Abstract

本发明的接合装置(8)是将含有增强纤维(14)的补缀件(12)接合于对象物(10)的角部(CR)的被接合部位的装置。接合装置(8)具有:加热垫(24)、按压部件(30)、具有减压口的袋形材(20)、离型膜(22)、通气材(23)、加热垫(24)、密封材(26)。按压部件(30)具有第一围板(30C)、第二围板(30W)、弹性加压体(32)。按压部件(30)的加压部(32F)具有与补缀件(12)接合后的角部设计值相对应的表面形状,其从第一围板(30C)和第二围板(30W)之间的间隙向角部CR的方向突出,从而向被接合部位按压补缀件(12),预防在增强纤维(14)产生褶皱。

接合装置和接合方法
技术领域
本发明涉及接合装置和接合方法,其被用于将补缀件接合于对象物的角内侧(以下称作角。)或凹部。
背景技术
以往,专利文献1(日本特表2008-531337号公报)中公开了如下的方法,即不需要在耐压容器内进行加热成形的热压(autoclave)处理,使用折叠式的真空袋及加热装置进行复合材料的修理。根据专利文献1中记载的单一真空压实的复合面板的修复方法,可在直升机停机坪进行使用了增强纤维的复合材料的修理。
在专利文献1中记载的单一真空压实的复合面板的修复方法中,事先形成有用树脂浸渍的纤维的层积体,以第一温度进行加热、减压,使树脂固化。在修复对象的复合材料的区域上配置有脱气的浸渍层积体,以第二温度进行加热、减压,使浸渍层积体在修复对象的区域上固化。
另外,在专利文献2(美国专利申请公开第2012/0080135号说明书)中公开了如下的方法,即利用双真空压实系统在机上修理具有平面或曲面的机体的构造体。
专利文献2中记载的双真空压实系统具有:包覆修理对象区域的外部挂袋式膜、配置于外部袋挂式膜和母构造体之间的定位支承件、使母构造体和定位支承件之间保持恒定间隔的分隔件、与真空源连接的第一真空探针、加热垫。定位支承件的形状具有与正对的母构造体的轮廓相一致的轮廓。
另外,在专利文献3(美国专利申请公开第2008/0308210号说明书)中公开了关于如下工序的发明,即利用了双真空袋处理的修理用复合材料补缀件的前处理工艺中的参数确定工序。
另外,在专利文献4(美国专利申请公开第2013/0164481号说明书)中公开了修补具有露出面的受损复合部件的方法。
在专利文献4中记载的由聚合物基复合材料制作的层积体的制造方法中,在受损的复合材料的表面配置剥离膜,形成与受损的复合材料的表面的轮廓相适合的未固化层的叠层组件,在固化温度以下进行加热吸附。之后,拆下未固化层的叠层组件,在受损的复合材料的露出面涂布粘接剂后,配置未固化层的叠层组件,使其压缩固化。

发明内容
根据专利文献1~4所提及的复合材料的修理方法,可进行对修理对象物的平面或凸部追加增强纤维的修理。然而,若将专利文献1~4中记载的复合材料的修理方法应用于对修理对象物的角或凹部追加层积增强纤维的用途,则有时会在修理后导致作为结构材料的强度降低。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于将含有增强纤维的补缀件接合于对象物的角或凹部的接合装置和接合方法。
本发明的接合装置是将含有增强纤维的补缀件接合于对象物的角部的表面部分的被接合部位的装置。接合装置具备按压部件和施力部。按压部件响应被施加的作用力,按压上述被接合的补缀件的表面。施力部对按压部件施加作用力。
所述按压部件具备:第一板部,其从所述角部沿所述对象物而向第一方向延伸;第二板部,其从所述角部沿所述对象物而向与所述第一方向不同的第二方向延伸。所述按压部件响应所述作用力,利用所述第一板部和所述第二板部按压所述对象物。
所述按压部件具备:第一板部,其从所述角部沿所述对象物而向第一方向延伸;第二板部,其从所述角部沿所述对象物而向与所述第一方向不同的第二方向延伸;弹性加压体,其通过所述第一板部和所述第二板部之间,按压所述角部。所述弹性加压体具有受压面和加压部,所述受压面受到所述作用力,所述加压部响应所述作用力,通过所述第一板部和所述第二板部之间的间隙按压所述角部。
弹性加压体的肖氏硬度为10以上55以下。
在弹性加压体中添加有高热传导材料。
接合装置还具备:加热装置,其加热所述补缀件;袋形材,其将所述对象物中包括所述被接合部位的表面部分、补缀件、加热装置及按压部件包覆。作为按压力,可使用至少经由袋形材而作用于受压面的大气压。
接合装置还具备:加热装置,其加热所述补缀件;袋形材,其将所述对象物中包括所述被接合部位的所述表面部分、所述补缀件、所述加热装置及所述按压部件包覆。对所述袋形材的内部进行减压,所述施力部配置在由所述袋形材和所述对象物形成的密闭空间的外部,朝所述补缀件对所述按压部件施力。
施力装置具有沿第三方向施加加压力的作用力施加部件。第三方向是朝角部对加压部施力的方向,第三方向的分力包含有朝补缀件对第一板部施力的方向的分力以及朝补缀件对第二板部施力的方向的分力。
