件,所述转动组件包括电机,所述电机的输出端与主动轴连接,所述主动轴的末端设有棘轮,所述棘轮设有棘轮齿;所述主动轴上设有主动轮,所述主动轮的侧部设有从动轮,所述从动轮与主传送辊连接,所述主传送辊安装在支架之上。作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述主传送辊上还设有主传送辊固定块,所述主传送辊固定块位于从动轮的侧部。

技术领域:
本发明涉及窗膜生产加工技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种单电机驱动的窗膜裁剪机。
背景技术:
初始的窗膜的尺寸都是唯一确定的,但是根据不同的客户,需要裁剪一定的长度才能加工,现有技术的窗膜剪裁设备可以说都是半自动化的,剪裁设备将窗膜输送并记录其长度,达到规定的长度后,工人用小刀等工具进行剪裁,剪裁的动作是靠人工来完成的,人工操作有两个缺点:1、剪裁不平整,手毕竟不是机器,容易导致窗膜的边角不平整;2、效率低,人工手动的效率远远没有剪裁机构的速度快、效率高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就在于针对现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种单电机驱动的窗膜裁剪机,其不仅提高了加工效率,而且使剪裁出来的窗膜更加平整。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种单电机驱动的窗膜裁剪机,包括支架,所述支架上设有转动组件,所述转动组件包括电机,所述电机的输出端与主动轴连接,所述主动轴的末端设有棘轮,所述棘轮设有棘轮齿;所述主动轴上设有主动轮,所述主动轮的侧部设有从动轮,所述从动轮与主传送辊连接,所述主传送辊安装在支架之上。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述主动轮之中设有主动轮柱体,数个主动轮柱体周向布置在主动轮之中,主动轮柱体之间形成轮槽;所述从动轮的端面上设有数个从动轮柱体,从动轮柱体周向布置在从动轮上,所述从动轮柱体插入轮槽之中,主动轮可带动从动轮转动。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述从动轮的上方设有连接轴,所述连接轴的末端设有拨杆,所述拨杆的下部与棘轮齿啮合。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述连接轴上还设有刀架,刀架的下方设有刀体。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述支架上还设有第一传送辊和第二传送辊,所述第一传送辊和第二传送辊的数量都为两个,两个第一传送辊和两个第二传送辊都是上下布置。
作为对本发明的进一步说明,所述主传送辊上还设有主传送辊固定块,所述主传送辊固定块位于从动轮的侧部。
按照上述技术方案,如图3和图4所示,电机启动可带动主动轴和主动轮旋转,主动轮上开有轮槽,此轮槽可与从动轮上从动轮柱体啮合,如此主动轮可带动从动轮旋转,从动轮可带动窗膜运动。主动轴的末端设有棘轮,棘轮上设有棘轮齿,棘轮齿为四个,当棘轮转动,可使拨杆往复运动,拨杆带动连接轴旋转,连接轴带动刀架和刀体上下运动,当拨杆被棘轮齿推出去的时候,刀体和刀架向上旋转,当棘轮齿回到初始位置的时候,刀体落下对窗膜进行裁切,如此窗膜移动某一端距离后刀体裁切窗膜,如此往复。如果想要改变裁切的窗膜长度,可改变棘轮齿的数量,如果需要的长度变短可增加棘轮齿数,如此可减少拨杆的周期,如果需要的长度变长可减少棘轮齿数,如此可增大拨杆的周期。如图1和图2所示,支架上还设有四个传送辊,此四个传送辊分为两对,分别位于主传送辊的前后,可辅助主传送辊对窗膜进行传送。
本发明对现有的窗膜剪裁设备进行设计改进,用单电机驱动的转动组件代替了原有的人工手动剪裁窗膜,不仅提高了加工效率,节约了电能,可保证传送移动和剪裁的步调一致性,还可使剪裁出来的窗膜更加平整。

