Abstract
本发明公开了一种饼干包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:11‑甲氧基3,7,11‑三甲基‑2,4‑十二碳二烯酸异丙酯、癸二酸二‑2‑乙基己酯、虾青素琥珀酸二酯、甲基膦酸二(1‑甲庚)酯、聚丙烯酸酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,其各组分的重量含量为:11‑甲氧基3,7,11‑三甲基‑2,4‑十二碳二烯酸异丙酯18~34份、癸二酸二‑2‑乙基己酯23~41份、虾青素琥珀酸二酯10~27份、甲基膦酸二(1‑甲庚)酯20~30份、聚丙烯酸酯15~25份和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯30~40份。通过上述方式,本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,耐磨损性能好,抗拉伸性能佳。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及镀铝膜领域,特别是涉及一种饼干包装用镀铝膜。
背景技术
镀铝膜是采用特殊工艺在塑料薄膜表面镀上一层极薄的金属铝而形成的一种复合软包装材料,其中最常用的加工方法当数真空蒸镀铝法,就是在高真空状态下通过高温将金属铝熔化蒸发,使铝的蒸汽沉淀堆积到塑料薄膜表面上,从而使塑料薄膜表面具有金属光泽。由于它既具有塑料薄膜的特性,又具有金属的特性,是一种价廉美观、性能优良、实用性强的包装材料,因此,镀铝膜已经被广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等产品的包装,比如快餐食品、茶叶、咖啡和化妆品的包装。
镀铝膜的应用越来越广泛,已经成为了软包装行业内应用十分普遍的一种包装材料。镀铝膜的种类很多,目前应用最多的镀铝膜主要是聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)和CPP镀铝膜(VMCPP),聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)一般用作复合包装的中间层,由于其外观漂亮,在高档包装中应用最多,如奶粉、茶叶等包装袋。CPP镀铝膜(VMCPP)一般用作复合包装的热封层,常用于普通的小食品(比如饼干)包装。
然而,目前使用的镀铝膜的膜基体层的背面容易擦伤,耐磨损性能差,抗拉伸性能也不佳。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种饼干包装用镀铝膜,膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,耐磨损性能好,抗拉伸性能佳。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种饼干包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯、虾青素琥珀酸二酯、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯、聚丙烯酸酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,其各组分的重量含量为:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯18~34份、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯23~41份、虾青素琥珀酸二酯10~27份、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯20~30份、聚丙烯酸酯15~25份和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯30~40份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯的重量含量为21~33份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯的重量含量为27~40份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的虾青素琥珀酸二酯的重量含量为13~25份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,耐磨损性能好,抗拉伸性能佳。

实施例1
一种饼干包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯、虾青素琥珀酸二酯、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯、聚丙烯酸酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,其各组分的重量含量为:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯21份、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯27份、虾青素琥珀酸二酯13份、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯20份、聚丙烯酸酯15份和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯30份。
实施例2
一种饼干包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯、虾青素琥珀酸二酯、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯、聚丙烯酸酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,其各组分的重量含量为:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯26份、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯33份、虾青素琥珀酸二酯19份、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯25份、聚丙烯酸酯20份和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯35份。
实施例3
一种饼干包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯、虾青素琥珀酸二酯、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯、聚丙烯酸酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,其各组分的重量含量为:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯33份、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯40份、虾青素琥珀酸二酯25份、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯30份、聚丙烯酸酯25份和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份。
本发明饼干包装用镀铝膜的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,耐磨损性能好,抗拉伸性能佳。

1.一种饼干包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯、虾青素琥珀酸二酯、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯、聚丙烯酸酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,其各组分的重量含量为:11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯18~34份、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯23~41份、虾青素琥珀酸二酯10~27份、甲基膦酸二(1-甲庚)酯20~30份、聚丙烯酸酯15~25份和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯30~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饼干包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的11-甲氧基3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸异丙酯的重量含量为21~33份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饼干包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯的重量含量为27~40份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的饼干包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的虾青素琥珀酸二酯的重量含量为13~25份。
