And S3, the upper computer sends a command for controlling the retraction of the telescopic device to the test tool, and the test is ended.
Since only the heart rate sensor of the tested electronic product detects, whether the product is qualified or not can be obtained, but what causes can not be diagnosed, and the reasons for disqualification are possibly the reasons for disqualification of the heart rate detection chip, or the heart rate detection chip is qualified but causes the reasons for shielding the lens and the like due to the reasons of assembly process and the like, the disqualification electronic product needs to be returned for maintenance, in order to provide accurate diagnosis results for maintenance personnel, the maintenance work of the disqualification electronic product can be simplified, and the maintenance efficiency is improved. The second photosensitive device is used for detecting the optical signal which can be irradiated into the detection cavity by the light emitting device, if the optical signal which can be irradiated into the detection cavity by the light emitting device detected by the second photosensitive device is normal, the light emitting device is free of problems, the fault of the light emitting device can be eliminated, and if the first photosensitive device cannot obtain the normal optical signal, the result of reflection light path reasons can be deduced.
Generally, in the heart rate sensor, the number of the light emitting devices is two, the method further includes a further testing step, if the photosensitive data returned by the second photosensitive device is smaller than a third preset threshold h3, that is, if the failure of the light emitting device is not eliminated, further judging:
s11, if the photosensitive data returned by the second photosensitive device is 0, judging that both the two light emitting devices do not emit light;
s12, if the photosensitive data returned by the second photosensitive device is more than 0 and less than h3/2, judging that one light emitting device does not emit light;
s13, if the photosensitive data returned by the second photosensitive device is larger than h3/2, judging that one light emitting device emits light, and the other light emitting device is shielded. In the method, the intensity of one light-emitting device is half of that of two light-emitting devices which emit light at the same time, if only one light-emitting device emits light, the photosensitive data returned by the second photosensitive device is not greater than h3/2, and if the photosensitive data returned by the second photosensitive device is greater than h3/2 and smaller than a third preset threshold h3, the two light-emitting devices are judged to emit light currently, but the other one is blocked, so that the third preset threshold h3 cannot be reached.
The method not only can detect the defects of the electronic product, but also can diagnose the defects caused by the reasons, can provide great convenience for maintenance personnel, is beneficial to shortening the maintenance time and improves the production efficiency.
