Abstract
本发明提供一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料及其制备方法。所述爆珠胶皮材料的制备方法为:将1‑4重量份的增稠剂与80‑96份水混合,然后水浴加热至50‑90℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入2‑8份明胶及0.5‑3份增塑剂,继续加热溶解1‑2h,加热温度为50‑70℃,混合均匀后,加入0.03‑5交联剂搅拌反应15min‑1h,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过滤得到的滤液即为所述烟用爆珠胶皮材料。本发明在明胶体系中加入交联剂,通过醛类对明胶的交联作用,改善明胶膜的性能,从而降低爆珠胶皮平衡含水率,采用该胶皮材料制备的爆珠耐候性好,在高湿度环境下提高其对环境温湿度变化的适应性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于卷烟添加剂制造技术领域,具体涉及一种高耐候性烟用爆珠的胶皮配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
在卷烟中添加香精香料,能赋予卷烟的特征香气;消除不同等级烟叶之间的差异并使之相互协调;增补某些香气,使烟香更丰满等优点。卷烟爆珠是指将香精包入软胶囊内,放入过滤嘴中,抽吸之前利用外力破坏胶囊让其释放出其中的香精,可以避免卷烟因高温燃烧而使香精变质、增强卷烟香味特征、保持香气的一致性、提升烟草制品的感官品质。爆珠为满足卷烟消费者的吸食要求,实现“可看、可触、可感”的产品创新特质,要求其具备较好的脆性,可通过手指挤压滤棒破碎释放出囊芯液体,并发出破碎脆响的声音。
现有技术中,专利号为CN200910273417.4的中国专利公开了一种能将烟用添加剂包裹起来的包裹材料,所应用的包裹材料配方由海藻酸钠:甘油:水按照重量份(1-8):(0.5-5):(85-100)的比例配置而成。因甘油作为增塑剂使用,爆珠具有的塑性和韧性过大,导致爆珠在使用过程中难以捏破。专利号为CN201410729465.0的中国专利公开了一种提高脆性的烟用添加剂滴丸,其包裹材料是由海藻酸钠:甘油:尿素:水按照重量份数比(1-8):(0.5-3):(1-5):(85-100)的比例配置而成。其在一定程度上用尿素替换甘油,适当提高了材料的脆性。专利号为CN201010573777.9的中国专利公开了一种烟用添加剂滴丸的改进包裹材料,其包裹材料是由海藻酸钠:阿拉伯胶:水按照重量份数比(6-20):(0.1-3):(77-95)的比例配置而成。其用阿拉伯胶替换甘油,滴丸胶皮厚度增加,改善了滴丸脆性。但海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶等天然胶体在高湿度环境下容易吸潮,造成消费者体验感不佳。
明胶是一种水溶性蛋白质的混合物,是胶原的部分变性产物。由于明胶来自天然产物,且因为其外观光泽,具有承担染料的能力,操作方便,而作为一种良好的药物外层材料,广泛地用于医药中的固体剂型,包括硬、软明胶胶囊和明胶包衣片。但是由于明胶强度低,脆性大,极易吸水溶胀且溶胀后强度和弹性模量低,使明胶直接使用受到限制。采用物理或化学交联的方法可以改善明胶材料的机械性能、防止明胶迅速溶胀流失、延缓药物释放时间及降低降解速度。在化学交联剂中,醛类对蛋白质类的交联效果十分显著。通常认为,醛类对明胶的交联作用主要发生于醛基和明胶中的赖氨酸或羟赖氨酸残基上的ε-氨基之间。醛类交联明胶可制备薄膜、凝胶、微球等材料,交联效果明显。交联作用使明胶吸水能力降低,从而降低明胶膜的平衡含水率,提高其脆性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种用于提高爆珠胶皮耐候性能的胶皮材料及其制备方法,其由明胶、增稠剂、增塑剂、交联剂及水等按照一定比例混合组成,使得爆珠胶皮平衡含水率降低,使产品在高湿度环境下提高其对环境温湿度变化的适应性,提升产品的消费体验。
本发明提供的一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料,是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:
所述增稠剂为卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、塔拉胶、瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、黄原胶、聚丙烯酸钠、魔芋胶、海藻酸钠、琼脂、聚乙烯醇、水溶性淀粉的任一种或任意几种组合;
所述增塑剂为甘油、山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、聚乙二醇的任一种或任意几中组合;
所述交联剂为乙二醛、戊二醛、双醛淀粉、葡聚糖醛的任一种或几种组合。
本发明较优的技术方案:所述增塑剂选用甘油时,其重量份为0.5-1.5;所述增塑剂选用山梨糖醇或甘露糖醇,其重量份为2-3;所述增塑剂选用聚乙二醇重量份为0.5-2。