施力装置还具备倾斜块和滑块。倾斜块具有使滑块及作用力施加部件朝第三方向滑动的滑动斜面。滑块通过沿滑动斜面滑动,将与第三方向不同的方向的夹紧力转换为第三方向的加压力,传递至作用力施加部件。作用力施加部件通过沿滑动斜面滑动,将加压力经由袋形材施加于按压部件。
施力装置的倾斜块、滑块及作用力施加部件配置在对象物的被接合部位侧。施力装置还在对象物的被接合部位侧的背面侧具有后块。
利用本发明的接合装置的接合方法是将含有增强纤维的补缀件接合于在角部具有被接合部位的对象物的角部的表面部分的方法。本发明的接合方法具有准备具有减压口的袋形材、加热装置、按压部件的工序,其中,该按压部件具有对与补缀件接合后的角部设计值相对应的补缀件的表面形状进行加压的加压部。还具有以补缀件接触的方式,在对象物的角部的被接合部位配置补缀件的工序。还具有以加压部朝着角部的被接合部位接触的方式,配置按压部件的工序。还具有利用袋形材和对象物形成密闭空间,且以在密闭空间配置有补缀件、加热装置、按压部件的方式形成密闭空间的工序。
另外,具有经由减压口对密闭空间内的气体进行脱气的工序、经由补缀件朝着角部按压按压部件的加压部的工序。而且,具有利用加热装置将对象物和补缀件加热接合并进行成形的工序。
本发明的按压部件是向对象物的角部的被接合部位按压含有增强纤维的补缀件的部件。按压部件具有:第一板部、第二板部、弹性加压体。第一板部和第二板部沿对象物中隔着角部的两侧的形状以互不相同的角度配置,在第一板部和第二板部之间的与角部相对应的位置设有间隙。
弹性加压体跨过第一板部和第二板部地配置在第一板部和第二板部之间。另外,弹性加压体在其与间隙的相反侧具有受到按压力的受压面。弹性加压体具有加压部,其中,该加压部受到按压力,从间隙向对象物的角部的方向突出,从而向被接合部位按压补缀部。
本发明的施力装置是将向对象物的角部的被接合部位按压含有增强纤维的补缀件的装置。施力装置具有:第一作用力施加部、第二作用力施加部、作用力施加部件。作用力施加部件在其前端具有加压部。第一作用力施加部及第二作用力施加部施加将作用力施加部件及对象物夹持的夹紧力。然后,作用力施加部件基于夹紧力向对象物的角部的方向延伸,从而加压部向被接合部位按压补缀件。
本发明的施力装置还具备:倾斜块、滑块、后块。倾斜块、滑块及作用力施加部件配置在对象物的被接合部位侧。后块配置在对象物的被接合部位侧的背面侧。倾斜块具有使滑块及作用力施加部件朝第三方向滑动的滑动斜面。滑块通过沿滑动斜面滑动,将与第三方向不同的方向的夹紧力转换为第三方向的加压力,传递至作用力施加部件。作用力施加部件沿滑动斜面滑动,由此其加压部向被接合部位按压补缀件。
通过使用本发明的接合装置、套件、按压部件、施力装置及接合方法,能够有效地向对象物的角或凹部按压含有增强纤维的补缀件,使褶皱的产生减少。

具体实施方式
首先,参照图8说明本申请发明人对现有技术进行了认识的课题。图8是对利用接合装置908将增强纤维接合于L形型材的对象物20的角而进行加压成形的状况进行表示的侧视图。
参照图8,接合装置908是将含有增强纤维14及基体树脂的补缀件12接合于被接合部位时使用的装置,其中,该被接合部位产生于对象物10的CURVE部(弯曲部)的角部CR。
接合装置908具有:袋形材20、减压口21、离型膜22、通气材23、加热垫24、密封材26。对象物10具有:立设的WEB部(从弯曲部向一方延伸的部位,在图8所示的例子中为垂直部)、相对于WEB部具有规定的角度的CAP部(从弯曲部向另一方延伸的部位,在图8所示的例子为顶部)。CURVE部是WEB部和CAP部之间的部位。
袋形材20是在将补缀件12配置于对象物10的角的被接合部位的状态下从外包覆补缀件12的部件,具有气密性。袋形材20利用外压(例如大气压)将补缀件12按压到对象物10。
减压口21是将袋形材20的内部和真空泵(未图示)连接的口。当经由减压口21对袋形材20内部的密闭空间所存在的气体进行吸引脱气时,袋形材20的内部被减压。由此,外压从外侧按压袋形材20,将补缀件12按压在到对象物10。
离型膜22是对补缀件12所含的基体树脂等具有剥离性的部件,是将补缀件12及对象物10直接包覆的部件。
通气材23是用于使袋形材20内部的脱气得到促进的部件。通气材23例如是透气膜。
加热垫24是加热补缀件12的装置。在补缀件12的基体树脂是热固性树脂的情况下,通过加热进行补缀件12的固化及其相对于对象物10的粘接。加热垫24也可以包括通过来自电源的电力产生热的加热器。
密封材26是配置于袋形材20和对象物10之间,确保袋形材20的外部和袋形材20的内部之间的气密性的部件。
接着,对将补缀件12接合于对象物10的角上产生的被接合部位的方法进行说明。
首先,根据需要对对象物10的被接合部位进行切除加工,进行损伤部位的去除等。
