Abstract
本发明涉及一种薄形双层实木地热地板,属于由若干类似构件组成的地面或地板层技术领域。该薄形双层实木地热地板,包括实木基板,实木基板的四周开设有槽和榫,所述实木基板上方设有实木面板,所述实木面板上设有一层面漆,下方设有防潮油漆层;所述基板由 5~7层单板构成。本发明与现有的地采暖用实木地板相比省却了复杂的结构,使得木地板的整体厚度大大减小,进而减小了地板传导距离,此外采用双层实木制成地热地板,内部含水率较高,使得不易吸水变形,不会表面开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种实木地热地板,属于由若干类似构件组成的地面或地板层技术领域。
背景技术
地热地板通过埋设于地板下的加热管,把地板加热到表面温度为18~30℃,因此,该地板必须能长期经受一定温度的烘烤,传热快,而且既能把热量传到室内又不会产生变形及油漆老化。目前,地热地板一般采用实木复合地板。实木复合地板在经过高温高压处理后,内部含水量很低,一般为3%~4%,所以会因吸水膨胀易变形及表面易开裂,同时还存在传热效率较低,产品稳定性差和脚感较差等问题。
作为一种装饰材料,地板越来越多地被人们用来装饰自己的家居和工作场所,而且现有的木地板开始被赋予更多的功能,如近几年出现的地热地板,由于地热地板比暖气片取暖的效果好、且可节约房间的使用面积,是一种比较好的取暖方式,因此越来越多开始普及。然而,现有的地热地板仍存在着结构不合理、传热效果较不理想的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种薄形双层实木地热地板。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种薄形双层实木地热地板,其特征在于:包括实木基板,实木基板的四周开设有槽和榫,所述实木基板上方设有实木面板,所述实木面板上设有一层面漆,下方设有防潮油漆层;所述基板由 5~7层单板构成。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述的面漆是植物油。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述的实木面板采用柚木或橡木。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述实木基板的厚度介于11mm-17mm之间。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:与现有的地采暖用实木地板相比省却了复杂的结构,使得木地板的整体厚度大大减小,进而减小了地板传导距离,此外采用双层实木制成地热地板,内部含水率较高,使得不易吸水变形,不会表面开裂。

实施例
本实施例的一种薄形双层实木地热地板,如图1所示,包括实木基板3,实木基板3的四周开设有槽和榫,所述实木基板3上方设有实木面板2,所述实木面板2上设有一层面漆1,下方设有防潮油漆层;所述基板由 5~7层单板4构成。
本实施例的所述的面漆1是植物油。
本实施例的所述的实木面板2采用柚木或橡木。
本实施例的所述实木基板3的厚度介于11mm-17mm之间。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1. 一种薄形双层实木地热地板,其特征在于:包括实木基板,实木基板的四周开设有槽和榫,所述实木基板上方设有实木面板,所述实木面板上设有一层面漆,下方设有防潮油漆层;所述基板由 5~7层单板构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄形双层实木地热地板,其特征在于:所述的面漆是植物油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的薄形双层实木地热地板,其特征在于:所述的实木面板采用柚木或橡木。