本发明较优的技术方案:所述交联剂选用乙二醛或戊二醛时,其重量份为0.03-0.1,所述交联剂选用双醛淀粉或葡聚糖醛,其重量份为0.1-5。
本发明提供的一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
(1)准备以下组分和重量份的原料:明胶2-8、增稠剂1-4、增塑剂0.5-3交联剂0.03-5、水80-96;所述增稠剂为卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、塔拉胶、瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、黄原胶、聚丙烯酸钠、魔芋胶、海藻酸钠、琼脂、聚乙烯醇、水溶性淀粉的任一种或任意几种组合;所述增塑剂为甘油、山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、聚乙二醇的任一种或任意几中组合;所述交联剂为乙二醛、戊二醛、双醛淀粉、葡聚糖醛的任一种或几种组合;
(2)将步骤(1)中的全部的增稠剂与水混合,然后水浴加热至50-90℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入步骤(1)中所有的明胶及增塑剂,继续加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为50-70℃,混合均匀后,加入步骤(1)中的所有的交联剂搅拌反应15min-1h,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
本发明较优的技术方案:当加入交联剂为乙二醛或戊二醛时,其交联时间为15-25min,当加入交联剂为双醛淀粉或葡聚糖醛时,交联时间为20min-1h。
本发明的有点在于:本发明在明胶体系中加入交联剂,通过醛类对明胶的交联作用,改善明胶膜的性能,从而降低爆珠胶皮平衡含水率,采用该胶皮材料制备的爆珠耐候性好,在高湿度环境下提高其对环境温湿度变化的适应性,不会出现吸潮现象,而导致“捏不破”或“捏不响”等缺陷,提高产品的物理性能,提升了消费体验。
具体实施方式
为了更好地解释本发明,以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但它们不对本发明构成限定。
实施例1,一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:明胶5份,卡拉胶1.5份,甘油1份,戊二醛0.075份,水92份。其具体制备方法为:首先将1.5份卡拉胶与92份水混合,水浴加热至65±5℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入明胶及甘油,加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为65±5℃,混合均匀后,加入0.075份戊二醛搅拌反应15min,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
使用实施例1中制备的胶皮材料采用使用DWJSYJ-I型小胶丸滴丸机滴制出爆珠A,所述滴丸机以及爆珠滴制方法均为现有技术。
实施例2,一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:明胶6份,聚乙烯醇2份,聚乙二醇2份,双醛淀粉5份,水85份。其制备方法为:首先将2份聚乙烯醇与85份水混合,水浴加热至85±5℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入6份明胶及2份聚乙二醇,加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为55±5℃,混合均匀后,加入5份双醛淀粉搅拌反应1h,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
使用实施例2中制备的胶皮材料在DWJSYJ-I型小胶丸滴丸机滴制出爆珠B,所述滴丸机以及爆珠滴制方法均为现有技术。
实施例3,一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:明胶8份,海藻酸钠3份,山梨糖醇3份,乙二醛0.1份,水86份。其制备方法为:首先将3份海藻酸钠与86份水混合,水浴加热至65±5℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入8份明胶及3份山梨糖醇,加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为65±5℃,混合均匀后,加入0.1份乙二醛搅拌反应25min,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
使用实施例3中制备的胶皮材料使用DWJSYJ-I型小胶丸滴丸机滴制出爆珠C,所述滴丸机以及爆珠滴制方法均为现有技术。