接着,将含有增强纤维14的补缀件12配置在对象物10的被接合部位的表面部分。然后,在补缀件12及对象物10的表面依次配置离型膜22、通气材23、加热垫24及通气材23。随后,配置密封材26,将减压口21和真空泵连接,对袋形材20的内部进行减压从而进行脱气。需要说明的是,在将干泡沫用于补缀件12的增强纤维14的情况下,也可以事先在干泡沫上涂布基体树脂,或在对袋形材20的内部进行减压的同时将基体树脂注入袋形材20的内部。这样,可使基体树脂浸入增强纤维14。
接着,对加热垫24进行通电,加热补缀件12及对象物10。规定时间的加热结束后进行冷却,之后,将袋形材20的内部恢复为外压,从对象物10去除袋形材20、离型膜22、通气材23、及加热垫24。
利用图8所示的接合装置908进行将补缀件12接合于对象物10的实验,从该实验结果发现如下的现象,即补缀件12接合后的角部的端部的最终形状(Act.edge)以相对于角部设计值(Nom.edge)向外侧偏出的状态固化。
另外,如图8所示,在对象物10的CURVE部及CAP部的增强纤维14上发现产生褶皱或松弛的现象。特别是在CAP部的褶皱产生部FW发现了容易产生褶皱的倾向。
与此相对,在将补缀件12接合于不具有诸如图8所示的CURVE部的平板的情况下,即使以相同条件进行补缀件12的接合也未见褶皱的产生。由此可得出如下的结论,即图8所示的褶皱产生部FW的褶皱的产生容易发生在对象物10的CURVE部及其周边,特别地,发生频率在CURVE部附近的CAP部高。
特别地,在图8所示的实施方式中发现如下的倾向,即在补缀件12容易因重力下垂的角部CR侧一方的CAP部(褶皱产生部FW)容易产生褶皱。在对象物10是小型的龙骨部件的单件的情况下,还可尝试通过改变对象物10的姿势(进行旋转等),变更被接合部位和重力方向的关系而减少褶皱的产生。然而,在修补停驻于停机场的飞机的结构部位的情况等之下,变更被接合部位和重力方向的关系大多是极其困难的。
对于褶皱在图8所示的褶皱产生部FW产生频率高的理由,可列举出在褶皱产生部FW的附近,补缀件12的增强纤维14的滑动性差。由于增强纤维14的滑动性差,从而会以在增强纤维14产生的皱折未展开而产生松弛的状态固化,在增强纤维14上产生褶皱。
作为补缀件12的增强纤维14的滑动性在褶皱产生部FW变差的原因,可列举如下,即第一,由于对袋形材20的内部进行减压,增强纤维14相对于CAP垂直(图8所示的+Y方向)以Fv(N)的力被按压,从而在增强纤维14和对象物10之间产生摩擦力μFv(N)。增强纤维14因为该摩擦力μFv而难以沿图8所示的X方向滑动,在褶皱产生部FW残留皱折,容易产生褶皱。
另一方面,用于使CAP部的补缀件12的增强纤维14沿图8所示的X方向滑动而预防褶皱产生的力由朝+X方向和+Y方向之间的倾斜方向(例如相对于X轴的角度θ=45°)按压角部CR部分的力Fs(N)的X分量(Fs×cosθ)而产生。向该倾斜方向按压的力Fs以由于对袋形材20的内部进行了减压而在袋形材20的表面所施加的按压力为基础。然而,倾斜按压的力Fs因袋形材20、离型膜22、及加热垫24之间的摩擦力而会减少。因此,在褶皱产生部FW,相对于补缀件12的增强纤维14的+X方向的按压力不足,增强纤维14的皱折未展开地进行固化,容易产生褶皱。
在此,例如,当补缀件12的CAP部的X轴方向长度X=2.54(cm),图8所示的深度方向的长度Z=20(cm),增强纤维14彼此的摩擦系数μ=0.3,且在袋形材20上施加了外压(大气压)P=0.1013(MPa)时,可预想到只要以倾斜按压的力Fs为Fs≥222(N)的方式施加力,就能够在一定程度上防止皱折产生。因此,进行了如下的实验,即考虑1.5倍的余量,从袋形材20的外部沿+X方向及+Y方向的倾斜方向(相对于X轴的角度θ=45°)向角部CR部分施加350(N)的按压力来接合补缀件12。该实验的结果是,在CAP部、CURVE部及WEB部的任一个都看不到补缀件12的增强纤维14上产生褶皱。
以下,参照附图,对用于实施本发明的接合装置的方式进行说明。图1是对利用接合装置8将增强纤维接合于L形型材的对象物10的角而进行加压成形的状况进行表示的侧视图。图2是对包括弹性加压体32(加压块)在内的构成例进行表示的侧视图,其中,弹性加压体32在加压成形时对对象物10的角部CR有效地进行加压。
[第一实施方式]
参照图1,本发明第一实施方式的接合装置8是将含有增强纤维14及基体树脂的补缀件12按压接合于对象物10的CURVE部的角的被接合部位时使用的装置。接合装置8具有:袋形材20、减压口21、离型膜22、通气材23、加热垫24、密封材26、按压部件30。参照图2,按压部件30具有:第一围板30C、第二围板30W、弹性加压体32。
