The invention relates to a related design of a medical waste liquid collecting device with an alarm function. The cover 2 includes a cover body 21 formed in a substantially flat plate shape, a recess 22 having a recess wall 220 formed in a recess in a surface of the cover body 21, a through hole 23 formed in the recess wall 220 of the recess 22, and a liquid inlet 24 having a tip 241 disposed in the recess 22. The groove wall 220 of the groove 22 has: a bottom wall 221 and a side wall 222 provided around the bottom wall 221; the tail end 241 of the liquid inlet part 24 is communicated with the bottom wall 221 of the groove 22; the through hole 23 is formed in a sidewall 222 of the recess 22. The end 241 of the liquid inlet portion 24 is connected to the bottom wall 221 of the recess 22, the through hole 23 is formed in the side wall 222 of the recess 22, and when the return pipe of the water knife device connected to the liquid inlet portion 24 is pulled out, if medical waste liquid flows into the recess 22, the medical waste liquid flowing into the recess 22 is prevented from blocking most of the through hole 23, and the discharge of the gas in the main body portion 3 is affected. In other embodiments not shown, the side walls 222 of the recess 22 may have an inverted truncated cone shape, a cylindrical shape, a conical shape, or an irregular three-dimensional shape having the side walls 222 and the bottom wall 221. In the shape of the groove 22 in the cover 2 shown in fig. 2 and 3, the groove 22 is disposed around the end 241 of the liquid inlet portion 24; the top surface of the groove 22 is circular, and the side wall 222 of the groove 22 is an arc surface protruding to the outside of the groove 22. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the return pipe of the water jet device connected to the liquid inlet portion 24 is pulled out, even if the amount of the medical waste liquid flowing into the groove 22 is excessive, most of the through holes 23 are blocked, but the sectional area through which the gas can flow in the main body portion 3 is relatively large compared with the straight tubular structure or the conical structure, and the gas discharge effect is better. FIGS. 5 and 6 are perspective views showing a medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with an alarm function according to the present invention; FIG. 7 is an exploded view of the medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with alarm function of the present invention; FIG. 8 is a view showing the construction of a medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with an alarm function in which the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is fitted into the waste liquid collecting barrel 32; FIG. 9 is a schematic signal diagram of a medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with an alarm function in a preferred embodiment. The medical waste liquid collecting device with the alarm function shown in fig. 5 and 6 is different in that the arrangement mode of the handle 26 on the cover 2 is different, in fig. 5, the handle 26 is arranged in parallel with the direction in which the width of the cover body 21 is located, and in fig. 6, the handle 26 is arranged in parallel with the direction in which the length of the cover body 21 is located. The medical waste liquid collecting device with the alarm function is composed of a cover body 2, a main body part 3 and an alarm device 4, wherein the structure of the cover body 2 is the same as that in the above-mentioned various embodiments, and the details are not repeated here. The main body 3 has an opening 31, and the cover 2 is provided in the opening 31 of the main body 3 to close the opening 31 of the main body 3.
The main body 3 for collecting medical waste liquid shown in fig. 5 and 6 is the waste liquid collecting barrel 32, the waste liquid collecting barrel 32 has an opening 331, the opening 331 of the waste liquid collecting barrel 32 is located on the upper surface of the waste liquid collecting barrel 32, the cover 2 is fastened to the opening 331 of the waste liquid collecting barrel 32, the top view of the waste liquid collecting barrel 32 is rectangular, but the shape of the waste liquid collecting barrel 32 is not limited to the shape shown in fig. 5 and 6, but may be a cylindrical shape with a bottom at one end, an elliptical cylindrical shape with a bottom at one end, or a triangular cylindrical shape, or even other irregular cylindrical shapes. When the main body 3 is the waste liquid collecting barrel 32, two holding positions 321 are respectively provided at the top of two opposite sides of the waste liquid collecting barrel 32 with smaller area, and the cover 2 is buckled at the opening 331 of the waste liquid collecting barrel 32, the two holding positions 321 of the waste liquid collecting barrel 32 are higher than the cover 2. A scale 48 is also provided on the body of the waste liquid collecting vessel 32 for recording the volume of waste liquid in the waste liquid collecting vessel 32.
