鱼产品具有较高的营养价值,是改善膳食结构,提高人体健康水平的重要肉品之一。目前,饲料喂养是淡水鱼养殖的主要方法,但为了追求产量最大化,饲料营养含量越来越高,养殖密度加大,导致淡水鱼疾病不断发生,鱼体健康逐步成为影响养殖经济效益的一个重要因素。同时,近年来,随着水产品出口量的增加和人民群众生活质素的不断提高,对水产品的需求日益加大,尤其是对高品质无公害水产品的需求日益增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种优质淡水鱼的生态养殖方法,该方法养殖饲料转化利用率和存活率高,鱼肉品质优。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种优质淡水鱼的生态养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
1)养殖池处理:选择池底平整、淤泥深20-25cm、水深2-3m的养殖池;先抽干养殖池中的水并进行暴晒,然后注水50cm,加入中草药熬制液处理水质;5-7天后,向养殖池中注水1.2-1.5m;
所述中草药熬制液按照重量份包括以下原料:黄连5-8份、地花椒1-2份、甘草2-4份、蒲公英2-3份、金银花4-6份、黄芪2-3份、当归1-2份,连翘2-3份;
2)选种放养:选择规格整齐、体质健壮、无伤病的鱼苗;放养前用2.5-3%的食盐水中浸洗鱼苗15-20分钟;将经消毒的鱼苗按青鱼∶草鱼∶鲢鱼∶鳙鱼∶鲤鱼∶鲫鱼为1∶5∶3∶1∶2∶4的比例放养在步骤1)中处理好水质的养殖池中,放养密度为1200-1500尾/亩;
3)调控管理:调节养殖池水质的透明度,使得透明度高于35-40cm;每10-15天换一次水,每次换掉养殖池中30%-40%的水;定期测量池水pH值,根据水质需要泼洒生石灰,用量为15-20kg/亩,确保pH值稳定在7-8;
4)投放饵料:采用人工合成颗粒饲料投喂,每天投喂两次,上午8点投喂一次,下午3点再次投喂;

在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,复合维生素包含维生素A 4.5g/kg、维生素B5.5g/kg、核黄素2.3g/kg、泛酸6.5g/kg、维生素E 3.2g/kg、维生素D 6.2g/kg、泛酸11g/kg、烟酸23g/kg、生物素0.1mg/kg、叶酸2.5g/kg。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述养殖池池水溶氧量5mg/L以上。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述养殖池池水盐度3-7‰。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述人工合成颗粒饲料粒径2-3mm。
本发明的有益效果:采用中草药熬制液替代化学药物对水体进行处理,有效降低有害物质在鱼体内的残留,同时,鱼苗在生长中对中草药的摄入,能提高鱼体免疫力,降低患病率,提高鱼肉食用品质;通过人工合成颗粒饲料饲喂,饲料成分合理配比,在保证营养需求的前提下减少饲料的使用量,同时提高饲料转化率,减少饲料成本;养殖方法操作简单,产出率高,经济效益高;

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种优质淡水鱼的生态养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
1)养殖池处理:选择池底平整、淤泥深20-25cm、水深2-3m的养殖池;先抽干养殖池中的水并进行暴晒,然后注水50cm,加入中草药熬制液处理水质;5-7天后,向养殖池中注水1.2-1.5m;
所述中草药熬制液按照重量份包括以下原料:黄连5份、地花椒1份、甘草2份、蒲公英2份、金银花4份、黄芪2份、当归1份,连翘2份;
2)选种放养:选择规格整齐、体质健壮、无伤病的鱼苗;放养前用2.5-3%的食盐水中浸洗鱼苗15-20分钟;将经消毒的鱼苗按青鱼∶草鱼∶鲢鱼∶鳙鱼∶鲤鱼∶鲫鱼为1∶5∶3∶1∶2∶4的比例放养在步骤1)中处理好水质的养殖池中,放养密度为1200尾/亩;
3)调控管理:调节养殖池水质的透明度,使得透明度高于35-40cm;每10-15天换一次水,每次换掉养殖池中30%的水;定期测量池水pH值,根据水质需要泼洒生石灰,用量为15-20kg/亩,确保pH值稳定在7-8;养殖池池水溶氧量5mg/L,池水盐度3‰。
4)投放饵料:采用人工合成颗粒饲料投喂,每天投喂两次,上午8点投喂一次,下午3点再次投喂;人工合成颗粒饲料粒径2-3mm;

复合维生素包含维生素A 4.5g/kg、维生素B 5.5g/kg、核黄素2.3g/kg、泛酸6.5g/kg、维生素E 3.2g/kg、维生素D 6.2g/kg、泛酸11g/kg、烟酸23g/kg、生物素0.1mg/kg、叶酸2.5g/kg;
5)鱼病防治:每月进行1次,每次用0.5mg/kg硫酸铜+0.2mg/kg硫酸亚铁合剂溶水泼洒。
实施例2
一种优质淡水鱼的生态养殖方法,包括以下步骤:

3)调控管理:调节养殖池水质的透明度,使得透明度高于35-40cm;每10-15天换一次水,每次换掉养殖池中40%的水;定期测量池水pH值,根据水质需要泼洒生石灰,用量为15-20kg/亩,确保pH值稳定在7-8;养殖池池水溶氧量7mg/L,池水盐度7‰。
4)投放饵料:采用人工合成颗粒饲料投喂,每天投喂两次,上午8点投喂一次,下午3点再次投喂;人工合成颗粒饲料粒径2-3mm。

1.一种优质淡水鱼的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)养殖池处理:选择池底平整、淤泥深20-25cm、水深2-3m的养殖池;先抽干养殖池中的水并进行暴晒,然后注水50cm,加入中草药熬制液处理水质;5-7天后,向养殖池中注水1.2-1.5m;

3.根据权利要求1所述的优质淡水鱼的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,复合维生素包含维生素A4.5g/kg、维生素B5.5g/kg、核黄素2.3g/kg、泛酸6.5g/kg、维生素E3.2g/kg、维生素D6.2g/kg、泛酸11g/kg、烟酸23g/kg、生物素0.1mg/kg、叶酸2.5g/kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的优质淡水鱼的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,所述养殖池池水溶氧量5mg/L以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的优质淡水鱼的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,所述养殖池池水盐度3-7‰。
6.根据权利要求1所述的优质淡水鱼的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,所述人工合成颗粒饲料粒径2-3mm。
