Background
The power output port of the automobile transmission is assembled with the driving shaft, and an oil seal is arranged at the transmission output port to prevent lubricating oil in the transmission from leaking. Currently, the transmission adopts more oil seal structures as shown in fig. 1. The oil seal is not provided with a dust cover, and is sleeved with the dust cover for dust prevention by designing the metal dust cover on the driving shaft. The dustproof effect of this kind of structure is not good enough, and the part that the shield acted on mostly designs into cylindrically, is parallel with the axis of oil blanket and axle from the cross-section, and dustproof effect is poor, and dust and sand slide into the oil blanket easily, probably appear the oil blanket and damage the trouble then.

The invention aims to provide a dustproof structure at an interface of a driving shaft and a transmission, and aims to solve the technical problem that external sand enters an output port of the transmission, an oil seal lip is damaged, and then the risk of oil leakage of the output port of the transmission is caused.
The invention discloses a dustproof structure at a joint of a driving shaft and a speed changer, which comprises a speed changer, a driving shaft joint arranged on the speed changer, a detachable speed changer oil seal arranged on the driving shaft joint, a driving shaft connected with the speed changer through the speed changer oil seal and the driving shaft joint, and a detachable dustproof cover arranged on the driving shaft, wherein the speed changer oil seal comprises an oil seal body, a first oil seal dustproof cover arranged on the outer side of the oil seal body and playing a dustproof role, a second oil seal dustproof cover arranged at one end of the oil seal body and playing a dustproof role, and an oil seal lip arranged on the inner side of the oil seal body.
The invention further adopts the technical scheme that: the connecting end of the first oil seal dust cover is connected with the oil seal body, the section of the connecting end is of a U-shaped structure, and the free end of the first oil seal dust cover is provided with an outwardly extending cover guard ring.

Fig. 2-6 show a dustproof structure at the interface of a driving shaft and a transmission, which comprises a gearbox 1, a driving shaft interface 2 arranged on the gearbox 1, a detachable transmission oil seal 3 arranged on the driving shaft interface 2, a driving shaft 4 connected with the gearbox 1 through the gearbox oil seal 3 and the driving shaft interface 2, and a detachable dustproof cover 5 arranged on the driving shaft 4, wherein the transmission oil seal 3 comprises an oil seal body 8, a first oil seal dustproof cover 6 arranged outside the oil seal body 8 and playing a dustproof role, a second oil seal dustproof cover 9 arranged at one end of the oil seal body 8 and playing a dustproof role, and an oil seal lip 10 arranged at the inner side of the oil seal body 8. The transmission oil seal 3 with a new structure is combined with the dust cover 5 to effectively prevent sand and dust from entering, so that the transmission oil seal 3 is effectively protected.
The connecting end of the first oil seal dust cover 6 is connected with the oil seal body 8, the section of the connecting end is of a U-shaped structure, and the free end of the first oil seal dust cover 6 is provided with a cover guard ring 7 extending outwards. The first oil seal dust cover 6 is designed into a U-shaped structure, so that the falling sand and dust can be prevented from sliding into the transmission oil seal 3 outside, and the cover guard ring 7 is arranged for covering the interface of the transmission oil seal 3 to prevent the sand and dust from entering from the interface of the transmission oil seal 3 and the driving shaft interface 2.
The link of second oil blanket shield 9 with the one end of oil blanket body 8 is connected and the cross-section is "U" type structure, the free end of second oil blanket shield 9 towards the oil blanket body 8 inboard draws in and with drive shaft 4 assorted. The adoption of the oil seal lip 10 enables the interface between the oil seal lip 10 and the driving shaft 4 to be sealed, and sand and dust are prevented from entering more effectively.
The dust cover 5 is U-shaped, and the connecting end of the dust cover 5 is assembled with the driving shaft 4 in an interference mode. The "U" shape is used in order that dust and sand will not deposit on the dust cap 5, and the contact surface with the drive shaft 4 is sealed by interference fit with the drive shaft 4.
The free end of the dust cap 4 is provided with a bevel 11. The inclined surface 11 is arranged, so that the sand and dust can slide along the inclined surface 11, the sand and dust can not fly in disorder, and the sand and dust can be prevented from being deposited.
The oil seal body 8, the first oil seal dust cover 6, the second oil seal dust cover 9 and the oil seal lip 10 are integrally formed through vulcanization. Sand and dust at the joint can be effectively prevented from entering through integral vulcanization molding.
The scheme adopts a novel structure of the transmission oil seal 3, and has a certain dustproof effect. In addition, the novel structure dust cover 5 is matched, and the dust cover and the novel structure dust cover are matched for use, so that the dust-proof effect is good.