The main body 3 is not limited to the waste liquid collection tub 32 shown in fig. 5 and 6, and may be a disposable waste liquid collection bag 33, and the waste liquid collection bag 33 may have an opening 322 as shown in fig. 8; the opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is connected to the peripheral edge 211 of the lid body 21. The opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 may be fixedly connected to the peripheral edge portion 211 of the lid body portion 21, or may be detachably connected to the peripheral edge portion 211 of the lid body portion 21. When the opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is fixedly connected to the peripheral edge 211 of the cover body 21, the cover 2 and the waste liquid collecting bag 33 are disposable; when the opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is detachably connected to the peripheral edge 211 of the cover body 21, in one embodiment, a connector, such as a connector with a connecting thread, is disposed on the opening 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33, and correspondingly, a line matching the connecting thread is disposed on the bottom of the cover body 21 for connecting the connector, so as to detachably connect the waste liquid collecting bag 33 and the cover body 21. The waste liquid collecting bag 33 is also provided with a scale 48 for recording the volume of the waste liquid used in the waste liquid collecting bag 33.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, since the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is easily scratched by an external sharp object, the medical waste liquid leaks out, and pollutes the environment, and the main body part 3 of the medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with an alarm function includes: a waste liquid collecting bag 33 and a waste liquid collecting barrel 32, wherein the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is sleeved in the waste liquid collecting barrel 32, in this embodiment, an opening portion 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is fixedly connected to the peripheral edge region 211 of the cover body portion 21, or the opening portion 322 of the waste liquid collecting bag 33 is detachably connected to the peripheral edge region 211 of the cover body portion 21.
In this example, referring to fig. 7, in the medical waste liquid collecting device with an alarm function, the alarm device 4 includes: an electric jack 43, a stationary contact 44, a movable contact 45, a float 46, a stopper 49, and a buzzer 41. The electric jack 43 is provided in the cover body portion 21; the stationary contact 44 is arranged at the bottom of the cover body 21, and the stationary contact 44 is electrically connected with the electric jack 43 through a connecting wire 47; the movable contact 45 is arranged above the float 46; the limiting part 49 is fixed at the bottom of the cover body part 21, and the fixed contact 44 and the movable contact 45 are positioned in the limiting part 49; the pins 42 of the buzzer 46 are inserted into the electrical sockets 43. When medical waste liquid enters the main body part 3 through the liquid inlet part 24, the medical waste liquid capacity stored in the main body part 3 is continuously increased, the float 46 gradually floats, and when the medical waste liquid capacity in the main body part 3 is increased to be equal to or more than a preset capacity, the movable contact 45 above the float 46 is contacted with the fixed contact 44 to form an electrifying path, and the buzzer 41 sounds. The preset capacity can be set according to actual conditions. In one embodiment, the alarm device 4 is mounted near the recess 22, and when the volume of the medical waste liquid in the main body 3 increases to a value equal to or greater than a predetermined volume, the float 46 floats to form an energized circuit, and the float 46 can block the through hole 23 and the liquid inlet 24, so that the medical waste liquid can no longer flow into the medical waste liquid collecting device.
In a preferred embodiment, the alarm device 4 further comprises: the image recognition element 50 and the IC processor 51, the image recognition element 50 is used for recognizing the color of the medical waste liquid in the main body 3, the image recognition element 50 is installed at the bottom of the cover body 21, and the image recognition element 50 can be a CCD and an image recognition sensor such as a cmos or MOS sensor; the IC processor 51 is configured to determine whether the blood volume exceeds a preset blood volume according to the color of the medical waste liquid, the IC processor 51 is disposed on the cover body 21 or the main body 3, and the IC processor 51 is electrically connected to the image recognition element 50 and the buzzer 41, respectively. The preset bleeding amount is set according to the position of the water jet cutting operation and the condition of the human body. Because the color of the medical waste liquid can be different colors due to different blood volumes, after the image recognition element 50 recognizes the color of the medical waste liquid, the IC processor 51 can calculate the corresponding blood volume under the color according to the color of the medical waste liquid, then compare the calculated blood volume with the preset blood volume, and if the calculated blood volume exceeds the preset blood volume, the IC processor 51 controls the buzzer 41 to sound, so as to prompt the medical staff that the blood volume is too large in the water jet cutting operation, so that the medical staff can select reasonable measures according to the situation.
