providing a corresponding sports item group according to the basic information, wherein the sports item group comprises more than one sports item, and different basic information corresponds to different sports item groups;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a target motion item selected by a smart watch user, obtaining set target parameter information of the target motion item, adding the target motion item and the set target parameter information of the target motion item into a motion plan, and associating the target motion item and the set target parameter information of the target motion item with a smart watch exclusive user; the target parameter information is information which is provided according to different sports and visually reflects the effect of the sports item;
monitoring the motion parameter information of the target motion item, displaying the motion parameter information in real time, and adjusting the motion state according to the motion parameter information; different sports items display different sports parameter information;
wherein, motion parameter information passes through the intelligence wrist-watch sensor obtains, and concrete step is:
the sensor receives the physical signal corresponding to the monitored motion parameter information and converts the physical signal into an electric signal; the intelligent watch receives the electric signal, and obtains the motion parameter information according to the corresponding relation between the electric signal and the motion parameter information;
wherein, the adjusting the motion state according to the motion parameter information includes: and after the motion parameter information of the target motion item reaches the target parameter information, triggering a completion signal, receiving a pause command, and after the motion is completed, prompting the smart watch user that the target motion item is finished.
2. The method for the smart watch to record the motion parameters according to claim 1, wherein the user basic information set in the memory of the smart watch is automatically called.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein a pause command is received and the motion parameter information is recorded.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the smart watch receives the pause command in a mandatory manner, the mandatory manner comprising: and clicking the screen mode, the voice control mode or the motion capture mode of the intelligent watch.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the method comprises monitoring the motion parameter information of the target motion item, triggering a completion signal after the motion parameter information of the target motion item reaches the target parameter information, receiving a pause command, and recording the motion parameter information.

The method for recording the motion parameters of the smart watch according to claim 1, wherein after the motion parameter information is recorded, a target motion item completion effect is displayed through a logical relationship corresponding to the parameter information and the motion analysis data.
10. The method for the smart watch to record the exercise parameters as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step exercise data statistics are obtained according to the recorded step exercise parameter information.