对象物10例如具有:垂直立设的WEB部、相对于WEB部具有规定的角度的CAP部。CURVE部(弯曲部)是WEB部和CAP部之间的部位。在CURVE部的角存在被接合部位,接合补缀件12。
需要说明的是,在图1所示的实施方式中,示出了将WEB部和CAP部之间的角度设为直角的实施例,但WEB部和CAP部之间的角度不限于直角。
袋形材20是用于在对象物10的角的被接合部位配置有补缀件12的状态下,将第一围板30C、第二围板30W、弹性加压体32及补缀件12包覆的部件。袋形材20具有气密性,利用外压向补缀件12按压第一围板30C、第二围板30W及弹性加压体32,并且向对象物10按压补缀件12。
减压口21是将袋形材20的内部和真空泵(未图示)连接的口。当经由减压口21对存在于袋形材20内部的密闭空间内的气体进行吸引脱气时,袋形材20的内部减压。由此,外压从外侧按压袋形材20,向对象物10按压补缀件12。
离型膜22是相对于补缀件12所含的基体树脂等具有剥离性的部件,将补缀件12及对象物10直接包覆。
通气材23是用于使袋形材20的内部的脱气得到促进的部件。通气材23例如为透气膜。在图1所示的实施方式中配置多个通气材23。在第一围板30C、第二围板30W及弹性加压体32的外部也配置有通气材23。
加热垫24(加热装置)是加热补缀件12的装置。加热垫24也可以包括通过来自电源的电力产生热的加热器。在补缀件12的基体树脂是热固性树脂的情况下,通过加热进行补缀件12的固化及其相对于对象物10的粘接。需要说明的是,在补缀件12的基体树脂是热塑性树脂的情况下,通过加热使补缀件12软化,之后通过冷却进行补缀件12的固化及与对象物10的粘接。加热垫24也可使用对CAP部、CURVE部、WEB部独立地进行温度控制的结构。另外,在图1所示的实施方式中,示出了将加热垫24配置于对象物10的内侧(图1所示的-X、-Y侧)及外侧(图1所示的+X、+Y侧)两侧的实施方式,但根据补缀件12的加热状况,还可以仅在对象物10的内侧或外侧的任一方配置加热垫24。
密封材26是配置于袋形材20和对象物10之间,确保袋形材20的外部和袋形材20的内部之间的气密性的部件。
参照图1及图2,第一围板30C(第一板部)是将与对象物10的角接合的补缀件12朝对象物10的CAP部按压的成形用的夹具。第一围板30C从角加压部32F向-X方向(第一方向)延伸。第一围板30C优选使用具有一定程度上可对对象物10的CAP部的形状进行模仿的性质(弹性等)的原材料。
第二围板30W(第二板部)是将与对象物10的角接合的补缀件12朝对象物10的WEB部按压的成形用的夹具。第二围板30W从角加压部32F向-Y方向(角度与第一方向不同的第二方向)延伸。第二围板30W优选使用具有一定程度上可对对象物10的WEB部的形状进行模仿的性质(弹性等)的原材料。
第一围板30C和第二围板30W沿着对象物10中隔着角部CR的两侧的与角部设计值相对应的表面形状,以互不相同的角度进行配置。而且,在图2所示的状态下,在第一围板30C和第二围板30W最接近的位置具有间隙。
在图1所示的实施方式中,WEB部及CAP部具有平板形状,但也可以使用弯曲面。在该情况下,第一围板30C及第二围板30W使用可对WEB部及CAP部的表面形状进行模仿的曲面形状的围板。
弹性加压体32跨过第一围板30C和第二围板30W而配置在第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的部位。弹性加压体32从第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的间隙突出,以便弹性加压体32的一部分(角加压部32F)按压对象物10的角部CR。
弹性加压体32在第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的部位的袋形材20侧具有被施加按压力的受压面32R。另外,弹性加压体32具有从第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的间隙向对象物10的角部CR的方向突出的角加压部32F。弹性加压体32是利用角加压部32F向对象物10的角部CR的被接合部位按压补缀件12的成形用的夹具。
在图1所示的状态下,当对袋形材20的内部进行吸引脱气时,袋形材20的外表面因外压而向对象物10的方向被按压。于是,经由通气材23、加热垫24而在弹性加压体32的受压面32R施加有按压力。弹性加压体32具有弹性,因而,在第一围板30C及第二围板30W之间的范围内配置的弹性加压体32的一部分(角加压部32F)借助在受压面32R所施加的按压力而从第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的间隙向对象物10的角部CR的方向突出。