具体实施方式:
如图1至图4所示,一种单电机驱动的窗膜裁剪机,包括支架10,所述支架10上设有转动组件20,所述转动组件20包括电机21,所述电机 21的输出端与主动轴23连接,所述主动轴23的末端设有棘轮24,所述棘轮24设有棘轮齿240;所述主动轴23上设有主动轮22,所述主动轮22 的侧部设有从动轮25,所述从动轮25与主传送辊26连接,所述主传送辊 26安装在支架10之上。
如图3和图4所示,所述主动轮22之中设有主动轮柱体220,数个主动轮柱体220周向布置在主动轮22之中,主动轮柱体220之间形成轮槽 221;所述从动轮25的端面上设有数个从动轮柱体250,从动轮柱体250 周向布置在从动轮25上,所述从动轮柱体250插入轮槽221之中,主动轮 22可带动从动轮25转动。
如图3和图4所示,所述从动轮25的上方设有连接轴27,所述连接轴27的末端设有拨杆270,所述拨杆270的下部与棘轮齿240啮合。
如图3和图4所示,所述连接轴27上还设有刀架28,刀架28的下方设有刀体280。
如图1和图2所示,所述支架10上还设有第一传送辊11和第二传送辊12,所述第一传送辊11和第二传送辊12的数量都为两个,两个第一传送辊11和两个第二传送辊12都是上下布置。
如图1所示,所述主传送辊26上还设有主传送辊固定块13,所述主传送辊固定块13位于从动轮25的侧部。
实际工作中,如图3和图4所示,电机21启动可带动主动轴23和主动轮22旋转,主动轮22上开有轮槽221,此轮槽221可与从动轮25上的从动轮柱体250啮合,如此主动轮22可带动从动轮25旋转,从动轮25 可带动窗膜30运动。主动轴23的末端设有棘轮24,棘轮24上设有棘轮齿240,棘轮齿240为四个,当棘轮24转动,可使拨杆270往复运动,拨杆270带动连接轴27旋转,连接轴27带动刀架28和刀体280上下运动,当拨杆270被棘轮24齿推出去的时候,刀体280和刀架28向上旋转,当棘轮齿240回到初始位置的时候,刀体280落下对窗膜30进行裁切,如此窗膜30移动某一端距离后刀体280裁切窗膜30,如此往复。如果想要改变裁切的窗膜30长度,可改变棘轮齿240的数量,如果需要的长度变短可增加棘轮齿数,如此可减少拨杆270的周期,如果需要的长度变长可减少棘轮齿数,如此可增大拨杆270的周期。如图1和图2所示,支架上还设有四个传送辊,此四个传送辊分为两对,分别位于主传送辊26的前后,可辅助主传送辊26对窗膜30进行传送。

1.一种单电机驱动的窗膜裁剪机,包括支架(10),所述支架(10)上设有转动组件(20),其特征在于:所述转动组件(20)包括电机(21),所述电机(21)的输出端与主动轴(23)连接,所述主动轴(23)的末端设有棘轮(24),所述棘轮(24)设有棘轮齿(240);所述主动轴(23)上设有主动轮(22),所述主动轮(22)的侧部设有从动轮(25),所述从动轮(25)与主传送辊(26)连接,所述主传送辊(26)安装在支架(10)之上;
所述主动轮(22)之中设有主动轮柱体(220),数个主动轮柱体(220)周向布置在主动轮(22)之中,主动轮柱体(220)之间形成轮槽(221);所述从动轮(25)的端面上设有数个从动轮柱体(250),从动轮柱体(250)周向布置在从动轮(25)上,所述从动轮柱体(250)插入轮槽(221)之中,主动轮(22)可带动从动轮(25)转动;
所述从动轮(25)的上方设有连接轴(27),所述连接轴(27)的末端设有拨杆(270),所述拨杆(270)的下部与棘轮齿(240)啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种单电机驱动的窗膜裁剪机,其特征在于:所述连接轴(27)上还设有刀架(28),刀架(28)的下方设有刀体(280)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种单电机驱动的窗膜裁剪机,其特征在于:所述支架(10)上还设有第一传送辊(11)和第二传送辊(12),所述第一传送辊(11)和第二传送辊(12)的数量都为两个,两个第一传送辊(11)和两个第二传送辊(12)都是上下布置。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种单电机驱动的窗膜裁剪机,其特征在于:所述主传送辊(26)上还设有主传送辊固定块(13),所述主传送辊固定块(13)位于从动轮(25)的侧部。