实施例4,一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:6份明胶,2份刺槐豆胶,1份琼脂,2份聚乙二醇,2份双醛淀粉,1份葡聚糖醛,86份水;其具体制备方法为:首先将2份刺槐豆胶、1份琼脂与86份水混合,水浴加热至65±5℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液加入6份明胶及2份聚乙二醇,搅拌加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为55±5℃,混合均匀后,加入2份双醛淀粉及1份葡聚糖醛搅拌反应40min,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
使用实施例4中制备的胶皮材料使用DWJSYJ-I型小胶丸滴丸机滴制出爆珠D,所述滴丸机以及爆珠滴制方法均为现有技术。
实施例5,一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:明胶8份,魔芋胶1份,聚丙烯酸钠1份,聚乙烯醇1.5份,甘油1.5份,戊二醛0.08份,水86份。其制备方法为:首先将1份魔芋胶、1份聚丙烯酸钠份、1.5份聚乙烯醇与86份水混合,水浴加热至85±5℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入8份明胶及1.5份甘油,加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为60±5℃,混合均匀后,加入0.08份戊二醛搅拌反应10min,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
使用实施例5中制备的胶皮材料使用DWJSYJ-I型小胶丸滴丸机滴制出爆珠E,所述滴丸机以及爆珠滴制方法均为现有技术。
对比实施例1,一种烟用爆珠胶皮材料是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:明胶20份,卡拉胶15份,甘油4份,水61份。其制备方法为:首先将15份卡拉胶与61份水混合,水浴加热至65±5℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入20份明胶及4份甘油,加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为65±5℃,混合均匀后静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为烟用爆珠胶皮配方。
使用对比实施1中制备的胶皮材料使用DWJSYJ-I型小胶丸滴丸机滴制出对比爆珠A,所述滴丸机以及爆珠滴制方法均为现有技术。
对比实施例2,一种烟用爆珠胶皮材料是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:明胶5份,塔拉胶1.5份,甘油1份,戊二醛0.2,水92份。其制备方法为:首先将1.5份塔拉胶与92份水混合,水浴加热至65±5℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入5份明胶及1份甘油,加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为65±5℃,混合均匀后,加入0.2份戊二醛搅拌反应30min,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
使用对比实施例2中制备的胶皮材料使用DWJSYJ-I型小胶丸滴丸机滴制出对比爆珠B,所述滴丸机以及爆珠滴制方法均为现有技术。
对比实施例3,一种烟用爆珠胶皮材料是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:明胶6份,卡拉胶1份,聚乙烯醇1份,聚乙二醇2份,双醛淀粉5份,水85份。其制备方法为:首先将1份卡拉胶、1份聚乙烯醇与85份水混合,水浴加热至85±5℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入6份明胶及2份聚乙二醇,加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为55±5℃,混合均匀后,加入5份双醛淀粉搅拌反应10min,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
使用对比实施例3中制备的胶皮材料使用DWJSYJ-I型小胶丸滴丸机滴制对比出爆珠C,所述滴丸机以及爆珠滴制方法均为现有技术。
对比实施例4:采用的胶皮配方是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:明胶5份、卡拉胶2份、甘油2份、水为91份,其制备方法为:首先将2份卡拉胶与91份水混合,水浴加热至65±5℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入5份明胶及2份甘油,加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为65±5℃,混合均匀后静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
