Abstract

After the fine crushing is finished, the electric valve 105 on the upper part of the tabletting forming component 107 is opened, the material enters the storage hopper 306 of the tabletting component through the blanking hopper 106, the high-pressure air nozzle 301 on the wall of the storage hopper intermittently blows air to push the material 302 to flow, the air pressure of the air nozzle is opened when the material is fed, and the air pressure of the air nozzle is closed when the material is not fed. The electrically controlled valve 105 at the upper end of the tablet forming member 107 is closed, and the tablet pressing of the material by the pressing forming member 107 is started.
