Abstract
The invention discloses an earphone, which comprises a first earphone monomer and a second earphone monomer, wherein the first earphone monomer comprises a first shell and a moving iron loudspeaker encapsulated in the first shell; the second earphone monomer comprises a second shell and an annular loudspeaker which is encapsulated in the second shell, the second shell is provided with a long hole which is used for accommodating the first shell, and the long hole extends from one end of the second shell, which is connected with the earplug, to the other end of the earphone wire. The two earphone monomers of the earphone can be used independently or can be assembled together to form a new earphone monomer for use, so that better acoustic effect and user experience are provided.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The axial direction referred to in this patent is the direction of the central axis of the long hole or the housing, and the radial direction refers to the direction of the diameter or radius of the section of the long hole or the housing perpendicular to the central axis.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7 together, an earphone includes a first earphone monomer 1 and a second earphone monomer 2, where the first earphone monomer 1 and the second earphone monomer 2 can be worn on a left ear or a right ear separately, the invention does not limit that a single earphone monomer is used on the left ear or the right ear, the first earphone monomer 1 includes a first housing 11 and a moving iron loudspeaker 12 encapsulated in the first housing 11, an earplug 13 is disposed at an acoustic end of the first housing 11, and an earphone wire 14 is disposed at an opposite end of the first housing 11 where the earplug 13 is disposed; the second earphone unit 2 includes a second housing 21 and an annular horn 22 enclosed in the second housing 21, the second housing 21 further forms a long hole 25 for accommodating the first housing 11, the long hole 25 extends from the sound emitting end of the second housing 21 to the other end of the connection earphone cord 24, and the long hole 25 passes through a hollow area surrounded by the annular horn 22 or the long hole 25 and the annular horn 22 have a common central axis. The moving iron horn 12 and the annular horn 22 can be respectively encapsulated in the first casing 11 and the second casing 21 by gluing and clamping, and of course, other manners of fixing the casings and the accommodated corresponding horns can be adopted, which is not limited in the invention.

Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the second housing 21 includes a second inner wall 212 and a second outer wall 211, which are in a cylindrical structure, the second outer wall 211 is disposed around the outer circumference of the second inner wall 212, the second inner wall 212 is nested inside the second outer wall 211, the second inner wall 212 surrounds the long hole 25, and the annular horn 22 is disposed between the second inner wall 212 and the second outer wall 211. Specifically, the radial cross section of the long hole 25 perpendicular to the long hole central axis L2 is circular, and the first housing 11 is a cylinder matched with the long hole 25. Of course, the radial cross section of the long hole may be other shapes, such as an ellipse, a triangle, a quadrangle, a hexagon, an octagon, a regular polygon, or an irregular shape, and the first housing is correspondingly designed to be an ellipse cylinder, a triangle column, a cuboid, etc., which is not limited by the present invention.

in the first arrangement, the radial diameter of the slot 25 perpendicular to the slot axis L2 is a fixed value, i.e. the slot is cylindrical, and the radial diameter D of the first housing 11 perpendicular to the central axis L1 thereof is smaller than or equal to the radial diameter of the slot 25 perpendicular to the slot axis L2.
In the second arrangement, the slot 25 is formed in multiple segments along the central axis L2, and a set of radial diameters of the slot corresponding to each segment, and correspondingly, the second inner wall 212 surrounding the slot 25 is also formed in multiple segments along the central axis L2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the second inner wall 212 includes a first aperture 2121, a second aperture 2122, and a transition 2123 connecting the first aperture 2121 and the second aperture 2122;
wherein, the radial diameter D2 of the long hole 25 at the second aperture 2122 is larger than the radial diameter D1 of the long hole 25 at the first aperture 2121, and the radial diameter D of the first housing 11 is larger than the radial diameter D1 of the long hole 25 at the first aperture 2121 and smaller than the radial diameter D2 of the long hole 25 at the second aperture 2122, i.e. D2 > D1, D1 < D2. The first aperture 2121 is adjacent to the earplug 23 of the second earpiece unit 2, and the second aperture 2122 is provided on a side of the first aperture 2121 remote from the earplug 23.
The transition portion 2123 provided between the first aperture portion 2121 and the second aperture portion 2122 is a planar annular shape or a truncated cone shape. When the transition portion 2123 is a planar ring, a platform is formed between the inner circle and the outer circle of the ring, the inner diameter of the corresponding inner circle of the ring is the same as the radial diameter d1 of the first aperture portion 2121, the diameter of the corresponding outer circle of the ring is the same as the radial diameter d2 of the second aperture portion 2122, the transition portion 2123 forms a supporting step between the first aperture portion 2121 and the second aperture portion 2122 for supporting the first housing 11, and when the first housing 11 is completely inserted into the long hole 25, the sound outlet end of the first housing abuts against the transition portion 2123, so as to fix the first housing 11.
When the transition part is in the shape of the side surface of the truncated cone, the truncated cone is cut by a plane parallel to the bottom surface of the truncated cone, the part between the bottom surface and the cross section is the truncated cone, the side surface between the bottom surface and the cross section is the side surface, and the radial radius of the side surface between the bottom surface and the cross section is continuously gradually changed and is in a funnel shape. The side surface of the end connected to the bottom surface is connected to the second aperture 2122, and the side surface of the end connected to the cross section is connected to the first aperture 2121.
Of course, the transition portion 2123 may have other shapes and structures, for example, a multi-step structure, so long as the supporting effect on the first housing can be achieved, and the present invention is not limited to the specific shape and structure of the transition portion.
Preferably, the transition portion is provided with a cushion pad 26, and the cushion pad 26 may be a rubber pad or a silica gel pad, or may be other soft elastic materials, and the cushion pad may be arranged to effectively prevent the first housing from rubbing or extruding with the transition portion after being inserted into the long hole, thereby effectively protecting the first housing.
Preferably, the second aperture 2122 of the second inner wall 212 is provided with a stopper ring 27 that restricts the first housing 11. The limiting ring is made of silica gel or rubber. An earphone comprises a first earphone monomer and a second earphone monomer, wherein the first earphone monomer comprises a first shell and a moving iron loudspeaker encapsulated in the first shell; the second earphone monomer comprises a second shell and an annular horn encapsulated in the second shell, the second shell forms a long hole for accommodating the first shell, and the long hole extends from one end of the second shell, connected with the earplug, to the other end connected with the earphone wire; the long hole passes through a hollow area surrounded by the annular horn or the long hole and the annular horn have a common central axis.
2. The earphone of claim 1, wherein the second housing includes a second inner wall and a second outer wall, the second outer wall being disposed around an outside of the second inner wall, the second inner wall surrounding the elongated aperture, the annular horn being disposed between the second inner wall and the second outer wall.

7. The earphone of claim 5, wherein the transition portion is provided with a cushion.
8. The earphone of claim 5, wherein the second aperture portion of the second inner wall is provided with a stop collar that stops the first housing.
9. The earphone of claim 2 or 5, wherein an earplug of the second earphone unit is disposed on the second outer wall, and the second inner wall and the second outer wall form an acoustic exit channel of the annular horn at an end proximate to the earplug.
10. The earphone of claim 2 or 5, wherein the second outer wall comprises a cover and a second outer wall disposed around an outside of the second inner wall, the annular horn and cover being disposed between the second inner wall and the second outer wall.