从第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的间隙突出的角加压部32F在补缀件12固化时将补缀件12按压到对象物10的角部CR的被接合部位。弹性加压体32以Fs的力朝对象物10的角部CR倾斜地按压补缀件12,由此容易向增强纤维14的+X方向施加比增强纤维14的摩擦力μFv大的力(Fs×cosθ)。然后,能够使增强纤维14向图1所示的+X方向滑动,使角部CR周边褶皱的产生减少。
作为弹性加压体32的原材料,优选使用具有如下的特性的原材料,即借助自受压面32R所施加的按压力从第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的间隙突出。因此,作为弹性加压体32优选使用具有肖氏硬度为10以上55以下的物性的原材料。另外,弹性加压体32由于需要传递加热垫24的热使补缀件12加热,故而作为弹性加压体32优选使用导热性好的弹性原材料(硅橡胶、丁腈橡胶、乙丙橡胶、氯丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、聚丁二烯橡胶、NBR橡胶、丁基橡胶、氨酯橡胶、天然橡胶等)。另外,可以在弹性加压体32中添加导热性好的高热传导材料(例如,高热传导粉末即铝粉末、铜粉末等)。特别优选在硅橡胶的母材中添加铝粉末。
在图2所示的侧视图中,角加压部32F的外形可设为具有规定的曲率的形状或设为基于对象物10的补缀件12接合后的角部设计值(Nom.edge)的形状。
另外,在图1及图2所示的侧视图中,弹性加压体32和第一围板30C、以及弹性加压体32和第二围板30W接触的部分的长度可分别设为10~300mm。弹性加压体32和第一围板30C、以及弹性加压体32和第二围板30W可分别事先粘接。另外,也可以不将弹性加压体32和第一围板30C粘接,不将弹性加压体32和第二围板30W粘接地进行配置。成为角加压部32F突出的部位的第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的间隙可根据角部CR的曲率适当设定宽度。
第一围板30C及第二围板30W也可以使用独立的不同部件,还可以由具有使弹性加压体32突出的间隙的一个部件构成(一体构成)。即使在第一围板30C及第二围板30W由一个部件构成的情况下,第一围板30C及第二围板30W也优选与对象物10的WEB部及CAP部的形状、WEB部和CAP部之间的相互的角度相对应地具有可对对象物10的形状进行模仿的弹性。
利用图1所示的接合装置8进行将补缀件12和对象物10接合的实验,其结果是,角部CR部分的补缀件12接合后的角部的最终形状(Act.edge)与角部设计值(Nom.edge)大致同等(例:3.2mm)或成为稍进入内侧的外形。另外,图1所示的补缀件12内部的增强纤维14在CAP部(包括改善部CB在内)、CURVE部及WEB部的任一个都未见褶皱及松弛产生。由此可知,由于受压面32R被袋形材20的外部的外压按压,从而弹性加压体32的一部分从第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的间隙突出,有效地按压对象物10的角部CR。
需要说明的是,作为增强纤维14的原材料,可以使用碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳酰胺纤维、聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑纤维、酚醛纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维等有机纤维、金属纤维、陶瓷纤维、或使用了这些组合的纤维。
另外,作为用于补缀件12的基体树脂,可以使用热塑性树脂或热固性树脂。从成形性、力学特性方面来看,当前优选使用热固性树脂。作为热固性树脂,例如可使用环氧、酚醛、乙烯基酯、不饱和聚酯、氰酸酯、双马来酰亚胺、苯并恶嗪、其它的树脂,为了便于固化,可以添加固化剂、固化促进剂、聚合引发剂、催化剂等。进一步地,也可以使用添加了弹性体、橡胶等的材料。
另外,作为热塑性树脂,例如可使用PPS(聚苯硫醚)、PEEK(聚醚醚酮)、PEKK(聚醚酮酮)、PEK(聚醚酮)、PI(聚酰亚胺)、PEI(聚醚酰亚胺)、PA(尼龙聚酰胺)等。补缀件12优选使用使基体树脂浸入增强纤维14的预浸渍料,但也可以使用干泡沫式的增强纤维14。
(将补缀件12接合于对象物10的接合方法的说明)
对利用接合装置8将含有增强纤维14的补缀件12接合于在角部CR具有被接合部位的对象物10的方法进行说明。
(准备工序)
