Abstract
本发明公开了一种渣浆泵过流部件表面环氧树脂修补工艺,其包括:(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;(3)按照硬质SiC陶瓷颗粒占20‑65wt%、碳纤维2‑10wt%和端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂余量的配比,制成浆料并混合均匀;(4)将所述浆料均匀涂抹在干燥后的待修补过流部件表面,90‑130℃下干燥,得到多涂层防腐蚀层。本发明所述修补后的过流部件,经冲蚀速度为10m/s、冲蚀角为70°、冲蚀时间为连续48小时连续冲蚀磨损后,其体积磨损量只是不添加涂层的过流部件的20%左右,同时整个填补的涂层表面完整,没有剥离现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种渣浆泵过流部件表面环氧树脂修补工艺。
背景技术
离心式渣浆泵磨粒磨损及腐蚀性磨蚀离心式渣浆泵过流部件多采用韧性材料,其水流动力学磨粒磨损是由微切削磨损和变形磨损组成的复合磨损。离心式渣浆泵正常运转过程中,流经于过流部件的液圊两相浆体的流态是紊流状态,浆体中固体颗粒(煤、矸石、磁铁矿粉)的形状处于随机取向。
以小角度冲击过流部件表面的固体颗粒,以尖角与表面接触时,在接触点很小的面积上将产生很高的冲击压力,冲击压力的垂直分量使固体颗粒压人材料表面,冲击压力的水平分量使其沿大致平行于过流部件表面的方向移动,使材料表面接触点产生横向塑性变形,从而切出一定量的微体积材料,造成过流部件的微切削磨损。
以大冲角冲击过流部件表面的固体颗粒在冲击压力的垂直分量作用下,使固体颗粒压人材料表面形成弹塑性变形,到颗粒停止压入运动为止,最终形成不能恢复的塑性变形-冲击凹坑,在凹坑边缘有塑性变形挤出的材料堆积物。冲击坑边缘堆积物将重新受挤压变形和移位而从材料表面剥落,引起一定量的微体积材料损失,造成过流部件的变形磨损。
同时,由于渣浆泵处理的流体中含有各种腐蚀性液体,因此会在过流部件表面腐蚀造成凹痕、腐蚀面等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种渣浆泵过流部件表面环氧树脂修补工艺,能够将所述过流部件表面进行修补。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种渣浆泵过流部件表面环氧树脂修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)按照硬质SiC陶瓷颗粒占20-65wt%、碳纤维2-10wt%和端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂余量的配比,制成浆料并混合均匀;
(4)将所述浆料均匀涂抹在干燥后的待修补过流部件表面,90-130℃下干燥,得到熔覆于过流部件表面SiC-碳纤维掺杂的端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂耐磨耐腐蚀涂层的多涂层防腐蚀层。
本发明通过在被腐蚀被磨蚀的过流部件表面涂覆一层浆料,所述浆料填补各种腐蚀凹坑或者裂隙,并在整个过流部件表面形成光滑的外表。通过激光强化,干燥后的浆料中SiC陶瓷颗粒、碳纤维和环氧树脂将所述凹坑和裂隙填补平整。未有腐蚀或磨损的部位,也被SiC陶瓷颗粒、碳纤维和环氧树脂干燥形成硬化涂层,起到保护作用。
本发明采用含端基官能团的液体橡胶改性环氧树脂,提高了两者的相容性,并形成互穿网络结构或半互穿网络结构,由于端基官能团液体橡胶含有丁二烯长链,其本身具有较好的柔韧性,因此本发明采用的改性环氧树脂具有韧性,因此其制备得到的非金属涂层韧性好,硬度高,克服了传统涂层硬度与韧性不能兼顾的缺陷。
本发明所述的端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂的制备方法是本领域的现有技术,本领域技术人员可以在现有技术范围内进行选择。典型但非限制性的实例如下:
先将端羟基聚丁二烯液体橡胶或端羟基聚丁二烯/丙烯腈液体橡胶与多异氰酸酯反应制取多异氰酸酯聚丁二烯液体橡胶预聚物或多异氰酸酯聚丁二烯/丙烯腈液体橡胶预聚物,然后将所述预聚物与环氧树脂反应,制备得到端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂。
本发明采用的端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂,其将端羟基聚丁二烯液体橡胶引入环氧树脂的交联网络中,起到增韧作用,由于端羟基液体橡胶与各种改性组分之间以化学键结合,不仅可以保留环氧树脂与金属之间的高粘结性能,而且又具有液体橡胶的高柔韧性,由此得到的端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂具备柔韧性与硬度的统一。
优选的,SiC陶瓷颗粒占30-40wt%,进一步优选35wt%。
优选的,本发明所述的改性环氧树脂中,掺杂有固化剂等添加剂。
所述固化剂的含量,只要能起到固化作用即可,一般稍微过量,但不会过量20%。
所述修补后的过流部件,经冲蚀速度为10m/s、冲蚀角为70°、冲蚀时间为连续48小时连续冲蚀磨损后,其体积磨损量只是不添加涂层的过流部件的20%左右,同时整个填补的涂层表面完整,没有剥离现象。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种渣浆泵过流部件表面环氧树脂修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)按照硬质SiC陶瓷颗粒占20wt%、碳纤维2wt%和端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂余量的配比,制成浆料并混合均匀;
(4)将所述浆料均匀涂抹在干燥后的待修补过流部件表面,90℃下干燥,得到熔覆于过流部件表面SiC-碳纤维掺杂的端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂耐磨耐腐蚀涂层的多涂层防腐蚀层。
实施例2
一种渣浆泵过流部件表面环氧树脂修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)按照硬质SiC陶瓷颗粒占65wt%、碳纤维10wt%和端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂余量的配比,制成浆料并混合均匀;
(4)将所述浆料均匀涂抹在干燥后的待修补过流部件表面,130℃下干燥,得到熔覆于过流部件表面SiC-碳纤维掺杂的端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂耐磨耐腐蚀涂层的多涂层防腐蚀层。
实施例3
一种渣浆泵过流部件表面环氧树脂修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)按照硬质SiC陶瓷颗粒占35wt%、碳纤维7wt%和端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂余量的配比,制成浆料并混合均匀;
(4)将所述浆料均匀涂抹在干燥后的待修补过流部件表面,100℃下干燥,得到熔覆于过流部件表面SiC-碳纤维掺杂的端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂耐磨耐腐蚀涂层的多涂层防腐蚀层。
实施例1-3所述修补后的过流部件,经冲蚀速度为10m/s、冲蚀角为70°、冲蚀时间为连续48小时连续冲蚀磨损后,其体积磨损量只是不添加涂层的过流部件的20%左右,同时整个填补的涂层表面完整,没有剥离现象。

1.一种渣浆泵过流部件表面环氧树脂修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)按照硬质SiC陶瓷颗粒占20-65wt%、碳纤维2-10wt%和端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂余量的配比,制成浆料并混合均匀;
(4)将所述浆料均匀涂抹在干燥后的待修补过流部件表面,90-130℃下干燥,得到熔覆于过流部件表面SiC-碳纤维掺杂的端羟基液体橡胶改性环氧树脂耐磨耐腐蚀涂层的多涂层防腐蚀层。
2.如权利要求1所述的渣浆泵过流部件表面修补工艺,其特征在于,SiC陶瓷颗粒占30-40wt%,进一步优选35wt%。
