背景技术
塑料管道是指用塑料材质制成的管子的通称。塑料管道具有自重轻,卫生安全,水流阻力小,节省能源,节省金属,改善生活环境,使用寿命长,安全方便等特点,受到管道工程界的青睐。塑料管材与传统的铸铁管、镀锌钢管、水泥管等管道相比,具有节能节材、环保、轻质高强、耐腐蚀、内壁光滑不结垢、施工和维修简便、使用寿命长等优点,广泛应用于建筑给排水、城乡给排水、城市燃气、电力和光缆护套、工业流体输送、农业灌溉等建筑业、市政、工业和农业领域。
由于化学建材产品具有较好的防腐蚀性能、自重轻、生产应用能耗低、施工便捷等特点,利用化工材料制造的塑料管道被广泛的运用在工程建设、城市建设与村镇建设的过程中。我国虽然化学建材发展历程时间较短,但是我国化学建材发展迅速,管道、门窗、防水材料、涂料等领域都得到充分发展。塑料管道分类可以从其材质与主要使用的领域来区分。从使用化工材料的不同分类上看,塑料管道可分为聚氯乙烯(PVC)管、聚乙烯(PE) 管、聚丙烯(PP)管、聚丁烯(PB)管、ABS 管等。一般而言,HDPE(高密度 PE)、LDPE(低密度 PE)及其他PE 管材统称 PE 管 材,而 PVC-C 及 PVC-U 管材统称 PVC 管材。PVC 管道系统发展最早,目前用量最大。PE 和 PP 管发展较晚, 但是近年增长较快。目前全球已经形成以 PVC-U、PE 和 PPR 管道为主的产业格局。
目前现有的塑料管道韧度不高,结构强度不高,不具有较好的延展性,不可以达到较好的抗震效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种韧度高,结构强度高,具有较好的延展性,可以达到较好的抗震效果的管道加工用挤出模具材料。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种管道加工用挤出模具材料,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括硬聚氯乙烯32-38份、聚丙烯7-25份、碳化硅10-15份、尼龙30-35份、玻璃纤维18-22份、聚苯醚10-12份、聚四氟乙烯25-30份、聚甲醛8-12份、纳米铜16-20份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷25-30份、草酸钛钾4-9份、苯甲酸钠6-11份、硬脂酸镁12-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠22-24份、氧化铋6-10份、氧化硼5-8份、碳酸钙14-17份、硅酮胶22-24份、硼酸铝晶须17-20份和聚乙酸乙烯酯22-25份。

一种管道加工用挤出模具材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将硬聚氯乙烯32-38份、聚丙烯7-25份、碳化硅10-15份、尼龙30-35份、玻璃纤维18-22份、聚苯醚10-12份、聚四氟乙烯25-30份、聚甲醛8-12份、纳米铜16-20份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷25-30份、草酸钛钾4-9份投入到高压釜中,备用;
2)调节步骤1)中的高压釜温度为89-96℃,气压为12-14倍大气压,反应时间为10-15分钟,备用;
3)将苯甲酸钠6-11份、硬脂酸镁12-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠22-24份、氧化铋6-10份、氧化硼5-8份、碳酸钙14-17份、硅酮胶22-24份、硼酸铝晶须17-20份和聚乙酸乙烯酯22-25份到粉碎机中,备用;
4)调节步骤3)粉碎机的转速为5500-5600r/min,粉碎8-10分钟,备用;
5)将步骤2)所得原料和步骤4)所得原料投入到搅拌机中混合,再投入到挤出模具中加热至235-280℃挤出成型,即可。
本发明的有益效果为:添加的纳米铜使得材料韧度高,具有较好的延展性;添加的碳化硅、尼龙、玻璃纤维能够提升结构强度,与纳米铜配合使用,可以达到较好的抗震效果;添加的聚四氟乙烯和聚甲醛具有润滑功能,可以保持材料表面光滑,减小污垢的附着;采用的制备工艺能够使得管道一体成型,加工效率高,原料分布均匀。

1)将硬聚氯乙烯32份、聚丙烯7份、碳化硅10份、尼龙30份、玻璃纤维18份、聚苯醚10份、聚四氟乙烯25份、聚甲醛8份、纳米铜16份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷25份、草酸钛钾4份投入到高压釜中,备用;
2)调节步骤1)中的高压釜温度为89-96℃,气压为12-14倍大气压,反应时间为10-15分钟,备用;
3)将苯甲酸钠6份、硬脂酸镁12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠22份、氧化铋6份、氧化硼5份、碳酸钙14份、硅酮胶22份、硼酸铝晶须17份和聚乙酸乙烯酯22份到粉碎机中,备用;
4)调节步骤3)粉碎机的转速为5500-5600r/min,粉碎8-10分钟,备用;
5)将步骤2)所得原料和步骤4)所得原料投入到搅拌机中混合,再投入到挤出模具中加热至235-280℃挤出成型,即可。
实施例2
一种管道加工用挤出模具材料,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括硬聚氯乙烯35份、聚丙烯16份、碳化硅12.5份、尼龙32.5份、玻璃纤维20份、聚苯醚11份、聚四氟乙烯27.5份、聚甲醛10份、纳米铜18份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷27.5份、草酸钛钾6.5份、苯甲酸钠8.5份、硬脂酸镁13.5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠23份、氧化铋8份、氧化硼6.5份、碳酸钙15.5份、硅酮胶23份、硼酸铝晶须18.5份和聚乙酸乙烯酯23.5份。