首先,准备对象物10、袋形材20、减压口21、离型膜22、通气材23、加热垫24、密封材26、按压部件30(参照图1)。准备以使袋形材20具有减压口21。准备以使按压部件30具有第一围板30C、第二围板30W、弹性加压体32。另外,准备以使按压部件30的角加压部32F具有与补缀件12接合后的角部设计值(Nom.edge)相对应的表面形状。
(预处理工序)
接着,根据需要,进行对对象物10的角的被接合部位进行切除加工,切除损伤的部位或不需要的部位的预处理。
(配置工序)
接着,以含有增强纤维14的补缀件12与对象物10的角部CR的被接合部位接触的方式,进行配置。然后,在补缀件12上配置离型膜22,并适当配置按压部件30、通气材23、加热垫24等。
(密闭空间形成工序)
配置密封材26,用袋形材20将对象物10的被接合部位、补缀件12、离型膜22、按压部件30、通气材23、及加热垫24包覆,由此利用袋形材20形成包括对象物10的被接合部位在内的密闭空间。
(脱气工序)
将被接合部位包围的密闭空间被形成后,将真空泵与减压口21连接,对密闭空间内的气体进行吸引脱气。于是,第一围板30C借助外压朝对象物10的CAP部按压补缀件12。同样地,第二围板30W朝对象物10的WEB部按压补缀件12,进行成形。然后,在弹性加压体32的受压面32R上施加按压力。
(对角部CR的按压工序)
当弹性加压体32的受压面32R上施加有按压力时,弹性加压体32的角加压部32F从第一围板30C和第二围板30W之间的间隙向对象物10的角部CR的方向突出。于是,角加压部32F朝对象物10的角部CR的被接合部位按压补缀件12。然后,补缀件12所含的增强纤维14朝角部CR被拉伸,因而,能够减少角部CR周边的改善部CB的褶皱的产生。
(加热工序)
在规定时间的期间,对加热垫24进行通电,将对象物10和补缀件12加热。在将热固性树脂用于补缀件12的基体树脂的情况下,加热时固化而将对象物10和补缀件12接合,并且进行成形。在将热塑性树脂用于补缀件12的基体树脂的情况下,加热后在冷却时固化而将对象物10和补缀件12固化,并且进行成形。
(袋形材20的去除工序)
成形结束后,将袋形材20、密封材26、离型膜22、按压部件30、通气材23、及加热垫24去除。这样,进行补缀件12相对于对象物10的接合。
[第二实施方式]
在第一实施方式中,对使用弹性加压体32按压对象物10的角部CR的实施方式进行了说明。与此相对,在第二实施方式中,对使用在按压部件30P的角部形成的加压部30F按压对象物10的角部CR的实施方式进行说明。
图3是对利用接合装置18将增强纤维接合于L形型材的对象物10的角而进行加压成形的状况进行表示的侧视图。需要说明的是,对于具有与图1中说明的部位相同的功能的部位标注同一符号并省略其说明。
参照图3,接合装置18是在将含有增强纤维14及基体树脂的补缀件12接合于对象物10的CURVE部的角上产生的被接合部位时使用的装置。接合装置18具有:袋形材20、减压口21、离型膜22、通气材23、加热垫24、密封材26、按压部件30P。
(按压部件30P的说明)
如图3所示,在按压部件30P的角部形成有加压部30F。按压部件30P具有第一板部和第二板部,其中,该第一板部从加压部30F朝-X方向(第一方向)沿着CAP部延伸、该第二板部从加压部30F朝与第一方向不同的第二方向(-Y方向)沿着WEB部延伸。
按压部件30P的第一板部朝对象物10的CAP部对补缀件12施力。按压部件30P的加压部30F朝对象物10的角部CR的被接合部位对补缀件12施力。按压部件30P的第二板部朝对象物10的WEB部对补缀件12施力。作为按压部件30P,优选使用具有与可对对象物10的形状进行模仿的性质(弹性等)的原材料。
(施力装置40的说明)
接着,利用图4~图6,对除袋形材20的外压以外,还利用施力装置40将图3所示的按压部件30P加压成形的实施方式进行说明。施力装置40朝补缀件12及对象物10的被接合部位对按压部件30P施力。
图4是对加压部42T利用施力装置40产生的夹紧力FC向被接合部位按压补缀件12的实施方式进行说明的侧视图。图5是从-X方向观察图4所示的施力装置40的主视图。图6是图5所示的施力装置40的B-B向箭头剖视图。
如图4~图6所示,施力装置40具有:第一作用力施加部40I、第二作用力施加部40E、作用力施加部件42。作用力施加部件42的前端具有加压部42T。另外,施力装置40具有:倾斜块44、滑块43、后块46。
第一作用力施加部40I及第二作用力施加部40E经由滑块43及后块46施加将作用力施加部件42及对象物10夹持的夹紧力FC。
图4所示的倾斜块44是具有直角三角形截面的三棱柱。需要说明的是,直角三角形中也包含大致直角三角形。倾斜块44的沿X轴的面、及沿Y轴的面是相互正交的两个面。这两个面与对象物10的被接合部位侧相接。倾斜块44的斜面(相对于X轴及Y轴倾斜的面)是使滑块43及作用力施加部件42向第三方向(朝角部CR对加压部42T施力的方向)滑动的滑动斜面BV。