In other embodiments, in the medical waste liquid collecting device with an alarm function, a connecting pipe provided with an air bag is further connected to the liquid inlet portion 24, and a return pipe of the water knife device is connected to the liquid inlet portion 24 through the connecting pipe, and whether the medical waste liquid continuously flows into the liquid inlet portion 24 is controlled by negative pressure generated by squeezing the air bag.

Claims (9)
1. Take alarming function's medical waste liquid collection device, its characterized in that includes:
A main body portion for collecting medical waste liquid, the main body portion having an opening portion;
A cover body closing the opening, the cover body including:
Forming a cover body part in a substantially flat plate shape;
a groove formed by recessing the surface of the cover body, wherein the groove is provided with a groove wall;
A through hole formed in a wall of the groove; and
The tail end of the liquid inlet part is arranged in the groove, and the whole liquid inlet part is in a straight pipe shape;
and an alarm device for emitting alarm prompt tone according to the medical waste liquid parameter in the main body part, the alarm device comprises:
an electric jack provided in the cover body;
the fixed contact is positioned at the bottom of the cover body and is electrically connected with the electric jack;
A float;
a movable contact arranged above the float;
The limiting part is fixed at the bottom of the cover body, and the fixed contact and the movable contact are positioned in the limiting part; and
A buzzer electrically connected with the electric jack;
When the medical waste liquid capacity in the main body part is equal to or greater than the preset capacity, the movable contact contacts the fixed contact to form an electrifying passage, and the buzzer sends out alarm prompt sound;
the image recognition element is used for recognizing the color of the medical waste liquid in the main body part and is arranged at the bottom of the cover body part; and
The IC processor is used for judging whether the blood quantity exceeds the preset blood quantity according to the color of the medical waste liquid, and if so, the IC processor controls the buzzer to send out an alarm prompt sound;
The IC processor is arranged on the cover body part or the main body part, and is respectively and electrically connected with the image recognition element and the buzzer.

The medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with an alarm function according to claim 1, wherein a wall of the groove has: a bottom wall and a side wall surrounding the bottom wall; the tail end of the liquid inlet part is communicated with the bottom wall of the groove; the through hole is formed on the side wall of the groove.

The medical waste liquid collecting device with an alarm function according to claim 2, wherein the groove is annularly arranged at the tail end of the liquid inlet part; the overlooking surface of the groove is in a circular ring shape, and the side wall of the groove is an arc surface protruding towards the outside of the groove.
4. The medical waste liquid collecting device with an alarm function according to claim 2, wherein the plurality of through holes are uniformly and orderly arranged on the side wall of the groove; each through hole is provided with an opening end facing the liquid inlet part, the bottom of the opening end extends to the junction of the bottom wall of the groove and the side wall of the groove, and the top of the opening end is close to the upper periphery of the side wall of the groove.
5. The medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with an alarm function according to claim 4, wherein the cover further comprises: a plurality of exhaust films; the number of the film bodies is the same as that of the through holes, and each film body correspondingly covers one through hole.

The medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with an alarm function according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the cover further comprises: a handle with two ends fixed on the cover body part; the handle is parallel to the direction in which the width of the cover body part is located, or the handle is parallel to the direction in which the length of the cover body part is located.
7. The medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with an alarm function according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the main body portion includes: a waste collection bag having an opening; the opening of the waste liquid collecting bag is connected to the peripheral edge area of the cover body.
8. The medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with alarm function according to claim 7, wherein the opening portion of the waste liquid collecting bag is detachably connected to the peripheral edge portion of the cover body portion.
9. The medical waste liquid collecting apparatus with an alarm function according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the main body portion includes: a waste liquid collection tub having an opening; the cover body is buckled at the opening part of the waste liquid collecting barrel.
