背景技术
灰窑是用泥土堆砌而成的,用于高温加热建筑砖块、瓷制品或对将石灰岩石块高温加热成石灰石的简易土制建筑,一般上部为半园锥体,中空,下部为燃烧窑体,用于加热上部半园锥体内的砖块、瓷制品、石灰岩等。农村灰窑加热的主要燃料是柴草,因此产生大量的草木灰(plant ash)是柴草燃烧后残留的灰烬物质,属碱性,主要成分是碳酸钾(K2CO3),可用做肥料。在化学肥料普遍使用前,农家的草木灰是指由山草、禾秆和树枝等燃烧后的灰烬(不包括由煤所产生的煤灰)。草木灰肥料是草木灰为植物燃烧后的灰烬,所以凡是植物所含的矿质元素,草木灰中几乎都含有。

草木灰是农村广泛存在的消毒剂原料,具有很强的杀灭病原菌及病毒的作用,其效果与常用的强效消毒药烧碱相似。方法是:用2.3千克草木灰,加热水10千克即可用于畜舍、饲槽、用具等消毒。为增强消毒作用,可用30千克草木灰,加水100千克,在锅内煮沸l小时后,过滤去渣,用于猪瘟、口蹄疫、鸡新城疫等毒污染的畜舍、用具的消毒。该消毒剂具消毒作用强、无任何副作用、无刺激性等特点。
草木灰不能与有机农家肥(人粪尿、厩肥、堆沤肥等)、与铵态氮肥混合施用,以免造成氮素挥发损失;也不能与磷肥混合施用,以免造成磷素固定,降低磷肥的肥效。 土壤施用因草木灰为碱性,土壤施用以粘性土、酸性或中性土壤为宜。土壤施用可作基肥、种肥和追肥,也可作育苗、育秧的覆盖物(盖种肥)。作基肥、种肥时,肥量不能过大并应与种子隔离,以防烧种。亩用量一般为50—100公斤为宜。土壤施用以集中施用为宜,采用条施和穴施均可,深度8—10厘米,施后覆土。施用前先拌2—3倍的湿土或以少许水分喷湿后再用。 根外追肥 草木灰所含的钾素,90%以上可溶于水,为速效性钾肥。根据这一特性,草木灰可作根外追肥用,即用浓度为1%的草木灰浸出液进行叶面喷洒。 优先作物 草木灰适用于各种作物,尤其适用于喜钾或喜钾忌氯作物,如马铃薯、甘薯、烟草、葡萄、向日葵、甜菜等。草木灰用于马铃薯,不仅能用于土壤施用,还能用于沾涂薯块伤口,这样,既可当种肥,又可防止伤口感染腐烂。 肥料作用 钾在植物体内能促进氮素代谢及糖类的合成与运输,可促使植株生长健壮,增强其抗病虫与自然灾害的能力,此外还具有提高植物抗旱能力的作用。保证各种代谢的过程顺利进行。缺乏时茎秆细弱,容易倒伏。
由于燃烧草木属于一种污染环境的行为,政府不提倡燃烧草木,但一些较为偏僻的农村,电力、煤气等现代能源较为缺乏,这些农村地区人们燃烧草木获取热能的方式还在进行,主要产生草木灰的装置是炉炕。草木灰由于大多为粉末状,重量轻,很容易漂散于空气中,人们向田间施撒时大多被风吹走。有的农民自作聪明将草木灰与农家粪肥一起混合后施撒,其实这是错误的,草木灰很快与粪便反应生成氨气而降低肥效。
发明内容
为了利用草木灰作为肥料而不造成浪费和降效,本人发明了一种草木灰肥料的制作方法,这种方法能把炕炉中的草木灰即时收集制作成颗粒状肥料,制作也简单快速,易于操作,制作得的草木灰颗粒肥料结实不散、不脱粉、不改变草木灰肥料的碱性和各种化学性质,并且增强了肥效,易溶于水、便于施撒、利于农作物吸收。

下面对一种灰窑碱性肥料的制作方法中使用的原料成份进行性质分析。黄泥粘土,一般存在于地表深层,较为纯净的无机混合物,主要成份为SiO2、CaO 、Al2O3,Fe2O3耐火度大于1700 ℃可塑性指数>28,较为稳定、PH>7,显弱碱性,与适量水混合后易于粘附其它物体,遇过多的水份又会散开释放可溶解于水的物质,为最好的草木灰载体。氯化钠(Sodium chloride),无色立方结晶或白色结晶,是食盐的主要成分。易溶于水、甘油,微溶于乙醇、液氨,不溶于盐酸,在空气中微有潮解性。主要用于制造氯气、氢气、漂白粉、金属钠等工业原料,以及供盐析肥皂、鞣制皮革、食品调味和腌鱼肉蔬菜等。若摄取过量,易得高血压。农业用的氯化钠可以是合成的氯化钠或是矿物氯化钠。氯化钠在本发明中的作用主要是增强颗粒肥料的吸湿性,防止颗粒肥料产生灰飞现象,氯化钠也有一定的补充钠离子的肥效性质。磷酸钙也称石头粉,主要成份是磷肥,磷酸钙的作用是增加混合肥料的磷肥含量,另一方面,磷酸钙也有将各原料粘结,适合于制作颗粒性肥料。