滑块43受到+X方向的夹紧力FC,沿着倾斜块44的滑动斜面BV向角部CR方向(第三方向)滑动。其结果是,夹紧力FC转换为加压力FD。加压力FD传递至作用力施加部件42。
作用力施加部件42自倾斜块44受到加压力FD而向角部CR方向滑动延伸,并且加压部42T经由袋形材20等将补缀件12按压到对象物10(参照图3)。需要说明的是,滑动斜面BV的倾斜方向(第三方向)的分力中包含朝补缀件12对按压部件30P的第一板部施力的方向的分力、朝补缀件12对按压部件30P的第二板部施力的方向的分力。
后块46配置在对象物10的相对于被接合部位侧的背面侧。后块46从第二作用力施加部40E受到-X方向的夹紧力FC,将夹紧力FC传递至对象物10。
由第一作用力施加部40I及第二作用力施加部40E产生的夹紧力FC转换为加压力FD,朝对象物10的被接合部位对补缀件12施力。然后,可进行加压成形。
如图5的实施方式,在对象物10是长度方向上长的长尺度物的情况下,将施力装置40的第一作用力施加部40I、第二作用力施加部40E、滑块43、倾斜块44分别配置在对象物10的两端部,可使用作用力施加部件42向对象物10的角部CR方向施加加压力FD。需要说明的是,图6是在对象物10的中央部分说明对象物10及作用力施加部件42的图。
(将补缀件12接合于对象物10的接合方法的说明)
接着,对利用接合装置18及施力装置40将含有增强纤维14的补缀件12接合于在角部CR具有被接合部位的对象物10的方法进行说明。
(准备工序)
首先,准备对象物10、袋形材20、减压口21、离型膜22、通气材23、加热垫24、密封材26、按压部件30P、施力装置40(参照图3~图7)。只要准备以使袋形材20具有减压口21即可。准备以使按压部件30P的包括加压部30F在内的形状具有与对象物10及补缀件12接合后的角部设计值(Nom.edge)相对应的表面形状。
(预处理工序)
接着,根据需要,进行对对象物10的角的被接合部位进行切除加工,切除损伤的部位或不需要的部位的预处理。
(配置工序)
接着,如图3所示,以含有增强纤维14的补缀件12与对象物10的角部CR的被接合部位接触的方式,进行配置。然后,在补缀件12上配置离型膜22,并适当配置按压部件30P、通气材23、加热垫24等。
(密闭空间形成工序)
配置密封材26,用袋形材20包覆对象物10的被接合部位、补缀件12、离型膜22、按压部件30P、通气材23、及加热垫24,由此利用袋形材20形成包括对象物10的被接合部位在内的密闭空间。
(脱气工序)
将被接合部位包围的密闭空间被形成后,将真空泵与减压口21连接,对密闭空间内的气体进行吸引脱气。于是,按压部件30P借助外压朝对象物10的CAP部、WEB部按压补缀件12,进行成形。
(对角部CR的按压工序)
接着,如图4~图6所示,在由袋形材和对象物10形成的密闭空间的外部,相对于对象物10配置倾斜块44及作用力施加部件42。此时,以加压部42T朝对象物10的角部CR对补缀件12进行加压的方式,进行配置。然后,配置滑块43及后块46。接着,配置第一作用力施加部40I及第二作用力施加部40E。随后,对滑块43及后块46施加夹紧力FC。于是,作用力施加部件42沿着滑动斜面BV移动,加压部42T朝对象物10的角部CR按压补缀件12。这样,补缀件12所含的增强纤维14朝角部CR被拉伸,因而能够减少角部CR的周边的褶皱产生。
(加热工序)
在规定的时间的期间,对加热垫24进行通电,将对象物10和补缀件13加热。
(袋形材20的去除工序)
成形完成后,将施力装置40、袋形材20、密封材26、离型膜22、按压部件30P、通气材23、及加热垫24去除。这样,补缀件12相对于对象物10的接合结束。
(对其它的对象物的应用例)
图7表示对其它的对象物的应用例。使用了本发明接合装置的补缀件12相对于对象物10的接合不限于图1及图3等所示的L形型材、以及图4~图6所述的コ字截面的型材中的被接合部位,可以应用于图7所示的H形型材的角部CR的被接合部位的修补和制造。需要说明的是,在上述的实施方式中,对将修补用的补缀件12接合于对象物10的实施方式进行了说明。但是,实施方式也可为了在具有被接合部位的对象物上应用补缀件制造各种部件或装置而使用。
以上,参照实施方式说明了本发明的接合装置、套件、按压部件、施力装置及接合方法,但是,本发明的接合装置、套件、按压部件、施力装置及接合方法不限于上述实施方式。可对上述实施方式进行各种变更。可将上述实施方式中记载的事项和上述其它的实施方式中记载的事项进行组合。另外,可将本发明应用于RTM(Resin Transfer Molding)法、VaRTM(Vacuum-assisted Resin Transfer Molding)法、双真空压实法、热压法、其它的成形方法。
