The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
1-2, the present invention proposes a safety traction hanger, comprising a traction band group, one end of which is fixedly connected with a first landing gear tying band 7 through an overload protection device, and the other end of which is fixedly connected with a second landing gear tying band 8 through a dynamometer 4; the middle part of the traction band group is matched with the fixed pulley 1; the overload protection device comprises a first quick locking connector 51 fixedly connected with the first falling frame tying belt 7 and a second quick locking connector 5 fixedly connected with the traction belt group, and the first quick locking connector and the second quick locking connector are respectively clamped with two ends of the safety pin 54.
The dynamometer 4 is of an integrated structure, an LCD screen is arranged on the dynamometer 4, and an infrared remote controller is arranged on the dynamometer 4. The infrared remote controller is used for controlling the dynamometer 4, so that various functions such as zero setting, peeling, accumulated inquiry, unit switching, voltage inquiry, shutdown and the like can be realized. The maximum measuring range of the dynamometer 4 can be 300KN (30T) to 3000KN (300T), and the traction force measurement requirement of a common aircraft is met.
As shown in fig. 3-5, the second quick lock connector 5 has the same structure as the first quick lock connector 51, and includes a tub body 55, a plurality of receiving holes communicating the outside with the inside of the tub body 55 are provided on the outer sidewall of the tub body 55, and a clamping block 53 moving radially along the tub body 55 is provided in each receiving hole; the outer sidewall of the safety pin 54 is provided with a clamping groove 542 engaged with the clamping block 53.
The accommodating hole is a stepped hole, and comprises an upper layer hole 561 and a lower layer hole 56 arranged at the bottom of the upper layer hole 561; the clamping block 53 is arranged in the upper layer hole 561, and a spring 57 is fixedly connected between the clamping block 53 and the bottom of the upper layer hole 561; the push ring 52 is sleeved outside the barrel body 55, and a push block 521 matched with the clamping block 53 is arranged on the push ring 52. The push block 521 is disposed within the upper bore 561 and slides within the upper bore 561 via the push ring 52. When the pushing block 521 is matched with the clamping block 53, the pushing block 53 is pressed down, the spring 57 is contracted, and the clamping block 53 locks the safety pin 54; when moving away from the latch 53, the latch 53 is disengaged from the safety pin 54 by the spring force of the spring 57.
The edge of the upper end of the side wall of the clamping block 53, which is close to the pushing block 521, is provided with a chamfer, and the edge of the lower end of the side wall of the pushing block 521, which is close to the clamping block 53, is provided with a fillet. This structure makes the pushing block 521 more convenient and smooth in the process of pressing down the clamping block 53.
The lower end of the clamping block 53 is provided with a plurality of claws 531 distributed along the axial direction of the barrel 55, and the length of the claws 531 is greater than the depth of the lower layer hole 56. When the push block 521 presses the clamping block 53, the claw 531 passes through the lower hole 56 to extend into the barrel 55 and is matched with the clamping groove 542 on the safety pin 54; when the pushing block 521 is separated from the clamping block 53, the claw 531 is separated from the clamping groove 542 under the action of the spring 57, and is retracted into the lower hole 56.
The safety pin 54 includes an active section 543, two ends of the active section 543 are fixedly connected with a clamping joint 541 respectively, and an outer diameter of the active section 543 is smaller than an outer diameter of the clamping joint 541; the clamping groove 542 is provided on the clamping connector 541. The action section 543 is a stress concentration part of the safety pin 54, and when a certain load is born, the action section 543 is easy to break, so that the overload protection function is realized. At the same time, the first and second quick-lock joints 51 and 5 are protected due to the fixed breaking position of the safety pin 54.
A breakage protection rope 6 is also connected between the first landing gear tie 7 and the traction belt group. The breakage protecting string 6 can prevent the separated first and second quick-lock joints 51 and 5 from injuring the apparatus due to rebound after the breaking of the safety pin 54.
The traction band group comprises a plurality of traction bands 2, and two adjacent traction bands 2 are connected through a shackle 3. The traction belt 2 is a flexible annular sling and comprises a bearing core and a traction belt protective sleeve sleeved on the outer side of the bearing core, wherein the bearing core is arranged in a stepless encircling and parallel mode, the traction belt protective sleeve is butted into an annular shape by a special wear-resistant sleeve, two annular eye belts made of wear-resistant materials are sewn on the traction belt 2, and the annular eye belts are used as traction points to be connected with the shackle 3.
As shown in fig. 7, the fixed pulley 1 comprises a traction pulley 11, and a groove 111 matched with the traction belt 2 is formed on the outer circular side wall of the traction pulley 11; the traction sheave 11 is rotatably connected to a traction sheave frame 13 via a sheave shaft 12. The grooves 111 cooperate with the profile of the traction belt 2 to facilitate movement of the traction belt 2 over the traction sheave 11. The traction belt 2, by moving over the traction sheave 11, balances the forces experienced by the present invention during traction.
In use, the first landing gear tether 7 and the second landing gear tether 8 are secured to the aircraft landing gear and the crown block 1 is secured to the towing apparatus. The safety pin 54 is selected and is respectively clamped and fixed with the first quick lock connector 51 and the second quick lock connector 5. When the present invention is subjected to excessive traction forces, the active segment 543 of the shear pin 54 breaks to protect the aircraft landing gear.
During traction, the dynamometer 4 can be controlled through infrared remote control, and the traction force can be monitored in real time. When the traction force is too large and the safety pin 54 is not broken, the traction can be stopped in time, so that the aircraft and traction equipment are protected.
When the shear pin 54 needs to be replaced, the push ring 52 is slid to move the push block 521 away from the latch 53. The latch 53 is disengaged from the latch groove 542 on the shear pin 54 (as shown in fig. 5) under the action of the spring 57, and the shear pin 54 can be removed.
Thereafter, the catching 541 portion of the new safety pin 54 is inserted into the tub 55 and pushes the push ring 52, so that the push block 521 contacts and presses down the catch 53. At this time, the claw 531 on the clamping block 53 extends into the clamping groove 542 through the lower hole 56 (as shown in fig. 6), and the safety pin 54 is clamped and fixed with the first quick lock connector 51 (the second quick lock connector 5).
The safe traction hanger disclosed by the invention is safe to use and convenient to maintain. The traction force can be displayed and recorded by the load cell 4 during the traction process. Meanwhile, the dynamometer 4 is monitored by means of a remote controller, so that the personal safety of on-site workers is guaranteed. In addition, through the second quick lock connector 5 and the first quick lock connector 51 which are clamped with the safety pin 54, on the premise of ensuring stable connection, the operation process of replacing the safety pin 54 is simplified, the workload of operators is reduced, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
