Abstract

一种隧道式链条网带通过式烘干设备,由机架(1)、减速电机(2)、炉体(3)、传动带(4)与输送装置(5)组成,其特征在于:所述的炉体(3)两侧均设有内置循环风机(31),炉内顶部设有红外线加热管(32),红外线加热管(32)呈均匀分布,并在炉体(3)顶部还设有抽湿风机(33),抽湿风机(33)一端通入炉内;工件通过输送装置(5)进入炉体(3),红外线加热管(32)进行加温,通过内置循环风机(31)均匀炉内温度,同时通过抽湿风机(33)将炉内的湿气排出。本发明,改善劳动环境,大大降低了劳动力;烘烤过程中通过抽湿风机将炉内的湿气排出,提高烘烤质量。

Description

一种隧道式链条网带通过式烘干设备
技术领域
本发明涉及烘干设备领域,尤其是一种隧道式链条网带通过式烘干设备。
背景技术
制鞋、手套、箱包、化工原料、五金配件、食品等各行各业都需要使用到烘干设备,现在厂家为了降低公司的运营成本,不停的在简化车间的布局和降低人工的使用量。热处理环节由于他的高耗能和工作环境恶劣,是公司重点改善的对象,热处理工作的现场是比较恶劣的,特别在夏天,一般的温度有45摄氏度以上,这种工作现在工人是非常难招;而且对工作人员的身体损伤较大。另外,对于一些产品在热处理加工时需要经过多次不同时间的循环加温,这样给工作人员很大工作量,需要对一炉产品进行不同时间温度的设定,如果其中一个时间设定出错会在很大程度上影响产品的质量。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供了一种隧道式链条网带通过式烘干设备,工件通过输送装置进入炉体,红外线加热管进行加温,通过内置循环风机均匀炉内温度,同时通过抽湿风机将炉内的湿气排出,烘干后出料,改善劳动环境,提高质量,具有重要的意义。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种隧道式链条网带通过式烘干设备,由机架、减速电机、炉体、传动带与输送装置组成,所述的减速电机设在机架底部,通过传动带与机架顶部设有的输送装置连接;炉体安装在机架中间,对机架中间的输送装置进行包裹;所述的炉体为分段式炉体,多段独立温度控制;所述的输送装置由安装在机架两端的从动轴与连接在从动轴上的输送带组成;其特征在于:所述的炉体两侧均设有内置循环风机,炉内顶部设有红外线加热管,红外线加热管呈均匀分布,并在炉体顶部还设有抽湿风机,抽湿风机一端通入炉内;工件通过输送装置进入炉体,红外线加热管进行加温,通过内置循环风机均匀炉内温度,同时通过抽湿风机将炉内的湿气排出。
所述的输送带根据温度要求选用防静电胶皮输送带或耐高温特氟龙输送带或不锈钢网链/网带或耐高温硅胶输送带等。
本发明,操作简单,安装方便,改善劳动环境,大大降低了劳动力;通过分段式炉体多段独立PID温度控制满足产品不同时间段烘烤温度的需要;内置循环风机使炉内温度更加均匀;输送速度变频调速,调节自如,运行平稳,生产效率高;烘烤过程中通过抽湿风机将炉内的湿气排出,提高烘烤质量。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2知,一种隧道式链条网带通过式烘干设备,由机架1、减速电机2、炉体3、传动带4与输送装置5组成,所述的减速电机2设在机架1底部,通过传动带4与机架1顶部设有的输送装置5连接;炉体3安装在机架1中间,对机架1中间的输送装置5进行包裹;所述的炉体3为分段式炉体,多段独立PID温度控制,炉内温度均匀;所述的输送装置5由安装在机架1两端的从动轴51与连接在从动轴51上的输送带52组成;其特征在于:所述的炉体3两侧均设有内置循环风机31,炉内顶部设有红外线加热管32,红外线加热管32呈均匀分布,并在炉体3顶部还设有抽湿风机33,抽湿风机33一端通入炉内;工件通过输送装置5进入炉体3,红外线加热管32进行加温,通过内置循环风机31均匀炉内温度,同时通过抽湿风机33将炉内的湿气排出。所述的输送带32根据温度要求选用防静电胶皮输送带或耐高温特氟龙输送带或不锈钢网链/网带或耐高温硅胶输送带等。本发明,操作简单,安装方便,改善劳动环境,大大降低了劳动力;通过分段式炉体3多段独立PID温度控制满足产品不同时间段烘烤温度的需要;内置循环风机31使炉内温度更加均匀;输送速度变频调速,调节自如,运行平稳,生产效率高;烘烤过程中通过抽湿风机33将炉内的湿气排出,提高烘烤质量。

Claims (2)

1.一种隧道式链条网带通过式烘干设备,由机架(1)、减速电机(2)、炉体(3)、传动带(4)与输送装置(5)组成,所述的减速电机(2)设在机架(1)底部,通过传动带(4)与机架(1)顶部设有的输送装置(5)连接;炉体(3)安装在机架(1)中间,对机架(1)中间的输送装置(5)进行包裹;所述的炉体(3)为分段式炉体,多段独立温度控制;所述的输送装置(5)由安装在机架(1)两端的从动轴(51)与连接在从动轴(51)上的输送带(52)组成;其特征在于:所述的炉体(3)两侧均设有内置循环风机(31),炉内顶部设有红外线加热管(32),红外线加热管(32)呈均匀分布,并在炉体(3)顶部还设有抽湿风机(33),抽湿风机(33)一端通入炉内;工件通过输送装置(5)进入炉体(3),红外线加热管(32)进行加温,通过内置循环风机(31)均匀炉内温度,同时通过抽湿风机(33)将炉内的湿气排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隧道式链条网带通过式烘干设备,其特征在于:所述的输送带(32)根据温度要求选用防静电胶皮输送带或耐高温特氟龙输送带或不锈钢网链/网带或耐高温硅胶输送带等。