如上述说明所揭示的,按压部件是向对象物的角部的被接合部位按压含有增强纤维的补缀件的部件,按压部件也可以具有第一板部、第二板部、弹性加压体。第一板部和第二板部沿着对象物的隔着角部的两侧的形状而以互不相同的角度配置,在第一板部和第二板部之间的与前述角部相对应的位置设有间隙。弹性加压体跨过第一板部和第二板部地配置在第一板部和第二板部之间。在与间隙相反的相反侧的第一板部和第二板部之间具有被施加按压力的受压面。具有加压部,该加压部受到按压力,从间隙向对象物的角部的方向突出,从而向被接合部位按压补缀件。
另外,施力装置是向对象物的角部的被接合部位按压含有增强纤维的补缀件的装置。施力装置具有第一作用力施加部、第二作用力施加部、作用力施加部件。作用力施加部件在其前端具有加压部。第一作用力施加部及第二作用力施加部施加将作用力施加部件及对象物夹持的夹紧力。作用力施加部件基于夹紧力向对象物的所述角部的方向延伸,从而加压部向被接合部位按压所述补缀件。
此时,施力装置还可以具备:倾斜块、滑块、后块。倾斜块、滑块及作用力施加部件配置在对象物的被接合部位侧,后块配置在对象物的被接合部位侧的背面侧。倾斜块具有滑动斜面,该滑动斜面使滑块及作用力施加部件朝第三方向滑动。滑块通过沿着滑动斜面滑动,将与第三方向不同的方向的夹紧力转换为第三方向的加压力而传递至作用力施加部件。作用力施加部件沿着滑动斜面滑动,由此其加压部向被接合部位按压所述补缀件。

Claims (8)

1.一种接合装置,其特征在于,将含有增强纤维的补缀件接合于对象物的角部的表面部分的被接合部位,所述接合装置具备:
按压部件,其响应被施加的作用力,按压配置于所述被接合部位的所述补缀件的表面;
施力部,其对所述按压部件施加所述作用力;
加热装置,其加热所述补缀件;
袋形材,其将所述对象物中包括所述被接合部位的表面部分、所述补缀件、所述加热装置及所述按压部件包覆,
对所述袋形材的内部进行减压,
所述施力部配置在由所述袋形材和所述对象物形成的密闭空间的外部,朝所述补缀件对所述按压部件施力,
所述按压部件具备:
第一板部,其从所述角部沿所述对象物向第一方向延伸;
第二板部,其从所述角部沿所述对象物向与所述第一方向不同的第二方向延伸;
弹性加压体,其通过所述第一板部和所述第二板部之间按压所述角部,
所述弹性加压体具有受压面和加压部,所述受压面受到所述作用力,所述加压部响应所述作用力而通过所述第一板部和所述第二板部之间的间隙按压所述角部。
2.如权利要求1所述的接合装置,其特征在于,
所述弹性加压体的肖氏硬度为10以上55以下。
3.如权利要求1所述的接合装置,其特征在于,
在所述弹性加压体中添加有高热传导材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的接合装置,其特征在于,还具备:
对所述袋形材的内部进行减压,所述作用力是经由内部被减压后的所述袋形材朝所述角部的方向对所述按压部件施力的大气压。
5.如权利要求1所述的接合装置,其特征在于,
所述施力部具有对所述角部和从所述角部延伸的所述对象物的部分施加所述作用力的施加部件。
6.如权利要求5所述的接合装置,其特征在于,
所述施力部还具备倾斜块和滑块,
所述倾斜块具有滑动斜面,所述滑块及所述施加部件沿所述滑动斜面滑动,
所述滑块通过沿所述滑动斜面滑动,将与所述角部的方向不同的方向的夹紧力转换为所述角部的方向的所述作用力,传递至所述施加部件。
7.如权利要求6所述的接合装置,其特征在于,
所述倾斜块、所述滑块及所述施加部件配置在所述对象物的所述被接合部位侧,
所述施力部还在所述对象物的所述被接合部位侧的背面侧具有施加所述夹紧力的后块。
8.一种接合方法,其特征在于,将含有增强纤维的补缀件接合于对象物的角部的表面部分的被接合部位,所述接合方法具备如下的工序:
准备具有减压口的袋形材、加热装置、对补缀件的表面进行按压的按压部件;
在所述对象物的角部的表面部分的被接合部位配置含有增强纤维的所述补缀件;
朝着所述角部的所述被接合部位配置所述按压部件;
由所述袋形材和所述对象物形成密闭空间,在所述密闭空间含有所述补缀件、用于加热所述补缀件的加热装置、及所述按压部件;
对所述密闭空间的内部进行减压;
利用所述按压部件经由所述袋形材朝所述角部的所述被接合部位按压所述补缀件,以使所述补缀件与所述对象物的所述角部的被接合部位接合;
利用所述加热装置将所述对象物和所述补缀件加热接合;
所述按压部件具备:
第一板部,其从所述角部沿所述对象物向第一方向延伸;
第二板部,其从所述角部沿所述对象物向与所述第一方向不同的第二方向延伸;
弹性加压体,其通过所述第一板部和所述第二板部之间按压所述角部,
所述弹性加压体具有受压面和加压部,所述受压面受到作用力,所述加压部响应所述作用力而通过所述第一板部和所述第二板部之间的间隙按压所述角部。
