本发明公开了一种电子束火花治疗仪,它由外壳及壳内的脉冲发生器构成,外壳的面板上设有输出、交流和直流指示,定时音响,振幅和频率调节旋钮,电源开关和输出插孔或接线柱,壳内的脉冲发生器包括有整流,滤波、恒流、振荡、升压、调制和脉冲输出电路,脉冲输出电路上设有一治疗头,治疗头有至少一个或一个以上带尖的金属管或金属杆,外套绝缘套。该治疗仪无需电极触及人体,利用脉冲电场作用于人体病灶治病,病人无痛苦,易接受,且疗效极佳。
Description
本发明涉及一种医疗仪器,确切地说涉及一种用电子束火花治疗人体软组织炎症及其病痛的电子仪器。
软组织炎症是一种常见痛,几乎人人都领略过它给予的痛苦与折磨。例如:软组织挫伤、扭伤、感冒头痛、急性肠炎、胆囊炎、早期及慢性阑尾炎都疼痛难忍,使人苦不堪言;口腔溃疡、带状疱疹,疖子等病也给人以很大折磨。医学上,对软组织疾病的治疗主要是药物、手术或辅以针灸,治疗过程不能很决解除病人的痛苦,疗效差异也较大,到目前为止,没有理想的用费低,痛苦少,奏效快的好办法。
本发明的目的是为医生提供一种供临床使用的,能快速奏效地治疗软组织炎症及消除病痛的电子束火花治疗仪。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它由机壳及壳内的发生器构成,外壳的面板上设有输出、交流和直流指示,定时音响,振幅和频率调节旋钮,电源开关和输出插孔或接线柱,壳内的脉冲发生器包括有整流,滤波、恒流、振荡、升压、调制和脉冲输出电路,脉冲输出电路上设有一治疗头,治疗头有至少一个或一个以上带尖的金属管或金属杆,外套绝缘套组成,插入外壳上的输出插孔或接入接线柱,该治疗头接近人体病灶,输出脉冲电子束火花对病灶产生治疗作用。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的结构及工作原理作进一步详细说明。

从图1和图2可以看出,本发明是由机壳及壳内的脉冲发生器构成,机壳的面板上设有输出、交流和直流指示1、2、3,定时音响4,振幅和频率调节旋钮5、6,电源开关7和输出插孔或接线柱8,壳内的脉冲发生器包括有整流,滤波,恒流,振荡,升压,调制和脉冲输出电路,脉冲输出电路上设有一治疗头9,治疗头有至少一个或一个以上带尖的金属管或金属杆,外套绝缘套组成,插入外壳上的输出插孔或接入接线柱8,该治疗头接近人体病灶,输出脉冲电子束火花对病灶产生治疗作用。
本发明的电路工作原理参见图3,将220V的交流电经变压器B1降压后,由V1-V4管组成桥式整流,经C1滤波,经IC1变为恒流,再由V7和B2产生振荡并升压输出,将升压电压经V8整流,整流后的脉动电压向C3充电并由IC2产生的脉冲控制V9的触发时间,从而控制C3的放电时间,放电时,产生脉冲电压经B3升压输出接治疗头。治疗头由空心不锈钢细管套绝缘塑料构成。当治疗头靠近人体病灶时,产生电子束火花,以达治病效果,图中Rw1调节输出幅度,Rw2调节脉冲频率,IC2和V12、V13的共同作用是定时闭锁,以扬声器告警。图中V5是保护IC1的二极管,C2抗干扰电容,R1反锁电阻,C4为放电电容,R2偏值电阻,R4、C7定时电阻、电容,V11加速放电二极管,C5、C6抗干扰。C8延时电容。
本发明的治疗机理是这样:病理学认为,炎症是机体对致炎因子损害所产生的防御性病理过程。临床表现为局部软组织产生红、肿、热、痛和功能障碍等,并伴有全身不适,白细胞增高,代谢增强。在炎症过程中,炎区分解代谢增强,耗氧量增加,产生局部血液循环障碍。耗氧量增加,使局部氧化过程迅速降低,导致各种氧化不完全代谢物堆积,如氢离子浓度增高。氢离子浓度上升促进了各种盐类物质离解过程增强,使钾离子、磷酸根离子等其它离子浓度上升,进而形成炎区局部区域电场,因此,炎区胶体和晶体渗透压、静脉和毛细血管通透性都升高,导致正常渗透失去平衡而出现局部红肿。由于人体具有完善的自调节系统,局部病变使传导神经兴奋,经大脑反馈引起痛、热、不适等症状,引起警觉。不及时治疗使炎区扩大漫延,进而会产生并发症或产生严重后果。医学界认为控制与消除炎症最根本的办法是消除致病因子,近年来也认识到解决局部循环障碍也是治疗的关键。发明人接受了这种观点,认识到循环障碍的产生,是由炎区区域电场作用造成的,只要能迅速消除或削弱炎区区域电场、加强人体自调节功能,促进微循环改善,恢复正常渗透平衡,炎症即可很快消除。据此,发明了电子束火花治疗仪。治病原理是利用仪器产生的高压(1×106~2×107伏/米)脉冲电场与人体间的电位差,当仪器治疗头(电极)与人体接近到一定距离(0.1~0.6cm)时,会产生火花放电,瞬间附近空气被电离,产生臭氧。臭氧不稳定随即形成原子氧和负氧离子,一部分随放电通道由皮肤进入体内,使氧化过程提高,在电场作用下,炎区离子很快复合,炎区电场迅速减弱或消失,微循环改善,恢复正常胶体和晶体渗透,红肿消失,炎症过程结束。由于放电会使机体电荷重新分布并产生谐振,释放能量,促进微循环,增快自我调节系统如神经系统、血液系统、循环系统等。原子氧和负氧离子进入机体不仅改善了组织营养,而且也加速了伤口和溃疡的愈合,臭氧由于有很强的消毒、灭菌作用,对伤口和皮肤感染有良好地治疗作用。
本发明的积极效果在于:可以有效地治疗各种软组炎症与病痛,例如软组织损伤、冻疮、肩周炎、关节炎、胆囊炎、急性肠炎、早期及慢性阑尾炎,特别对挫伤和扭伤、感冒头痛、牙痛带状泡疹等软组织病痛有效。同时,治疗过程中病人无痛苦,皮肤不会受伤。
本发明的优点在于:仪器设备小,使用方便,操作简便、灵活,安全可靠,适合于医院与家庭使用。
Claims (1)
1、一种电子束火花治疗仪,由机壳、治疗头及脉冲发生器组成,机壳面板上设有输出、交流和直流指示(1)、(2)、(3),定时音响(4)、振幅和频率调节旋钮(5)、(6),电源开关(7)和输出插孔或接线柱(8),脉冲发生器包括有降压变压器B1,(V1-V4)组成的桥式整流,C1电容滤波、IC1组成的恒流电路,其特征在于:还具有治疗电路,治疗电路是由Rw1组成的输出调幅电路,V7、B2和R1组成的振荡、升压电路,C3与B3组成的充放电及升压脉冲输出电路,V9、V10和IC2组成的控制电容C3充放电时间的定时电路,调节输出脉冲频率的Rw2电路,以及由IC2、V12和V13组成的控制定时音响用的定时闭锁电路等组成。
