本发明涉及农药复配技术领域,具体涉及的是一种包含三氟咪啶酰胺和异菌脲的杀线虫组合物。
背景技术
根结线虫是一种高度土传型的杂食性植物病原线虫,主要通过土壤或种子传播破坏植物的根系或侵入地上部分的器官,影响农作物的生长发育,还间接的传播由其他微生物引起的病害,造成很大的经济损失。线虫的防治是一个世界性的难题,很多优秀的化学防治药剂如二氯溴丙烷、灭线磷、克百威等高毒农药随着环保要求的提高而遭到相继淘汰,目前可供选择的低毒环保生物杀线虫剂很少。
异菌脲,英文名称为iprodione,中文别名为扑海因,属于二甲酰亚胺类高效、光谱、触杀线杀菌剂,适用于多种果树、蔬菜、瓜果类作物早期落叶病、灰霉病、早疫病等病害,其作用机制主要是通过抑制蛋白激酶,控制许多细胞功能的细胞内信号,包括碳水化合物结合进入真菌细胞的感染作用,其可以抑制真菌孢子的萌发及产生,也可抑制菌丝生长,对病原菌生活史中的各发育阶段均有影响。研究表明,异菌脲对线虫还具有一定的防治作用,但单独使用效果不够理想,而且容易诱发线虫产生抗性,不利于持效发展。
三氟咪啶酰胺(fluazaindolizine),非熏蒸性杀线虫剂,对大豆胞囊线虫、肾形线虫,根腐线虫、根结线虫、长针线虫等均具有极好的生物活性。
不同农药品种间的复配是开发新农药、提高防治效果、延缓病虫害抗药性的有效方法之一。本申请的发明人在大量室内毒力测定和田间药效试验的基础上,发现将三氟咪啶酰胺和异菌脲复配后,在一定的范围内对根结线虫具有明显的增效作用,可以提高防治效果,经过进一步研究,完成了本发明。且目前尚未发现有关三氟咪啶酰胺和异菌脲复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种包含三氟咪啶酰胺和异菌脲的复配增效农药组合物,对线虫具有优异的防治效果,可以满足低残留、降低农药使用成本的要求。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述农药组合物的应用,特别适用于防治植物寄生根结线虫、胞囊线虫、松材线虫。
进一步的,本发明的农药组合物用于防治禾谷类、水稻、小麦、果树、棉花、蔬菜、大豆、花生、花卉等的线虫病,如小麦根结线虫和胞囊线虫、柑橘根结线虫、黄瓜根结线虫、番茄根结线虫、辣椒根结线虫、大豆胞囊线虫、花生根结线虫等。
进一步的,本发明的农药组合物中三氟咪啶酰胺和异菌脲的重量比为1:30-40:1,优选为1:20-20:1,更优选为11:2。
进一步的,所述农药组合物中活性成分所占的重量比为1-80%,优选为20-60%。
本发明的农药组合物可以辅以农药制剂加工中的常规助剂加工成适合农业生产上应用的任意一种剂型,例如颗粒剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、乳油中的任意一种。
进一步的,本发明的组合物还可以加入其它农用活性成分,例如杀菌剂、杀虫剂、除草剂、肥料等农用活性成分。
进一步的,本发明的农药组合物的施药方式采用撒施、沟施、穴施、冲施、喷雾等的一种,施用频率和施用量随天气状况和线虫为害情况变化而变化,可以通过施用适当的剂量达到防治目的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的杀线虫组合物的有益效果为:
1、本发明的农药活性成分通过一定范围内的复配,对线虫防治具有明显的增效作用,可以降低农药使用量、增加防治效果。
2、本发明的农药组合物间活性成分作用机理互不相同,有利于克服或者延缓线虫抗性的产生。
3、本发明的杀线虫组合物可以大幅改善土壤的微环境。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,实施例中的百分比均为重量百分比,但本发明绝非限于这些例子。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用于解释本发明,但不能因此理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内,因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
一、制剂实施例
1、实施例1:41%三氟咪啶酰胺·异菌脲悬浮剂(40:1)
三氟咪啶酰胺 40%
异菌脲 1%
十二烷基苯磺酸钙 5%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 4%
硅酸镁铝 2%
有机硅酮 1.6%
溴硝醇 1.4%
丙二醇 4%
去离子水 余量
将上述材料按比例进行预先粉碎,再加入砂磨机中研磨,经高速剪切混合后得到所述的悬浮剂。
2、实施例2:39%三氟咪啶酰胺·异菌脲悬浮剂(11:2)
三氟咪啶酰胺 33%
异菌脲 6%
二丁基萘磺酸盐 3%
分散剂MF-5 4%
黄原胶 2%
C10脂肪醇 1.5%
苯甲酸钠 1.2%
丙三醇 3%
去离子水 余量
将上述材料按比例进行预先粉碎,再加入砂磨机中研磨,经高速剪切混合后得到所述的悬浮剂。
3、实施例3:27%三氟咪啶酰胺·异菌脲颗粒剂(5:1)
三氟咪啶酰胺 25%
异菌脲 2%
淀粉 3%
环己酮 10%
海泡石 21%
凹凸棒土 余量
将三氟咪啶酰胺与异菌脲用环己酮溶解,然后加入淀粉、海泡石和凹凸棒土经搅拌、干燥、挤压造粒并烘干后制得本发明所述的颗粒剂。
4、实施例4:40%三氟咪啶酰胺·异菌脲可湿性粉剂(1:1)
