according to a preset criterion, carrying out weighted calculation on each capacity index of the service requirement corresponding to the paging message and the corresponding capacity index in the capacity information of the first cell and/or the capacity information of the adjacent cell of the first cell to obtain an evaluation value of the first cell and/or the adjacent cell of the first cell;
the capability index of the service requirement corresponding to the service request comprises: one or more of service requirement grade, rate required by service bearing, time delay value, error rate requirement, service interruption probability requirement and service quality guarantee capability information;
and selecting one or more cells of which the evaluation value exceeds a first preset value and the measurement result of the reference signal receiving strength exceeds a second preset value and/or the measurement result of the reference signal receiving quality exceeds a third preset value as a target cell for sending a service request or a paging response.
23. A method for cell selection is applied to a network device side, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a paging message; the paging message includes: one or more of service requirement grade, rate required by service bearing, time delay value, error rate requirement, service interruption probability requirement and service quality guarantee capability information;
when the terminal has uplink service, sending a paging response to one or more target cells matched with the service requirement according to the paging message, wherein the terminal selects one or more target cells to send the service request according to the capability information of the first cell and/or the capability information of the adjacent cell of the first cell, the service requirement corresponding to the service request, and the measurement result of the reference signal receiving strength and/or the reference signal receiving quality of the terminal to the first cell and/or the adjacent cell of the first cell;
when the terminal has downlink service, sending a service request or a paging response to one or more target cells matched with the service requirement according to the paging message, wherein the terminal performs weighted calculation on each capability index of the service requirement corresponding to the service request and corresponding capability index in the capability information of the first cell and/or the capability information of the adjacent cell of the first cell according to a preset criterion to obtain an evaluation value of the first cell and/or the adjacent cell of the first cell; the capability index of the service requirement corresponding to the service request comprises: one or more of service requirement grade, rate required by service bearing, time delay value, error rate requirement, service interruption probability requirement and service quality guarantee capability information; and selecting one or more cells of which the evaluation value exceeds a first preset value and the measurement result of the reference signal receiving strength exceeds a second preset value and/or the measurement result of the reference signal receiving quality exceeds a third preset value as a target cell for sending a service request or a paging response.
24. An apparatus for cell selection, applied to a terminal side, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive a paging message; the paging message includes: one or more of service requirement grade, rate required by service bearing, time delay value, error rate requirement, service interruption probability requirement and service quality guarantee capability information; the first cell is a resident cell or a service cell;
a selecting module, configured to select, according to the paging message, to send a service request to one or more target cells matching a service requirement when the terminal has an uplink service, where the selecting module includes: selecting one or more target cells to send service requests according to the capability information of the first cell and/or the capability information of the adjacent cells of the first cell, the service requirements corresponding to the service requests and the measurement results of the reference signal receiving strength and/or the reference signal receiving quality of the first cell and/or the adjacent cells of the first cell by the terminal;
when there is downlink service, according to the paging message, selecting to send service request or paging response to one or more target cells matching service requirement, including: according to a preset criterion, carrying out weighted calculation on each capability index of the service requirement corresponding to the service request and the corresponding capability index in the capability information of the first cell and/or the capability information of the adjacent cell of the first cell to obtain an evaluation value of the first cell and/or the adjacent cell of the first cell; the capability index of the service requirement corresponding to the service request comprises: one or more of service requirement grade, rate required by service bearing, time delay value, error rate requirement, service interruption probability requirement and service quality guarantee capability information; and selecting one or more cells of which the evaluation value exceeds a first preset value and the measurement result of the reference signal receiving strength exceeds a second preset value and/or the measurement result of the reference signal receiving quality exceeds a third preset value as a target cell for sending a service request or a paging response.
25. A device for cell selection is applied to a network device side, and is characterized by comprising:
a second sending module, configured to send a paging message; the paging message includes: one or more of service requirement grade, rate required by service bearing, time delay value, error rate requirement, service interruption probability requirement and service quality guarantee capability information;
the paging message is used for assisting in sending a service request to one or more target cells matched with the service requirement according to the paging message when the terminal has uplink service, wherein the terminal selects one or more target cells to send the service request according to the capability information of the first cell and/or the capability information of the adjacent cell of the first cell, the service requirement corresponding to the service request, and the measurement result of the reference signal receiving strength and/or the reference signal receiving quality of the terminal to the first cell and/or the adjacent cell of the first cell;
when the terminal has downlink service, sending a service request or a paging response to one or more target cells matched with the service requirement according to the paging message, wherein the terminal performs weighted calculation on each capability index of the service requirement corresponding to the service request and corresponding capability index in the capability information of the first cell and/or the capability information of the adjacent cell of the first cell according to a preset criterion to obtain an evaluation value of the first cell and/or the adjacent cell of the first cell; the capability index of the service requirement corresponding to the service request comprises: one or more of service requirement grade, rate required by service bearing, time delay value, error rate requirement, service interruption probability requirement and service quality guarantee capability information; and selecting one or more cells of which the evaluation value exceeds a first preset value and the measurement result of the reference signal receiving strength exceeds a second preset value and/or the measurement result of the reference signal receiving quality exceeds a third preset value as a target cell for sending a service request or a paging response.
