Abstract
本发明涉及化工产品生产领域,尤其是表面施胶剂生产领域。表面施胶剂在现代的造纸技术中,已成为纸页表面施胶处理的主要形式,它不仅能改善纸张的印刷适性、抗水能力和表面强度,还能减少造纸化学品的总成本。对氨基苯磺酸和对氨基苯磺酸钠主要用于制造染料、印染助剂和防治麦类锈病及用作香料、食用色素、医药、增白剂、农药等中间体,下游产品很多,在我国的化工合成占据重要地位。

本发明涉及化工产品生产领域,尤其是表面施胶剂生产领域。
背景技术
表面施胶剂在现代的造纸技术中,已成为纸页表面施胶处理的主要形式,它不仅能改善纸张的印刷适性、抗水能力和表面强度,还能减少造纸化学品的总成本。对氨基苯磺酸和对氨基苯磺酸钠主要用于制造染料、印染助剂和防治麦类锈病及用作香料、食用色素、医药、增白剂、农药等中间体,下游产品很多,在我国的化工合成占据重要地位。
发明内容
工艺流程
本项目以淀粉、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲酸、乳化剂A-102和TMPDE80为原料,以硫酸亚铁和双氧水为引发剂经过反应、过滤制备表面施胶剂,详细工艺流程依次如下:
(1)向单体反应釜中向反应釜中缓慢加入苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲酸、乳化剂A-102(磺基琥珀酸癸基聚氧乙烯(6)醚酯二钠)和TMPDE 80(三羟甲醛丙烷二烯丙基醚)进行混合均匀后备用。本步骤仅起到混合的作用,无化学反应产生。
(2)向主反应釜中加入脱盐水和淀粉,打开反应釜夹套蒸汽管道阀门通入蒸汽,使体系升温至85℃,并充分搅拌约1h。本项目生产用水采用脱盐水。
(3)向主反应釜中加入硫酸亚铁和双氧水,继续使体系温度保持在85℃,二者进行反应形成主反应的引发剂。本步化学反应为:
(4)将单体反应釜生产得到的料液加入主反应釜中,用2h加完原料,继续使体系温度保持在85℃。在本步骤中,各项原料在常压条件下反应生成交替共聚物。反应方程式如下:
(5)关闭反应釜夹套蒸汽阀门,打开反应釜夹套冷却循环水阀门,使反应釜内物料温度降至60℃后加入卡松(防腐剂)并充分搅拌,本步骤用时约3.5h。
(6)加入防腐剂后的料液通过200m目的滤网过滤后。
