背景技术:
汽车的密封条是靠密封条的压缩变形来填充构件间的缝隙,密封条安装在钣金止口上,密封条受开闭件钣金或其他零件挤压变形,起到密闭的作用,使车门的内部与外界隔绝,不仅能防风、雨水和尘土等侵入车内,还能提高隔音和隔热性能,保持车内环境,同时还能缓和车门关闭时冲击力和车身在行驶过程中的振动。由于汽车行业高速发展,汽车对排放也要求越来越高,节能减排成为当下主题,对于汽车组件要求高效轻便.目前常见的汽车用的普通密实密封胶条密度1.2-1.4g/cm3,密度大、减震缓冲能力也有限。

本发明采取的技术方案是:一种汽车密封条用密实胶微发泡材料,由以下重量份数原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶:20-35份,N774炭黑:12-30份,N550炭黑:18-30份,环烷油:20-30份,纳米碳酸钙:8-12份,煅烧陶土:3-6份,活性剂:1.8-2.2份,硬脂酸:0.2-0.3份,硫化剂2.5-4.0份,发泡剂:0.8-2份。

(1)一段混炼:将20-35份三元乙丙橡胶、1.8-2.2份活性剂和0.2-0.3份硬脂酸投入密炼机中塑炼100-120秒,投入12-30份N774炭黑和入18-30份N550炭黑混炼240-260秒,再投入20-30份环烷油、8-12份纳米碳酸钙和3-6份煅烧陶土混炼320-340秒,下料;其中密炼机工作参数为:进胶温度小于45度、下料温度125-150℃、上顶栓压力为0.6-0.8MPa、冷却水压大于0.1MPa、水温20-26℃、转速30转/分钟、容量70-73KG;
(2)出片:密炼机出料在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟出片,在风机冷却至室温后收料,室温度调节4小时;胶料存储条件为温度23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限4小时至30天;
(3)二段混炼:投50%一段母胶与2.5-4.0份硫化剂和0.8-2份发泡剂进密炼机混炼20-30秒,投剩余50%一段母胶继续混炼30秒,80-85℃下料;密炼机工作参数为:压力0.5-0.6MPa,转速30转/分钟,容量63-64KG,进胶温度小于40℃,冷却水压大于0.1MPa,水温14-18℃;
(4)收料:二段混炼胶出料后在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟,在风机冷却至室温收料得EPDM与SBR共辊改性密封材料;胶料存储条件为温度在23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限8小时至7天。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的密实胶微发泡材料,能满足汽车用门窗车门密封条的应用,材料成本低,微发泡配方技术工艺在汽车减轻重量方面的优势是显而易见,比重0.78-0.85,比普通密实胶材料低,材料的应用可以减重汽车用的密封条30%-50%,对汽车减重有积极的意义。

(1)一段混炼:将20份三元乙丙橡胶、1.8份氧化锌和0.2份硬脂酸投入密炼机中塑炼100-120秒,投入12份N774炭黑和入18份N550炭黑混炼240-260秒,再投入20份环烷油、8份纳米碳酸钙和3份煅烧陶土混炼320-340秒,下料;其中密炼机工作参数为:进胶温度小于45度、下料温度125-150℃、上顶栓压力为0.6-0.8MPa、冷却水压大于0.1MPa、水温20-26℃、转速30转/分钟、容量70-73KG;
(2)出片:密炼机出料在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟出片,在风机冷却至室温后收料,室温度调节4小时;胶料存储条件为温度23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限4小时至30天;

Claims (5)
1.一种汽车密封条用密实胶微发泡材料,由以下重量份数原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶:20-35份,N774炭黑:12-30份,N550炭黑:18-30份,环烷油:20-30份,纳米碳酸钙:8-12份,煅烧陶土:3-6份,活性剂:1.8-2.2份,硬脂酸:0.2-0.3份,硫化剂2.5-4.0份,发泡剂:0.8-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其特征在于,优选的,所述的活性剂为氧化锌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其特征在于,所述的硫化剂为硫黄和硫化促进剂BZ、DTPP、TT、DM的混合物,各物质的混合重量比为1.5∶0.8-1.2∶0.8∶0.4∶0.8-1.2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的材料,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂为OBSH与发泡剂AC3000混合制备,二者重量比为:1∶0.5-1.2。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的密实胶微发泡材料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)一段混炼:将20-35份三元乙丙橡胶、1.8-2.2份活性剂和0.2-0.3份硬脂酸投入密炼机中塑炼100-120秒,投入12-30份N774炭黑和入18-30份N550炭黑混炼240-260秒,再投入20-30份环烷油、8-12份纳米碳酸钙和3-6份煅烧陶土混炼320-340秒,下料;其中密炼机工作参数为:进胶温度小于45度、下料温度125-150℃、上顶栓压力为0.6-0.8MPa、冷却水压大于0.1MPa、水温20-26℃、转速30转/分钟、容量70-73KG;
(2)出片:密炼机出料在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟出片,在风机冷却至室温后收料,室温度调节4小时;胶料存储条件为温度23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限4小时至30天;
(3)二段混炼:投50%一段母胶与2.5-4.0份硫化剂和0.8-2份发泡剂进密炼机混炼20-30秒,投剩余50%一段母胶继续混炼30秒,80-85℃下料;密炼机工作参数为:压力0.5-0.6MPa,转速30转/分钟,容量63-64KG,进胶温度小于40℃,冷却水压大于0.1MPa,水温14-18℃;
(4)收料:二段混炼胶出料后在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟,在风机冷却至室温收料得EPDM与SBR共辊改性密封材料;胶料存储条件为温度在23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限8小时至7天。
