本发明公开了一种环保PVC发泡材料,按重量份计,由以下原料组分混合制成:PVC 100份,发泡剂1‑20份,发泡交联剂0.5‑15份,异味消除剂1‑20份,氧化锌0.5‑10份,硬脂酸0.5‑10份,增塑剂80‑100份,碳酸钙70‑90份,稳定剂1‑3份,色膏8‑12份。本发明具有环保无味、发泡效果好、成本低廉、不改变现有发泡工艺、也无需增加新的机器设备等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发泡材料,特别涉及一种环保PVC发泡材料。
背景技术
发泡材料由于内部含有大量气泡,与传统的材料相比,不仅质轻、省料,而且能吸收冲击载荷,具有优良的缓冲性能而被广泛应用于各种的产品的防护和包装中。目前,常见的发泡材料有聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酷(PU)、聚烯烃(PE、PP)、乙烯一醋酸乙烯酷(EVA)、热塑性橡胶(TPR)等,其中PVC发泡材料因其具有良好的力学性能和粘结性、加工方便、成本低廉等优点,在实际的生产生活中具有重要的意义。
尤其是在人造革领域,由于PVC具有制品强度高,加工容易,成本低廉等优点,PVC成为人造革的最主要原来之一。在PVC人造革生产过程中,需要发泡形成微孔结构,赋予其成品质轻、手感丰满、柔软的优点。然后,
目前PVC采用的发泡剂一般为偶氮二甲酰胺类发泡剂,在发泡过程中产生较大的气味,而且这种气味会残留在制品中,直接影响了PVC人造革的应用,对人类的生活健康造成了一定程度的威胁。因此,寻找一种环保的PVC发泡材料是当前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保PVC发泡材料,具有环保无味、发泡效果好、成本低廉、不改变现有发泡工艺、也无需增加新的机器设备等优点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种环保PVC发泡材料,按重量份计,由以下原料组分混合制成:PVC 100份,发泡剂1-20份,发泡交联剂0.5-15份,异味消除剂1-20份,氧化锌0.5-10份,硬脂酸0.5-10份,增塑剂80-100份,碳酸钙70-90份,稳定剂1-3份,色膏8-12份。
本发明的核心在于在发泡材料配方中加入了异味消除剂,能够有效的消除发泡过程中产生的异味以及有毒有害物质,同时,选择的异味消除剂还不会改变PVC材料本身的特性,对发泡材料的性能无影响。
作为优选,所述异味消除剂为三聚磷酸铝、三聚磷酸二氢铝、磷酸二氢铝、磷酸一氢铝、磷酸铝中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈、二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述发泡交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯中的一种或两种。
作为优选,所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、DPHP增塑剂中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)发泡材料具有发泡效果好、成本低廉等优点。
(2)不需要改变现有的发泡工艺、也无需增加新的机器设备。
(3)能够有效的消除发泡过程中产生的异味以及有毒有害物质。
(4)发泡材料发泡的稳定性和重复性都很好,且制备方法简单,对环境友好无污染,有良好的产业化应用前景。

下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
本发明中,若非特指,所采用的原料和设备等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
总实施方案:
一种环保PVC发泡材料,按重量份计,由以下原料组分混合制成:PVC 100份,发泡剂1-20份,发泡交联剂0.5-15份,异味消除剂1-20份,氧化锌0.5-10份,硬脂酸0.5-10份,增塑剂80-100份,碳酸钙70-90份,稳定剂1-3份,色膏(市售PVC色膏)8-12份。所述异味消除剂为三聚磷酸铝、三聚磷酸二氢铝、磷酸二氢铝、磷酸一氢铝、磷酸铝中的一种或几种。所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈、二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼中的一种或几种。所述发泡交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯中的一种或两种。所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、DPHP增塑剂中的一种或几种。所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂(市售)。
具体实施方案
实施例1:
一种环保PVC发泡材料,按重量份计,由以下原料组分混合制成:偶氮二甲酰胺5份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,磷酸二氢铝20份,氧化锌为2份,硬脂酸5份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯90份,碳酸钙80份,钙锌复合稳定剂2份,色膏9份,利用上述配方与100份PVC进行常规发泡,发泡过程和得到的发泡材料均无异味。检测结果:甲酰胺低于50 ppm;乙酰苯低于50 ppm;N-甲基甲酰胺低于50 ppm;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺低于50 ppm。
实施例2:
一种环保PVC发泡材料,按重量份计,由以下原料组分混合制成:偶氮二异丁腈10份,过氧化二异丙苯3份,三聚磷酸铝15份,氧化锌为5份,硬脂酸10份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯85份,碳酸钙90份,钙锌复合稳定剂3份,色膏11份,利用上述配方与100份PVC进行常规发泡,发泡过程和得到的发泡材料均无异味。检测结果:甲酰胺低于60 ppm,乙酰苯低于60 ppm,N-甲基甲酰胺低于60 ppm;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺低于60 ppm。
实施例3:
一种环保PVC发泡材料,按重量份计,由以下原料组分混合制成:4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼12份,双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯4份,磷酸一氢铝10份,氧化锌为5份,硬脂酸8份,DPHP增塑剂(市售)100份,碳酸钙85份,钙锌复合稳定剂2.5份,色膏12份,利用上述配方与100份PVC 进行常规发泡,发泡过程和得到的发泡材料均无异味。检测结果:甲酰胺低于80 ppm;乙酰苯低于80 ppm;N-甲基甲酰胺低于80 ppm;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺低于80 ppm。
实施例4:
一种环保PVC发泡材料,按重量份计,由以下原料组分混合制成:二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺10份,过氧化二异丙苯5份,三聚磷酸二氢铝10份,氧化锌为3份,硬脂酸6份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯80份,碳酸钙70份,钙锌复合稳定剂1份,色膏10份,利用上述配方与100份PVC进行常规发泡,发泡过程和得到的发泡材料均无异味。检测结果:甲酰胺低于10ppm ;乙酰苯低70ppm;N-甲基甲酰胺低于70 ppm;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺低于70 ppm。
实施例5:
一种环保PVC发泡材料,按重量份计,由以下原料组分混合制成:偶氮二甲酰胺8份,过氧化二异丙苯3份,磷酸铝12份,氧化锌为3份,硬脂酸6份,DPHP增塑剂95份,碳酸钙75份,钙锌复合稳定剂1.5份,色膏8份,利用上述配方与100份PVC进行常规发泡,发泡过程和得到的发泡材料均无异味。检测结果:甲酰胺低于60 ppm;乙酰苯低于60 ppm;N-甲基甲酰胺低于60 ppm;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺低于60 ppm。

1.一种环保PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下原料组分混合制成:PVC100份,发泡剂1-20份,发泡交联剂0.5-15份,异味消除剂1-20份,氧化锌0.5-10份,硬脂酸0.5-10份,增塑剂80-100份,碳酸钙70-90份,稳定剂1-3份,色膏8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,所述异味消除剂为三聚磷酸铝、三聚磷酸二氢铝、磷酸二氢铝、磷酸一氢铝、磷酸铝中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈、二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,所述发泡交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、DPHP增塑剂中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