使用对比实施例4制备的胶皮材料使用DWJSYJ-I型小胶丸滴丸机滴制出对比出爆珠D,所述滴丸机以及爆珠滴制方法均为现有技术。
试验一:爆珠平衡平衡含水率实验,利用HR73/HG53水分检测仪分别对每个实施例中的爆珠胶皮水分含量进行检测,干燥温度为105℃,升温模式为柔和升温,升温时间为1:20min。将滴制的爆珠于温度20±2℃,相对湿度85%~95%条件下吸潮48h,分别检测吸潮前后胶皮水分如表1。

可以看出,与对比实施例1和对比实施例4未加入交联剂相比,实施例1、2、3、4、5和对比实施例2、3中的爆珠平衡含水率显著降低。吸潮后对比实施例1和对比实施例4中爆珠胶皮变软,捏破无脆响;实施例1、2、3、4、5和对比实施例2、3中的爆珠捏破仍有脆响。
试验二:爆珠湿热老化试验,将每个实施例中滴制的爆珠在高低温湿热老化箱中进行湿热老化循环试验,循环时间48h,观察爆珠外观并检测爆珠吸潮后的硬度。利用DPYD-A滴丸片剂硬度测定仪检测爆珠的硬度,将爆珠放置在硬度测定仪的样品托盘中间,并紧靠于固定挡板上,开启测试仪开关,推杆以1mm/s的固定速度前进,挤压爆珠,记录爆珠破裂时的推杆压力,即硬度。
实验条件如下:

在上述较高温度下相对湿度维持在(93±3)%,在循环内其余时间不低于95%,循环实验中结果如表2:

可以看出,实施例1、2、3、4、5中的爆珠对环境温度适应性更强,对比实施例1由于明胶含量过高,胶体中胶皮固含量高,同时明胶所含羟基极易吸水导致爆珠难以捏破;对比实施例2中交联剂含量过高导致胶体过度交联,胶皮抗张强度降低极易破裂,从而对环境温度适应性降低;对比实施例4由于未添加交联剂,所以制备出来的爆珠极易吸水导致难以捏破,其耐候性差。
Claims (4)
1.一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料,是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:
其中,所述增稠剂为卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、塔拉胶、瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、黄原胶、聚丙烯酸钠、魔芋胶、海藻酸钠、琼脂、聚乙烯醇、水溶性淀粉的任一种或任意几种组合;
所述增塑剂为甘油、山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、聚乙二醇的任一种或任意几中组合;
所述交联剂为乙二醛、戊二醛、双醛淀粉、葡聚糖醛的任一种或几种组合;当交联剂选用乙二醛或戊二醛时,其重量份为0.03-0.1,当交联剂选用双醛淀粉或葡聚糖醛,其重量份为0.1-5;
将上述所有的增稠剂与水混合,然后水浴加热至50-90℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入全部明胶及增塑剂,继续加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为50-70℃,混合均匀后,加入全部交联剂搅拌反应15min-1h,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂选用甘油时,其重量份为0.5-1.5;所述增塑剂选用山梨糖醇或甘露糖醇,其重量份为2-3;所述增塑剂选用聚乙二醇重量份为0.5-2。
3.一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
(1)准备以下组分和重量份的原料:明胶2-8、增稠剂1-4、增塑剂0.5-3交联剂0.03-5、水80-96;所述增稠剂为卡拉胶、阿拉伯胶、塔拉胶、瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、黄原胶、聚丙烯酸钠、魔芋胶、海藻酸钠、琼脂、聚乙烯醇、水溶性淀粉的任一种或任意几种组合;所述增塑剂为甘油、山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、聚乙二醇的任一种或任意几中组合;所述交联剂为乙二醛、戊二醛、双醛淀粉、葡聚糖醛的任一种或几种组合;当交联剂选用乙二醛或戊二醛时,其重量份为0.03-0.1,当交联剂选用双醛淀粉或葡聚糖醛,其重量份为0.1-5;
(2)将步骤(1)中的所有的增稠剂与水混合,然后水浴加热至50-90℃,搅拌溶解成均一溶液后加入全部明胶及增塑剂,继续加热溶解1-2h,加热温度为50-70℃,混合均匀后,加入全部交联剂搅拌反应15min-1h,静置,待泡沫上浮后在保温状态下过60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高耐候性烟用爆珠胶皮材料的制备方法,其特征在于在步骤(2)中当加入交联剂为乙二醛或戊二醛时,其交联时间为15-25min,当加入交联剂为双醛淀粉或葡聚糖醛时,交联时间为20min-1h。
