Abstract
The invention discloses a rear counterweight assembly for a vehicle collision test, which comprises a counterweight part, wherein at least one mounting part is arranged on the counterweight part and is used for being detachably connected with a rear bumper of a vehicle, so that people can conveniently mount the counterweight assembly on the test vehicle without changing the structure of the vehicle body.

When the mounting piece is specifically connected, the mounting piece comprises a connecting end used for being connected with a rear bumper of the vehicle, at least one first mounting hole 7 matched with the end part of the mounting bolt is arranged on the connecting end, correspondingly, at least one second mounting hole matched with the end part of the mounting bolt is arranged on the rear bumper of the vehicle, and the end part of the mounting bolt is connected with the mounting nut through threads after penetrating through the first mounting hole 7 and the second mounting hole.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the counterweight member includes a counterweight housing 1, and at least one counterweight 2 detachably connected to the interior of the counterweight housing 1, and in order to facilitate assembly and removal of the counterweight 2, in this embodiment, in particular: the top opening of the weight box 1 allows people to increase or decrease the number of the weight blocks 2 according to the weight requirement of the test vehicle in the collision test, thereby indirectly adjusting the weight of the test vehicle by adjusting the weight of the collision assembly.

Since the impact force applied to the test vehicle in the crash test is large, in order to avoid the weight box 1 from being separated from the test vehicle due to the positioning bolts 5 sliding out of the guide rails 4, at least one limit bolt 16 is provided at each of the left and right ends of the guide rails 4.
In order to make the left and right weights of the test vehicle mounted with the weight assembly uniform, in this embodiment, the number of the guide rails 4 is two, and the two guide rails 4 are symmetrically disposed at the left and right ends of the first side surface 8, correspondingly, the number of the mounting pieces is two, and the two mounting pieces are respectively slidably connected with the two guide rails 4.

Because the distances between the two adjacent second mounting holes at the left end and the right end on the rear bumper of the test vehicle of different vehicle types are different, the counterweight assembly can be connected with the rear bumper of the test vehicle of different vehicle types by adjusting the distances between the two adjacent supports 3 on the outer wall of the first side surface 8, so that the counterweight assembly has a larger application range.
In order to adjust the center of gravity of the test vehicle in the vertical direction, as an improvement of the embodiment, the number of the first mounting holes 7 on each connecting end is two, and the two first mounting holes 7 are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the connecting end, and when the test vehicle is specifically connected, the center of gravity of the test vehicle can be adjusted in the vertical direction by selecting the first mounting holes 7 on the upper side or the lower side of the connecting end to be connected with the second mounting holes through bolts.
In order to avoid the shaking of the counterweight 2 caused by excessive impact force in the collision test, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the counterweight assembly further comprises a locking member, wherein the locking member comprises at least one locking member 14 fixedly connected to the bottom of the counterweight box 1, and a buckle member 15 fixedly arranged at the bottom of the counterweight 2 and matched with the locking member 14, and in this embodiment, the locking member 14 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the counterweight box 1 in a welding manner.

The counterweight assembly further comprises a speed measuring rod 10 for detecting the running speed of the vehicle, and the speed measuring rod 10 is detachably connected to the counterweight box 1, specifically in this embodiment: the speed measuring rod 10 is detachably connected to the outer wall of the second side surface 9 of the weight box 1, so that a speed measuring component required by a collision test can be integrated with a weight assembly, and the situation that a vehicle body is drilled with holes to install the speed measuring component is avoided.
The counterweight assembly further comprises a wire pulling rod 11 for placing a test line, and the wire pulling rod 11 is fixedly connected to the counterweight box 1, specifically in this embodiment: the wire pulling rod 11 is detachably connected to the outer wall of the second side surface 9 of the weight box 1, so that test wires required in a collision test are placed in the wire pulling rod 11, and the arrangement of the wires is facilitated.