5)将步骤2)所得原料和步骤4)所得原料投入到搅拌机中混合,再投入到挤出模具中加热至235-280℃挤出成型,即可。
实施例3

1)将硬聚氯乙烯38份、聚丙烯25份、碳化硅15份、尼龙35份、玻璃纤维22份、聚苯醚12份、聚四氟乙烯30份、聚甲醛12份、纳米铜20份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷30份、草酸钛钾9份投入到高压釜中,备用;

3)将苯甲酸钠11份、硬脂酸镁15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠24份、氧化铋10份、氧化硼8份、碳酸钙17份、硅酮胶24份、硼酸铝晶须20份和聚乙酸乙烯酯25份到粉碎机中,备用;
4)调节步骤3)粉碎机的转速为5500-5600r/min,粉碎8-10分钟,备用;
5)将步骤2)所得原料和步骤4)所得原料投入到搅拌机中混合,再投入到挤出模具中加热至235-280℃挤出成型,即可。
本发明的有益效果为:添加的纳米铜使得材料韧度高,具有较好的延展性;添加的碳化硅、尼龙、玻璃纤维能够提升结构强度,与纳米铜配合使用,可以达到较好的抗震效果;添加的聚四氟乙烯和聚甲醛具有润滑功能,可以保持材料表面光滑,减小污垢的附着;采用的制备工艺能够使得管道一体成型,加工效率高,原料分布均匀。

1.一种管道加工用挤出模具材料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括硬聚氯乙烯32-38份、聚丙烯7-25份、碳化硅10-15份、尼龙30-35份、玻璃纤维18-22份、聚苯醚10-12份、聚四氟乙烯25-30份、聚甲醛8-12份、纳米铜16-20份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷25-30份、草酸钛钾4-9份、苯甲酸钠6-11份、硬脂酸镁12-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠22-24份、氧化铋6-10份、氧化硼5-8份、碳酸钙14-17份、硅酮胶22-24份、硼酸铝晶须17-20份和聚乙酸乙烯酯22-25份。
2.如权利要求1所述的管道加工用挤出模具材料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括硬聚氯乙烯32份、聚丙烯7份、碳化硅10份、尼龙30份、玻璃纤维18份、聚苯醚10份、聚四氟乙烯25份、聚甲醛8份、纳米铜16份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷25份、草酸钛钾4份、苯甲酸钠6份、硬脂酸镁12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠22份、氧化铋6份、氧化硼5份、碳酸钙14份、硅酮胶22份、硼酸铝晶须17份和聚乙酸乙烯酯22份。
3.如权利要求2所述的管道加工用挤出模具材料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括硬聚氯乙烯35份、聚丙烯16份、碳化硅12.5份、尼龙32.5份、玻璃纤维20份、聚苯醚11份、聚四氟乙烯27.5份、聚甲醛10份、纳米铜18份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷27.5份、草酸钛钾6.5份、苯甲酸钠8.5份、硬脂酸镁13.5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠23份、氧化铋8份、氧化硼6.5份、碳酸钙15.5份、硅酮胶23份、硼酸铝晶须18.5份和聚乙酸乙烯酯23.5份。
4.如权利要求3所述的管道加工用挤出模具材料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数配比的材料制成:包括硬聚氯乙烯38份、聚丙烯25份、碳化硅15份、尼龙35份、玻璃纤维22份、聚苯醚12份、聚四氟乙烯30份、聚甲醛12份、纳米铜20份、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷30份、草酸钛钾9份、苯甲酸钠11份、硬脂酸镁15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠24份、氧化铋10份、氧化硼8份、碳酸钙17份、硅酮胶24份、硼酸铝晶须20份和聚乙酸乙烯酯25份。
5.一种管道加工用挤出模具材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:

2)调节步骤1)中的高压釜温度为89-96℃,气压为12-14倍大气压,反应时间为10-15分钟,备用;
3)将苯甲酸钠6-11份、硬脂酸镁12-15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠22-24份、氧化铋6-10份、氧化硼5-8份、碳酸钙14-17份、硅酮胶22-24份、硼酸铝晶须17-20份和聚乙酸乙烯酯22-25份到粉碎机中,备用;
4)调节步骤3)粉碎机的转速为5500-5600r/min,粉碎8-10分钟,备用;
5)将步骤2)所得原料和步骤4)所得原料投入到搅拌机中混合,再投入到挤出模具中加热至235-280℃挤出成型,即可。
