Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于通过闪光对接焊将轨道的两个铁轨连接的焊接单元,所述焊接单元具有夹爪,所述夹爪包括用于抵靠到轨腹上的接触表面。
背景技术
根据WO 2010/063362 A1,这种类型的焊接单元是已知的。每一个均具有彼此间隔开的两个接触表面的夹爪一方面用于产生铁轨和焊接单元之间的最大锁合力,并且在另一方面还用于电流输送。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一开始提到的种类的焊接单元,利用该焊接单元能实现提高的电流输送。
根据本发明,使用通过独立权利要求的特征部分所引用的技术特征而详述的类型的焊接单元实现该目的。
由于特征的这种组合,实现了以下优点,即具有恒定的压力并且最佳的电流输送。此外,能解决以下问题,即,磨掉在电流爪的接触表面上产生的任何磨损痕迹,因而不影响上述优点。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的用于通过闪光对接焊将轨道的两个铁轨7连接的焊接单元1由两个单元组件4构成,单元组件4能借助移位缸2相对于彼此沿组装引导件3移位。每个所述单元组件4连接到两个夹紧驱动件5,利用夹紧驱动件5,夹爪6(在这里是看不到的,参见图2和3)能被压在待被焊接到彼此上的铁轨7上。
图2和图3中所示的夹爪6具有用于抵靠到轨腹10上的接触表面8。夹爪6的一端连接到电流爪9,电流爪9由铜制成并被设置用于电流输送。所述夹爪9能沿着朝向铁轨7的按压方向11相对于夹爪6移位并具有用于抵靠到轨腹10上的接触表面12。
通过弹簧13、优选盘簧的压力而预受应力的电流爪9位于按压方向11上的前端位置,在该位置中,当处于与轨腹10(见图3)间隔开的非操作位置时,电流爪9的接触表面12伸出超过夹爪6的接触表面8。因此,当夹爪6一被按压到铁轨7,就确保电流爪9抵靠轨腹10的恒定接触压力。以有利的方式,能进一步再研磨电流爪9的接触表面12若干次,以便因而除去表面的轻微损伤从而保持最小的可能接触输送电阻。
如能从图3中看到的,电流爪9被直接固定到夹爪6并且通过弹簧13的压力沿着按压方向11预受应力。夹爪6一压靠轨腹10以用于起动焊接处理,就在与按压方向11相反的方向上存在电流爪9的自动向后运动,直到两个接触表面8和12定为在共同平面中。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于通过闪光对接焊将轨道的两个铁轨(7)连接的焊接单元(1),所述焊接单元具有夹爪(6),所述夹爪(6)包括用于抵靠到轨腹(10)上的接触表面(8),其特征在于,
a)具有用于抵靠到所述轨腹(10)上的接触表面(12)的电流爪(9)被设置为用于电流输送,
b)所述电流爪(9)能沿着朝向抵靠所述铁轨(7)的按压方向(11)相对于所述夹爪(6)移位,
c)在与所述轨腹(10)间隔开的非操作位置,由于压力弹簧(13)的压力,所述电流爪(9)相对于所述按压方向(11)位于前端位置,在所述前端位置中,所述电流爪(9)的所述接触表面(12)伸出超过所述夹爪(6)的接触表面(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述焊接单元,其特征在于,所述电流爪(9)直接安装到所述夹爪(6),并且能沿所述按压方向(11)相对于所述夹爪(6)移位。
