Abstract
The invention discloses a double-channel transition guide and pressing device of a bar bundling machine, which comprises a twisting disc, a sliding guide groove cover plate, a concave guide, an oil cylinder, a wear-resisting plate and a supporting installation seat, wherein the twisting disc is in a circular shape, three grooves which are distributed in parallel are formed in the twisting disc, the upper part of the twisting disc is provided with the supporting installation seat which is transversely arranged, and the lower edge of the sliding guide groove cover plate is provided with a sliding groove matched with the edge of the supporting installation seat, so that the sliding guide groove cover plate is in sliding connection with the supporting installation seat. The double-channel transition guide and compression device of the bar bundling machine solves the problems that the transition guide wire bayonet of the old-fashioned double-channel bar bundling machine is complex in structure, poor in rigidity of a bayonet supporting structure, small in diameter of a pushing oil cylinder, extremely inconvenient to install, high in failure rate and difficult to maintain, meanwhile, the transition guide wire bayonet is canceled, the upwarped pigtail knot is overwhelmed, and the scraping and rubbing caused by the fact that the torsion disc is twisted out and upwarp at an angle of 45 degrees is avoided.

The traditional old-fashioned double-channel bar bundling machine bundling head consists of a kinking disc threading guide, a transition wire gun and a box body. After two weeks of wire feeding are completed, the bundling machine withdraws the bundling wire until the turns of the wire are wound on the bundled object, and the twisting disc clamps the two ends of the bundling wire to rotate for 3-4 circles to form a pigtail knot tilted at an angle of 45 degrees obliquely upwards. The pigtail knots always tilt upwards after being bundled, so that the bundled objects are scraped by the tilted pigtail knots in the conveying and storage processes. On the other hand, due to the limitation of space, the transition wire bayonet 3 is pushed by an oil cylinder with a small diameter, the rigidity of the supporting structure is small, and the failure rate is high. Meanwhile, the bundling wire easily flies out when passing through the kinking disc.

2. The method of forming corresponding wire grooves on the kinking disc is adopted to replace transitional wire bayonet, and the phenomenon that bundling wires fly out when passing through the kinking disc is avoided.

The transition wire bayonet is replaced by a method of forming a corresponding wire slot on the kink disc 01, so that the phenomenon that the binding wire flies out when passing through the kink disc is avoided.