三氟咪啶酰胺 20%
异菌脲 20%
十二烷基硫酸钠 4%
木质素磺酸钠 3%
分散剂MF-5 2%
硅藻土 余量
按上述配方将三氟咪啶酰胺和异菌脲以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎后混合均匀,即可制得本发明所述的可湿性粉剂。
5、实施例5:60%三氟咪啶酰胺·异菌脲水分散粒剂(1:5)
三氟咪啶酰胺 10%
异菌脲 50%
烷基苯磺酸盐 8%
聚羧酸盐 4%
硫酸铵 3%
阿拉伯胶 2%
高岭土 余量
按上述配方将三氟咪啶酰胺、异菌脲和分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、载体混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后进入挤压造粒机造粒,沸腾干燥机中干燥,筛分后取样分析,制得本发明所述的水分散粒剂。
二、生测实施例
试验名称:三氟咪啶酰胺与异菌脲混配对黄瓜根结线虫的室内毒力测定
试验方法:取产生大量根结的黄瓜根系,自来水轻轻冲洗干净,用解剖针轻轻挑取病根上的乳白色卵囊,放入直径6cm的小培养皿内,加入少量无菌水,在25℃恒温箱中孵化3-4d,收集2龄幼虫,并加入无菌水将其配置成一定浓度(500条/毫升左右)的悬浮液备用。设置不同浓度梯度处理,以无菌水为空白对照,取96孔细胞培养板,每孔加入配好的不同浓度的药剂150mL, 再加入等体积的线虫悬浮液,25 ℃条件下保湿培养,分别在处理后的不同时间检查南方根结线虫2龄虫的存活数量和死亡数量,线虫呈僵直不动为死虫,线充呈弯曲蠕动状态为活虫。计算死亡率和校正死亡率。
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。并参照NY/T1154.1-2006采用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。若对照死亡率<5%,不校正;对照死亡率在5-20%之间,进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。以药剂浓度(mg/L)的对数值为自变量x,以校正死亡率的几率值为因变量y,分别建立毒力回归方程式,采用DPS软件计算单剂及各配比混剂的LC50、95%置信限及混剂共毒系数,比较增效情况。按照NY/T11547.7-2006 杀虫剂联合作用划分标准:共毒系数(CTC值)≥120表现为增效作用;共毒系数(CTC值)≤80为拮抗作用;80<共毒系数(CTC值)<120为相加作用。试验结果如表1所示。
室内毒力测定结果如表1所示,由表1可以看出,三氟咪啶酰胺和异菌脲在复配比例为1:30-40:1的范围内对番茄根结线虫防治的共毒系数均在120以上,表现出一定的协同增效作用。其中,当两者复配比例为1:20-20:1的范围内时,共毒系数均大于170以上,协同增效作用更明显。尤其是当三氟咪啶酰胺与异菌脲的复配比例为11:2时,共毒系数高达207,协同增效作用更明显。
三、田间药效试验
为了更好的验证本发明的杀线虫组合物的田间实际应用效果,应用本发明实施例1-5的杀线虫组合物进行防治黄瓜根结线虫防治试验,各试验处理如下:(1)试验例1-5:制剂实施例1-5所述的农药组合物;(2)对比例1:500g /L三氟嘧啶酰胺悬浮剂;(3)对比例2:45%异菌脲悬浮剂;(4)清水对照。
试验方法:供试作物为黄瓜,每小区面积20 m2,重复4次,施药方式为加入稀释进行灌根,药后药效调查方法为:每小区对角线取点,每点抽取10株进行调查。分别于施药后14、21天调查病情指数并计算防效,根据根结着生的多少将病情分为五级:
0级 无根结;
1级 根结占全根系的1-25%;
2级 根结占全根系的26-50%;
3级 根结占全根系的51-75%
4级 根结占全根系的76-100%
根据式1和式2计算黄瓜根结线虫的防治效果:
试验结果如表2所示:
田间药效试验结果如表2所示,由表2可以看出,施药后14、21天,本发明的农药组合物对黄瓜根结线虫的防效均在80%以上,明显由于三氟咪啶悬浮剂和异菌脲悬浮的防效,另外,本发明的杀线虫组合物持效性也明显好于单个活性成分制剂。
Claims (5)
1.一种农药组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含三氟咪啶酰胺和异菌脲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,三氟咪啶酰胺和异菌脲的重量比为1:30-40:1,优选为1:20-20:1,更优选为11:2。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物中活性成分所占的重量比为1-80%,优选为20-60%。
4.根据权利要求1-2中任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物辅以农药制剂加工中的常规助剂加工成适合农业生产上应用的任意一种剂型,选自颗粒剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、乳油中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物用于防治根结线虫的用途。
